In honour of the BEST digsite theme, I bred 2 of my pairs from my subspecies, Paleo Tundras and Gaolers! Basically the breed standard is classified by either tundras or gaolers that adhere to a "natural" colour scheme: grays, browns, white, etc., and have animal-inspired genes.

the first little roses are here!!! a girl and a boy. their parents are members of the floral fiend subspecies. I won't be registering all their kids myself since i plan to breed them a lot, but all of their offspring can be floral fiends too. I'll probably list them for 20kt, but people on here can have dibs!!

pros: all connections to other things stay. all people who have these things go 'wow!! its active again' bsg had some sick ass colors (lime and pink)

cons: oh my god its them again. i dont want to do this and get sick of them halfway through. plus its so. generic. and idk how to fix that without completely delving into body horror and well. [gestures at site tos] idk if i can pull off what im thinking. if i do do it ill prolly tone it down. but. /shrug

Honestly with the Light Ancient we got, these would work as a subspecies. I do still love the idea of detritus dragons.

working on a design for a theoretical light ancient. they're called Maws, and are tasked with eating imperial corpses to prevent them from turning into emperors.
