Do tou think you can write rhis?
I am so sorry that it took me that long to write this. I did enjoy it very much In the end. I changed it a little bit tho, but not much. The only difference is that they're playing chess, instead of Simon Says, I hope that's fine^^
A Bet
William James Moriarty x female!reader
Word count: 2.2k
Warnings: mentions of kidnapping, apart from that it's basically just making out, lil bit of fluff
Summary: After years of being away you, the granddaughter of Jack Renfield, finally return to him. How convenient that he lives with the Moriarty family now...
Masterlist
I stumbled through the empty streets of London. It was already late at night, so you could barely spot any people outside. Only here and there, a lonely soul was making their way home.
I was one of them. One of the many lonely souls, who who had to eke out their existence in this city. But today, I was hoping to finally find my home again, my family. Or, what was left of it.
I had almost reached the Moriarty residence. I knew, that I was making a bet here. There wasn't a hundred percent chance of finding my Grandfather Jack Renfield here. He was the only family that I had left. And after finally escaping the family, I was sold to after I was kidnapped when I was 15, my sole goal was to find my grandfather.
And the Moriarty's were the only clue, that I had. I knew that he used to work for them. I had seen them a few times, back then. Back then when everything was still at peace. When London wasn't burning itself up, with half of its residents supporting a murderous genius and the other half trying to bring him down.
My mind kept racing, as I finally reached the door's of the Moriarty residence. It was huge, but that was expected. After all, they were lords.
With shaky hands, I opened the metal gate and made my way to the main entrance.
I could see light inside, which meant that they were still awake, or at least someone was still awake.
I breathed in heavyly, before I climbed the stairs to the door. I looked at it for a few seconds, before raising my hand and knocking loudly three times.
I hadn't realized that I had held my breath in, until the door in front of me opened.
A tall young man with blond hair and mesmerizing red eyes was looking at me.
I had recognized his eyes. It could only be him. The genius.
"William?", I asked, my voice weak.
"Pardon me, young Lady, but do I know you?", He asked politely.
"I am looking for my Grandfather, Jack Renfield.",I explained.
I watched as his eyes widened, when he realized who was standing here in front of him.
"Y/N...is that really you?", he mumbled, a hand raised to rest it on my shoulder.
"Yes.", I stated, "It is really me."
William softly ushered me inside, while taking off my soaked coat. I waited for him to put it down to dry.
He then showed me the way to the living room area.
I noticed several people sitting there. I counted six in total, seven together with William.
They eyed me suspiciously, after noticing us.
"This might be a shock for the most of us, but...", William started, his hand still on my shoulder.
But before he could finish, the man who I had undoubtedly identified as my Grandfather jumped up and walked over to us. He stopped right in front of me, his eyes wide and his hands trembling.
" Y/N", he said quietly, "Is it really you?"
I felt how my eyes started to water:"It's me, Grandpa"
He sniffled before pulling me into his embrace. I held onto him tight. I finally had him back. I had my family back.
A few weeks had passed, since my return. William and his brothers had generously allowed me to stay at their residence.
I had also been let in on their plan to change the nation. And to be honest, to realize that William was the Criminal Mastermind was not hard.
I had also been introduced to Colonel Moran, Fred, Von Herder and Bond.
They were all very different but they worked together perfectly.
And while Fred was very reserved and quiet, Moran and Von Herder were Chaos. Even though, they were a different kind of chaos. While Moran basically started flirting from the first second he saw me (much to the dismay of my grandfather), Von Herder was only passionately ranting about his guns. And as much as I liked listening to his talks, it was a lot more pleasant to talk with Bond and share a nice cup of tea with him. He had also let me in on his story, while I told him mine. I felt like he was one of the few who understood what I had been trough.
Well, apart from William. He was able to read me like an open book. Since I arrived we only had a handfull of interactions. After all he was a busy man, a math professor and criminal Mastermind at the same time.
Nevertheless, it always felt like he knew something that I didn't, when we talked.
He had asked me to join his group on the third or fourth evening already. He explained that he understood if I didn't want to join his cause, it was dangerous after all and with my past. He told me that he couldn't promise to keep me save and out of his business. It would be hard, since everyone who lived here, openly talked about the plans they had.
