I cant say it right but Mason is very much Black Best Friend/Gay Best Friend Trope in a derogatory way.
#dont know how to say it properly#yes his character isnt reduced to gay stereotypes#but also most of his character is devoted to his friends in a pretty uncomfortable way if we think how he made excuses#for liam trying to MURDER scott. no reaction to the Beast mess no reaction to his boyfriend being used by the riders#he props up others but asides from corey i cant remember anyone doing the same for him#its icky.#i thought so many things would be a plot issues: why would mason be dandy with theo being around when he used corey?#teen wolf#mason hewitt#where’s mason’s grief over killing as the Beast? imagine how that could be utilised if hunters (humans!) saying supernaturals were dangerous#but there’s nothing#why was mason only angry at Theo under the anuk-ite? i think mason has reason enough to be angry#why is mason/morey/brason put down by the fandom in favour of stiles/st€rek??#anti jeff davis
