Well, this was a bit of a pickle that he’d gotten into...

The Tenno let out a frustrated growl as he turned another corridor only to be met with yet more Grineer troopers and heavy gunners, making him sigh heavily before sighting down his Soma Prime. Fucking hell, he was running out of ammo and he was having trouble finding any more, not to mention that his Despair wasn’t quite up to par for this sort of mission. Goddamn Eximus units were running him dry with ammo.

The sound of additional gunfire had him jerking in surprise, as it didn’t sound at all like the standard issue weapon for the Grineer. Who the hell?! But he quickly refocused on those enemies in front of him, taking them out one by one. He could check and see who that was in a moment.

7. Which faction has your favorite aesthetic/architectural design?

Tie between Grineer and Infested tbh. I love toxins and workplace safety hazards and Dirt.

Hmmm... I think Sentients just bc you usually have to hit Specific Points on some of them and im just bad at that + they have so many Effects it makes my brain hurt.

His head felt fuzzy, wrong.  He was sitting away from everyone else, fairly deep in the Orcus Relay’s passages.  No civilians came down here, he was far from the residential areas and the main people who frequented these tunnels were those who he knew could handle themselves.

Sker leaned forward, a shiver going down his spine.  This wasn’t a flare-up.  That implied he had been reliably taking his medication.  No, this was something else.  Something worse.

The only reason he had been skipping doses in the first place was because the ship that had been carrying the next resupply had been blown to smithereens by the Grineer Empire.  The staff of the small transport ship had made it out alive, but the resources they were carrying were lost.

And with them, Sker’s refill.  So he isolated himself as best he could and pretended the whispers weren’t forcing their way back in.

Having been awake/alive as long as he had in his current form, Galvan’s experiences convinced himself that he could handle himself in most situations. These included such unusual instances as discovering and then safely extracting an ostensibly self-destructing Infested crewman that retained precious few fragments of his human consciousness. The Volt had finally gotten over feeling unusually weirded out from the experience and now meandered across the lower echelons of the relay looking for something to blow his extra credits on.

Instead he found someone that brought back that weirded out feeling almost immediately.

He recognized the Grineer from his occasional trips to the Steel Meridian part of the relay (apart from the Kavor, Red Veil got along reasonably well with them), although they never really interacted. Judging from his current condition, he could immediately guess why.

“Hey, uh…you doin’ okay there?” Galvan asked softly, leaning against the wall. He could at least assume that this Grineer still maintained some control over his own mental faculties for the time being. And he (hoped he) could handle a single Charger if things got dicey…

Sker was almost panting, his eyes unfocused and feverish as he shook his head as the Volt approached.

“No, no, no, please, no.”  He mumbled, struggling to remain standing as the muscles in his back spasmed.  Every beat of his heart sent the infection further through his body, and Sker weakly turned to look at the Volt.

“I’m--  I don’t want to hurt anyone.”  He wheezed.  “The Meridian, they know what to do.  I just-- My medicine.  It ran out.  I’m sorry.”

OC facts (@frameposting) - Iulis uses his Volt to play pranks on Crewmen trying to go about their day. This has resulted in at least 3 different Infested outbreaks and 40 ruined batches of Standard Energy supplements.

That reminds me of a certain other Volt I know >w>

Evo’s less on pranking and more of sadistic ideas such as getting lures to turn on the grineer so the Eidolons can trample on their asses while she watches from afar.
