Steve Davey - Footprints Travel Photography

1. Horseman galloping across the Grasslands, Ulan Batar, Mangolia - This first shot is an example of a slow shutter speed used to create a panning shot. This keeps the subject in focus while moving your camera and taking the image, the background should be blurred. = creative shot

2. Pilgrims on the Barkhor Circuit, Tibet - The second image is again an obvious slow shutter speed. We can see a young boy standing out from the blurred motion of bodies moving through the street which could make this another panning shot if not for it being a wide shot angle. = blurred shot

Shutter Speed - 10-20 seconds

Aperture - f22

3. Tightrope Artist, Udaipur, India - This image is an example of a fast shutter speed creating a freeze motion image with no blur and whole image sharp. = freeze motion