So, I agreed and William had slowly filled me in over the next few days. Until I knew his plan and everything that they had achieved so far. It was truly exhilarating, but also intimating to see what one group of people could achieve, if they only worked hard enough.
"What are you thinking about?"
I was ripped out of my thoughts, when I heard William's voice behind me. I turned around an granted the young man a smile. My mind started to wander at that thought again. He must've been 23 or 24 by now. Not much older than me.
"I was about to make a tea.", I finally answered his question, as William was still staring at me expecting an answer, "Would you like some as well?"
He smiled politely:"That would be nice. It's strange not to have Louis around."
I nodded at his words. I remembered that William had sent his brother off to a mission a few days ago. He was accompanied by Fred, Moran and Bond. And with Von Herder always hanging out in the basement and Albert being away most of the day, busy with his work as a Lord, William, my Grandfather and me were the only one's left in the residence.
After a few minutes the tea was finished and I reached for two cups, but I couldn't reach them. Louis usually made tea in this house and he was taller than me, so naturally the cups rested higher in the cupboard.
"Mind if I help?", I heard William smile next to me. He gently pushed me aside and grabbed two cups, before handing them to me.
"T-Thank you.",I mumbled. Why was I stuttering?
"No problem", he grinned. I handed him his cup and he made his way over to the sofa.
I watched him for a few seconds, before deciding to go back to my room. I was about to leave, as I heard William call my name.
"Y/N?", he asked.
I turned back around, tea still in my hands:"Yes, William?"
"Would you join me for a party of chess?", he smiled.
I didn't know what to say for a few seconds. Surely, I couldn't win against him, could I? After all, he was a genius.
"Sure.", I smiled and made my way over to him. Why did I say yes?
"What do I get, when I win?", I joked, as I sat down in front of him. William smirked at me, as he started to prepare the game.
"Whatever you want.",he smiled.
I felt how my cheeks reddened at his words. Why was he making me nervous all of a sudden?
"Does the same count for me?", he asked.
"What do you mean?", I said as I made my first move.
"When I win", he explained while moving his first figure,"Do I get a wish?"
I only nodded at his request, too bashfull to open my mouth again. I had to win this, or it would be the end of me. But the smile on William's face made me nervous. Would I be able to win this?
I lost. Hard. He defeated me in minutes. I barely had time to finish my tea. I didn't even realize how he did it this fast, but he did it and now he had a free wish.
"I guess, I shouldn't have betted on this.", I mumbled.
"Probably not.",William chuckled.
I watched as he slowly stood up. He was standing directly in front of me now.
"What is your wish?", I gulped.
William only smiled, before he held out his hand to me. After eyeing it for a few seconds, I raised my own hand to grab his. William gently laced his fingers with mine, before pulling me to my feet.
My eyes widened, as I realized how close we were. My chest pressed up against his and I felt how William gently put his arm around my waist.
What he did next surprised me. His movements were fast. With one swift motion, he sat back down on the sofa behind him. But he had pulled me with him, so that I had landed on his lap.
I gasped, as I felt his soft hands on my waist and his warm body beneath mine.
"William?", I whispered.
"This is my wish, Y/N,", he mumbled and raised a hand. He gently caressed my cheek.
"Just...say stop, if you're uncomfortable and I will stop.", William explained and closed his eyes. He leaned in closer, until his forehead rested against mine.
"It's okay.", I mumbled.
I watched as William opened his eyes again, but he was hesitant so I decided to help him. I raised my hands to rest on his shoulders to pull him closer. My left hand wandered to his tie, pulling him impossibly closer. William finally seemed to understand that I wanted this as much as him.
He overcame the last few inches between us and pressed his lips on mine.
I hummed against his lips. He was soft and unexperienced, but it still felt heavenly. One of his hands rested against my cheek, while his other hand pulled my body flush against his.
"Will...",I mumbled against his lips.
"Yes, my love?", he smiled, while his lips kept kissing the skin that was exposed to him. First my jawline and then my neck. He left a trail of featherlight kisses. My eyes closed at the pleasant feeling of his lips. This was something that I had never experienced before. The gentleness of his touch. His soft lips, his nimble fingers. It was Intoxicating.
