The song made it even more special, when I recognised it was in French sung by Stromae and Pomme (I'm a frenchie fan of those two) I was so emotional, I didn't expect it at all, and the lyrics killed me, what can I even say, I was tearing up... Such a beautiful scene, a moment full of light ! I really enjoyed the exploration of their dynamic and what could have been, even tho it was also really heartbreaking and bittersweet... YEAH like that episode just established why Ekko is the greatest king and Heimerdinger sucks butt. Heimerdinger got stuck in a fairy tale universe where all is good and decided to become a bard. Ekko arrived and IMMEDIATELY decided he should return to his own horrible reality, and try to transform it into something closer to the happiness he was witnessing. it's been 3 days since taesan had visited the record shop. 3 days. for others that might not seem like a long time, but for taesan? it felt like an eternity had passed. he wanted to see her again, but what if he visited so frequently that she'd get weirded out? what if she'd thought he was some weirdo stalking her? he didn't want that, not at all. i mean, he didn't even know her name for goodness sake.

taesan was planning to visit the record shop today but I guess not. even though he wanted to visit her visit the record shop, he thought that maybe it would be a good idea to at least see how your groupmates are since you will be working with them on this for the next 4 months. he looked up at the clock.

Just one more hour till school ends, wait. school ends at 4, and the meetup is at 5. that means he has 1 hour of free time, it takes 8 minutes to reach the record shop from the school = he can see her again. oh my god. he was so excited. god, if he wasn't in the middle of class he would've died from happiness. even though these feelings that are new for him made him feel nervous and anxious at times, it also made him feel excited every day because the thought of you her just made him such a fool.

it's 4pm and the bell rings, he quickly gets his stuff and heads for the record shop. 'wait' a thought suddenly forms, 'i can't make it look like I rushed on the way there, i have to walk there at a normal speed' taesan tones down his speed a little bit.

it's 4:10 and there he was, in front of the record shop. he soon enters after fixing up his uniform and hair, 'i hope she's here'.

suddenly he sees the familiar girl, he wants to smile so bad but he'd look like a weirdo smiling while looking at you. he soon notices that she's in his school's uniform. wait, what? his school's uniform, you guys go to the same school?? this has to be fate. well, at least thats what taesan thinks. suddenly, the girl turns around finally meeting with his eyes. he reads her nametag, choi yn. what? choi yn, as in his groupmate?? he's going crazy. he has got to be.

"hello!! it's you again ^^" you say in excitement, "feel free to look around!". you wanted to know his name as he was wearing the same uniform as you the other day, but unfortunately, you couldn't read his nametag due to your poor eyesight...

its up to anyone who they like or dislike and none of my business ofc but i do feel like luka gets hated for the dumbest reasons, mainly for doing the things he does on stage. alnst IS some kind of fucked up dog show where the winner gets killed on stage, ofc luka wants to win and survive. yes he manipulates his opponents by mimicking/triggering trauma (suas death, ivans death) to make them falter to secure his victory even more and its awful, yes hes being absolutely diabolical abt it. luka shouldnt be treated like some poor cinnamon roll who didnt do anything wrong but also not as if he was the one who killed the others w his own hands. he wants to survive and its fine to him if he plays dirty

(kinda fun to see this in contrast to ivan in R3 patiently waiting for his opponents turn, giving them a chance to sing for their life unlike till who just played his own song, and still looking like he knew he would win. meanwhile luka is skilled ofc (hes the previous alnst winner after all) but he still wants to secure an absolute victory by doing what he does. arent they both confident in their victory but acting different? sry for constantly bringing up ivlk but theyre honestly sm fun w their similarity and difference)

i think the salvatores have very wide tastes, but not much overlap. stefan loves bon jovi to an unhealthy degree, and would probably have been a BIG beach boys fan back in the day. he’s totally over it now though, those records in his cupboard are purely decorative!! damon would love ABBA, head over heels reminds him of katherine & he uses it to outsource his emotions in his no humanity era. stefan tolerates it for lexi’s sake (damon thinks it’s unfortunate that he and lexi have similar music taste. it’s probably the only thing he likes about her). also the cure.
