since buck tommy happened i said this is gonna play out how buck and taylor was going to play out, because I've always suspected that the real reason buck and taylor were going to break up in s5 is because buck put so much more focus and energy on eddie especially going through his breakdown but of course fox said no to Buddie. Will not surprise me if the same thing happens here and Tommy realizes that Buck is in love with Eddie sometime in S8 when Buck is their for Eddie during his recovery period and Tommy is like you're in love with him. Just how Taylor would have done.

im super fascinated to see how their relationship plays out tho, having someone who is somewhat established in the canon of the story (like taylor) but who is actually like. nice to/good for buck fjfhdhfh

in hindsight, i am pretty surprised that we really didn’t get too much of taylor being annoyed about buck’s commitment to the 118, and never really much explicitly about the eddie and chris of it all, (on one hand, i dont think it was really pertinent in the writers room, but on the other i could easily see taylor being too independent to mind much that buck leaves her to her own devices yknow) so i am super intrigued about what that dynamic will look like here. especially with someone who has been textually on good terms with eddie and chris!