A small moan escaped my lips, as William found my sweetpot. His lips kept traveling lower and lower, until he had reached the soft material of my dress. On the other hand I could feel his delicate touch on my thighs. His hands that pushed my dress up higher and higher, untill his hands comfortably rested on the exposed skin of my hips.
"William", I moaned again, "Shouldn't we...?"
William seemed to understand my hint, as he hoisted me up against his hips, his lips never leaving my skin. My arms closed around his neck, as he walked the both of us to his bedroom.
The last thought I had, before his bedroom door closed, was that hopefully, my grandfather didn't hear us. Or anyone else.
I awoke to the soft sunlight tickling my skin. My eyes fluttered open and once I had adjusted to the bright light, I realized where I was. It was William's room.
I wanted to turn around, but I realized that two strong arms were wrapped around me to keep me in place.
"A few more minutes", I heard William mumble against my neck. He pulled me closer against his chest.
"My grandfather will kill us", I mumbled and leaned into his embrace.
"He definitely will", William agreed. I could almost hear the smile on his face.
"It was worth it.",he admitted. His grip around me loosened a bit, so that I could turn around in his embrace.
He had finally opened his eyes, which were Intensely gazing at me now.
I raised me hand to gently comb through his messy hair. William sighed at my actions and let his eyes fall close again.
"It was worth it.", I finally agreed.
William opened his eyes and smiled. I felt how his hands wandered to my waist and he pulled me closer again. He planted a kiss on my forehead.
"I think it's better, if we tell my grandpa now.",I mumbled.
"Something tells me, he already knows", William chuckled.
"How come?", I asked perplexed.
"Darling", he smiled, "It was impossible to not hear us last night."

i’ve had a theory that may be just a bit too parasocial but sometimes it feels like toto is trying so hard to get max to get back at lewis for leaving so unexpectedly (like ‘see, we don’t need you, we’re just gonna get a different champion’)
oh no, I totally get this vibe too and I also think he's possibly falling down the same rabbit hole that Fred/Ferrari has where they think if they just put a big star signing in the seat its going going to somehow disguise the shortcomings of their car package. (Yes, Lewis is a better driver than Sainz, but he's also only capable of what the car is capable of so we're either about to discover Charles and Carlos have been underperforming to a level none of us had realised, or Ferrari have just paid out an extra 75m for pretty much the same results)
But also all this talk of who's in danger of he does come and like... yeah it could be Kimi, but we all know who it's more pointing towards and like jesus christ dude can you not bear to look at him because he reminds you too much of your ex? Or did he do a fecal Jackson Pollock in your guest en-suite because the sudden change in vibes is giving me whiplash. 6 months ago you were doing cutesy family outings with him and your son acting like long lost brothers and now you're head over heels with the Dutch guy across the room and you're flirting with showing him the door like... Wtf happened in the house of mercedes torger???
It's giving very scorned ex vibes towards BOTH of them it's absolutely wild
#Totos having a midlife crisis and an existential crisis and a divorce all rolled into one#And he's in his reckless phase

Cast: Channing Pollock, Francine Bergé, Edith Scob, Michel Vitold, Jacques Jouanneau, Théo Sarapo, Sylva Koscina. Screenplay: Jacques Champreux, Francis Lacassin, based on a screenplay by Arthur Bernède and Louis Feuillade. Cinematography: Marcel Fradetal. Art direction: Robert Giordani. Music: Maurice Jarre.
