I may have come up with some answers, so i THOUGHT that "poor little meow meow" actually meant what it sounds like, someone small and adorable and precious and liddle and cute whom unfortunately has terrible things happen to them (FREDERICK CHILTON). after i realized i was wrong i looked into it.

In my research I found one article that explains it this way: "Eventually, Tumblr fandoms began applying to term to their favorite sad, morally grey characters. A poor little meow meow is just as beloved as a “cinnamon roll,” but unlike a cinnamon roll, they are not good people."

Basically, it's someone small and adorable and precious and liddle and cute (usually with big pretty eyes) who commits Atrocities. I was almost right

scrimblo bimblo; absolutely unequivocally jack crawford!!!! fuck!!! my weird outside-in approach to getting into this show means the fandom didn't really prepare me in any way for what a hell of a character jack is bc fanwork is like. i am going to flanderize or ignore this guy and also pretend he's not even a lead but laurence fishburne was batting a thousand here. turning out looks and having insanely complex chemistry with everyone onscreen. LOVE his relationship with will especially i think the nuances of that go really unexplored by a lot of people. which blows. anyway too bad he's a cop but i love that he's allegorically god i think that's fun
