Oooooooooh I love this concept already! I’m so excited to see where this goes! Lmaoooo the way she thought that it must be some amateur 😆 ahhh she’s going to be so surprised jajaja I’m also really glad she has no idea what to expect from her bounty because it’s going to make her reaction in front of Din so priceless! I already love your narrator and how like cool, calculating and logical she is even as she’s just getting off her ship. I’m also loving how detailed and descriptive your writing is, like the way you really effectively lay the scenery for us as you roll out the plot, if that makes sense, and that really puts us in the moment and I like how she really thinks about what’s going on around her and how the locals might react. “By the time the sun has reached its zenith, you’ve found the first signs of life.” Yes girl I adore your writing! Actually that whole paragraph is so good but I don’t want to re quote the whole thing back at you. jaja she’s so badass she’s even thinking about how best to improve stealth for her work, I love it!
Omggggg the moment she realized her target was the child and awwwww your very apt description of the baby made me đŸ„ș Ahhhhh I didn’t realize she didn’t realize it was a child at first, my heart actually skipped a beat when she aimed the rifle and then again when the baby turned around and she realized. “Your mind is going faster than a Tatooine pod race.” jaja I love that line lmao Also I knew she wasn’t going to do it once she saw he was a child but I was just glad when she confirmed it by thinking about her morals and then how her very next thought was about what to do considering that other bounties without her morals are going to come after the kid. And omg my heart skipped again when the blaster appeared at her back! I love that she’s already heard of him and so knows his reputation well, and omgggg what a twist! She thinks HE’S someone else after the child too! “and Greef Karga makes sure that everyone knows it.” jaja I love that part too it’s so consistent with the show lol I also adore how her first thought of what to tell him is not to harm the child. The way that she’s willing to hurt someone already to protect the kid is a testament to that little things’s absolutely irresistibility lmao
His reaction was also perfect, I feel like you can almost hear him thinking through the helmet with the way you wrote it, if that makes sense, I also love that she doesn’t let her guard down even when he seems relaxed, like maybe she can trust him, i love how shocked she is at the fact that he would rescue a bounty considering his reputation “Surely Greef Karga’s favorite would never do such a thing.” Lmao this was also such a good line! Ahhhh I kind of like how she doesn’t believe him at first because it shows she cares enough about the child already to try and because it just pretty much makes her good at her job. And awww I love the way he explains to her what went down with the baby and how he saved him. I love that her opinion about him changes kind of as she watches him because that also makes perfect sense just having watched the show altogether because they’re so good at having Mando give away what he’s thinking simply with body language. And ahhhh I love that she’s the one to crush the fob, not him! 😍 plus the fact that she thinks to look back at the baby and reassure herself that the baby will be fine with the Mandalorian.
Ooooh wow I already love the description of all these bounty hunters, they’re definitely bound to be an interesting part of this story, I’m excited! “Your gaze of stone never falters” oh wow what a good line! And awwww omg she lied to try to help them and make sure they got away, what a boss! Omgggggg that action scene was crazy good! Wow and oh no ahhh I hope she’s ok! This is crazy and I’m emotional that she got hurt basically trying to protect Mando and the baby. “It was laughable really, a bounty hunter dying to save the life of her target.” 😭😭 omggg I was so worried at this point! I also love the next line about how she’d be infamous with the Guild. “in your daze it’s like you’re hearing him through water.” I just like this line and how it’s so easy to get what you’re kind of getting at for what the characters are sensing. “He sounds so certain, so confident, as if he doesn’t have the entire Guild on his trail.” jajaja I love how this just perfectly summarizes Din in the entire first season lmao but it also makes my heart soft 😍 and oh no, her ship is destroyed! 😭
but she’s so confident and sure she can make it on her own (because again she’s such a badass) the way she’s not afraid and knows she can beat them at their own game. “You’re not sure why he cares so much for your well being, not when there’s a child already dependent on him for safety.” Awww it’s because he’s so good! Girl I am so excited for this story! I already love their dynamic so much! This has so much promise in so many way and I cannot wait to see where you take it! Thank you so much for writing this at all and for tagging in me! 💜💜💜

You aren’t sure why the tracking fob had shut off only to reactivate just a couple of days later. You’re also not sure why it had taken you to the desolate wasteland that is Arvala-7 and now has you landing on some equally deserted swamp planet called Sorgan. You’ve never known Greef Karga’s fobs to malfunction, so your best guess is that somehow the fifty-year-old bounty had managed to escape from their captor.
You scoff as you consider the idea. It was probably some amateur with no idea what he was doing.