Judex is, like Steven Spielberg's Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) and the subsequent Indiana Jones sequels, an hommage more than a spoof. In both cases, the filmmakers were affectionately mimicking films of their youth: the cliff-hanging serials that often accompanied feature films. Unlike Spielberg, director Georges Franju had a particular director in mind: Louis Feuillade, who crafted adventure thrillers usually involving master criminals like the titular protagonist of Fantômas (1913) and the sinister Irma Vep of Les Vampires (1915-16). The original Judex serial of 1916 featured a masked crime-fighter, a figure that became increasingly popular after Douglas Fairbanks adapted a magazine story in The Mark of Zorro (Fred Niblo, 1920), leading to numerous comic books and movies about swashbucklers and superheroes using disguises to protect their secret identity. The archetype became so prevalent that eventually it was subject to amused mockery, as in the camped-up Batman TV series of 1966-68. But Franju isn't out to mock Feuillade's serials so much as to recapture some of the innocent thrills of the original, with sets and costumes evoking a pre-World War I naïveté. Judex (Channing Pollock) is a do-gooder who in the film is trying to expose the fraud and murder committed by a wealthy banker, Favraux (Michel Vitol). He has somehow disguised himself (with an obvious fake beard) as Favraux's secretary, Vallières-- the film never bothers with backstories of its characters, so we don't know how Judex/Vallières gained Favraux's confidence and trust -- and manages to fake Favraux's death and hide him away in an elaborate dungeon, where he watches Favraux via an improbably early version of television. But Judex's plans -- which are not entirely clear in any case -- are complicated by his adversary, Diana Monti (Francine Bergé), who has herself been operating as the governess for Favraux's granddaughter. And so on, through an increasingly intricate series of plot twists, clashes, escapes, last-minute rescues, and all of the trappings of the genre. It's really a good deal of fun, though it occasionally goes a little slack, especially if you're not in the mood for such Gallic nostalgia. Marcel Fradetel's black-and-white cinematography mimics the silent-movie style to the mark, even using old-fashion iris shots for transition, and at one point having the comic-relief detective, Cocantin (Jacques Jouanneau), peer through the keyhole, with what he witnesses viewed through a keyhole-shaped aperture. Judex is played by an American magician, Channing Pollock, who performs some sleight-of-hand involving doves. A very handsome presence but no actor, Pollock was hyped as a new Rudolph Valentino, but without success.

Homecoming
William James Moriarty x female!reader
Word count:1.2k
Warnings: MtP Manga spoilers(Vol 15 or 16 or sth), basically just pure fluff
Summary: After three years of grieving, you finally allow yourself to move on, when something happens that you didn't expect...
Masterlist
Three years. It had been three years, since it happened. And you had moved on, at least that's what you told yourself.
Together with Louis and the rest of the family, you had comitted yourselfs to the MI6. You found something to fullfill your purpose, to atone for your sins. To make it worth, all of what you did, what William did.
Well, everyone of you, except for your stubborn brother; Sebastian Moran.
He had also been gone for three years. You searched for him for a long while. You did everything you possibly could, to find him. But it was like he had vanished. But no matter what you did, you just couldn't find him. And it broke your heart. Not even William wouldn't want Sebastian to do this to himself. William sacrificed himself, so that you could live, so that you could carry on his legacy.
And that's what you intended to do.
So, after a long and dreadfully search, you finally found him. Your brother. And after an even longer heart to heart with him, you convinced him to come back. Back to your family. Back to your home.
"What are you thinking about?"
It was Sebastian who pulled you out of your thoughts, almost like destiny had intended it, since he was exactly what you were thinking about. About his return. And you couldn't stop yourself to think about, if your brother returned... What if William could return too? What if he just waltzed into the Manor with his stupid big grin and his cane in hand?
"You", you finally mumbled,"And Will"
"You still miss him?", he asked carefully and sat down next to you. He knew that the topic of your beloved was still delicate to talk about.
"Always", you said and slowly sipped your tea,"And I always will"
You watched as Sebastian thought about what he was going to say, but instead he just pulled you in for a hug. You tried to resist it for a second, not giving him the satisfaction of being soft to him, but after a few seconds, you crumbled.
You pressed him against yourself tightly. You knew that he didn't hug people often, only when he was being serious. And he was rarely being serious. And you cherished every single second of it, until you finally pulled apart.
"Thank you", you whispered and wiped away a few stray tears,"I'm glad to have you back, Seb"
He only smiled at you,"I'm glad to be back, little sister"
"Guys!?", it was Ms. Moneypenny. She was standing in the doorway, peering inside your room:"You should better come"
You looked at her perplexed, but she only smiled before dissapearing around the corner.
Your gaze fell onto your brother but he didn't seem to know what she was on to either. He only shrugged and got up to follow her. You quickly put your teacup down and followed the two of them through the corridors towards the main entrace.
You couldn't believe what you saw there. You almost believed that you were dreaming.
Right there, at the entrace door, stood all three Moriarty brothers hugging each other in a tight embrace.
You stopped, frozen in track. You leaned yourself against the stairwell, afraid you might faint at the sight in front of you. You felt your breath go slightly heavier and you couldn't prevent the small tears slipping down your cheeks.
