On the BJWT website FAQ page Eduardo claims that Stage 2 and Stage 2B together are a combined 120 acres but only 30 acres are currently built on. Thanks to Google Maps and its distance/area measurement tool we can clearly see that this is a false claim, in other words a lie. 

Other places where Eduardo has given info on how “big” his stages are, take note of the inconsistencies:

Vogue: Heavy Petting Article (2015)   “When they get bigger, they're relocated to Stage 2, an eight-acre ranch nestled in the dense forests of Mexico, a short drive from Eduardo's home. The area is already expanding and a 45-acre extension is under way. Finally, Stage 3, currently in the works, will be a permanent home that comprises some 3,000 acres of land for the big cats to freely roam.” 

Instagram Post: 2014 (beginning of Stage 2) “Stage 2 consists of 6 Acres (2.4 Hectares) for my kids to be able to live and run freely.”

Gizmodo: Celebrity Studded Article (2016) “While Serio plans to create a 3000-acre “Stage 3” area for the mature cats, according to the Black Jaguar-White Tiger website, he has just eight acres of finished enclosures fully ready for his burgeoning horde of animals.”

Instagram Post (2014) “Introducing Stage 2's addendum: 28 Acres more (12 Hectares). I still don't know exactly what I'm going to do with it but it's huge. Note: This is not Stage 3.”

FaceBook Video: Stage 2B (posted 2017) “There are 22 acres here (We have a total of 135 in the area). We won't use the rest since Stage 3 is upon us.” 

BJWT Stage 2B is built right next to a series of soccer fields, all of which are about the size of a standard field (1 acre). When compared to the area where the enclosures are built one can see that the 2 fields are easily equal in size to said area. Eddie’s claims of the enclosures being built on 30 acres of land are completely fabricated.

We know the distance measurements are accurate estimates because the soccer field areas equal the standard regulated size.

Through these pictures we can see that Stage 2 is only about 2 acres in size and Stage 2B is about 19 acres. Together they are: 21 acres. Their total is no where close to 120 acres like Eduardo claims, not to mention not even amounting to the 30 acres that the enclosures are supposed to be built on.

This doesn’t even take into account the fact that a good portion of Stage 2 is supposedly “quarantine” meaning the animals aren’t supposed to be housed there permanently. This would lessen the usable living space even more. We also can’t forget that Stage 2B is home to not only Eddie’s big cats but coyotes, bears, monkeys, pigs, and stray dogs. This means his cats have an even smaller amount of space to be housed on.  We also can’t forget about the fabled Stage 3, an area that legend says ranges from “hundreds” to “thousands” of acres depending on Eddie’s mood. There have been no updates, photos, or information on this rumored stage 3 since 2014, theorists claim that the stage is nothing more than gossip and fiction.

Stage 1: The Ranch/“Nursery”/Eddie’s Home Eduardo lives in one of the wealthiest suburbs in Mexico City, Jardines del Pedregal. It’s a 30 min drive from here to Stage 2.

Stage 2: “The Gardens” About an 11 min drive from here to Stage 2B.

Stage 2B Notice the sports center & soccer fields directly next to the property. About another 30 min drive from Stage 1 to Stage 2B. The BJWT website has no information on location or addresses for its foundation and its 3 stages. Thanks to context clues, various articles, interviews, and photos from BJWT Watchdog I was able to find the coordinates for all 3 locations.  Some screenshots/images come from here and here.
