Like they all were getting fired and even if he was getting references Jimmy made the other believe Curky just didn’t care to wait cuz he was safe. Like why do you insist on socially isolating this man?

The more I think about it the more I believe Curly's fate is fitting.

He lied and turned a blind eye to everything, to make himself looks good because he wanted to go higher the corporate ladder. He ignored his responsability, Jimmy, until it was too late to stop him. He knew all along and kept his eyes closed each time.

In the end, he's forced to bear witness to Jimmy's path of carnage (a path he put him on) and to truly feel the pain and loneliness Anya felt all along. Even if he survives, even if he wasn't crippled, he would never get the life he desired.

Because. Everything. Was. His. Responsability.