Could it be? Could it really be him? As you took a closer look, you also spotted Sherlock standing next to the three brothers. His hair had gotten much longer and he wore a smug grin on his face.
As he spotted you, his face slumbed. He slowly turned to William and nudged him with his elbow. William pulled out of the embrace with his brothers and turned around to look at Sherlock. He only nodded into your direction. William turned around and his eyes met yours. The first thing you noticed, was the bandage over his left eye. You sucked in a sharp breath as you realized that it must have happened when he fell from the Tower Bridge.
"Y/N",he only smiled.
You felt fully fledged tears fall down your face now, as you slowly walked downstairs, towards him. You never even thought that you would hear his voice again. Hear him say your name again.
"William", you mumbled quietly, as you were now standing right in front of him. The air felt like it was on fire. You couldn't prevent your hands from shaking. William seemed to notice, as he leaned forward and carefully put his hands on top of yours.
He gently pulled you into his embrace and you let him. You could feel how his arms wrapped around your body. You tentively put your hands on his chest, taking ahold of his suit. Your eyes fluttered shut as you took in his scent. You were immensely scared that if you opened your eyes, he would just disappear, that it was all a dream and that you would lose him again.
"Y/N"
Your eyes shot open and you quickly looked up. Will was smiling down at you, his arms still tightly wrapped around your waist.
"I missed you", he whispered. He raised his hand to softly grasp your cheek,"My beautiful Y/N, I missed you so much"
He leaned forward, leaninghis forehead against yours, closing his eyes.
"I missed you too, Will", you smiled,"I missed you too"
"I never knew you were this good at chopping", you chuckled, as you entered the kitchen, various bouquets in your arms. William, who had just finished cutting the carrots, turned around smiling:"If you don't say, Love"
You giggled and put the roses, that you had been carrying inside, down on the counter, before walking over to William and greeting him properly.
"Did Fred grow these?", William asked, as he lazily pulled you into his arms by your waist. You followed his gaze and realized that he meant the flowers.
You nodded and leaned your head against his shoulder:"He's as passionate as ever about his roses"
"They are just as I remember them", Will smiled and looked back down at you. A smile appeared on your face, before you cupped his cheek and pulled him in for a tender kiss. You felt William smile against your lips, as his grip on your waist tightened. His back suddenly hit the counter, startling the two of you. You giggled, hiding your face in his chest, while a soft Chuckle escaped his lips.
You gazed at him for a second. A lovestruck expression on your face. You took in his features. His sharp jawline and his long golden locks. The soft grin on his face, the bandage over his left eye and the other one almost glowing with glee. The intense red orb, that you suddenly noticed was staring at you.
"Do you like what you're seeing?", He mumbled playfully.
"I do", you nodded.
William chuckled and quickly grabbed your hand. He pulled you out of the kitchen
"Since we're all finished here, why don't we take a break together?", William chided. You chuckled and nodded, as he swiftly pulled you through the corridors, almost dancing around. He opened the door to your, now again, shared room. You followed him inside and as he closed the door, you let yourself fall down on the huge bed. For three years, you had despised that bed. It always felt so empty, so big without him.
You suddenly felt the bed dip, as William slowly crawled on top of you. You could only giggle at him, as he rested his hands next to your face. He leaned down, connecting your lips in a short kiss. You quickly pulled away and gently carressed his face. His skin felt as soft as ever and you watched him close his eyes, as he leaned into your touch.
"I...I want to thank you William. For returning, for choosing us...choosing me", you muttered under your breath, as he opened his eyes again. A smile appeared on his face.
"I would always choose you", He whipered and softly pressed his lips to yours again.
"I love you", you murmured. The first time since his return.
"I love you", he repeated, without hesitation.
"Oi, Lovebirds, we need your help!"
Your little moment was interrupted, as you looked up from your place in the bed and saw your brother standing in the doorway. He had a shiteating grin on his face, as he winked at you, before quickly making his way downstairs again.
"Your brother didn't change at all", Will smiled, as he got up.
"Not one bit", you agreed, as he held out his hand for you to help you get back up. He elegantly pulled you to your feet.
"And I hope he never does", you added quietly.
"I hope so too", William smiled. He leaned down, pressing a tender kiss to your cheek, before reluctantly following Sebastian back downstairs.
