Azerbaijan Refuses To Return Armenian POWs

According to international humanitarian law (IHL) Prisoners of war must be treated humanly, and should be protected against any violence and insults. 

However over 100 days has passed, and Azerbaijan has been delaying return of POWs. 

According to the point 8 of the trilateral statement, which was signed between Armenia, Azerbaijan ad Russia, the sides should exchange the prisoners of war, hostages, and other detainees following the all-for-all principle. Armenia has returned all the Azerbaijani prisoners, however Azerbaijani side has yet hold Prisoners..
