i feel like a lot of inspiration for my original stories whether it's a scene or a theme comes from orpheus and eurydice's myth specifically. for some reasons
#luca rambles#random ass thoughts#like#for example in syih the scene where hendrik gets out of hell and arya following behind#also just hendrik being 'helpless' and arya being a 'savior' in general#then i have fucking. ru100. which pulls almost ALMOST directly from orpheus and eurydice unconsciously#even tho i love other myths more???#the myth if icarus!!! i never write anything about that#ru100 also pulls from gilgamesh and enkidu so theres that#but like. cmon#the dissapearance of the sun from japanese mythology is also neat and yet. AND YET#kinda pissed w myself tbh#like cmon girl there are other themes other than grief???#ugh
