“For All Mankind” episode 4x09: ANATOMY OF A SCENE (plot twist at the end)

Margo seems reluctant to take Sergei offer to go to Brazil with him. Then…

Sergei:”There’s so little time, Margo”

Margo:”I know. I just need to see this mission through first”

(1) Margo sees his desperation for an answer and realises how much he cares for her.

(2) As they never use words for expressing their feelings, Sergei decides to grab her hand as a synonym with “I love you”.

(3) Margo is full of joy and seems to be really grateful for his gesture. Sergei reacts happily to her smile.

(4) Notice how Margo moves her left arm. I don’t quite understand why the director didn’t shoot what she is doing with her hand, because I’m 100% positive that Margo decides to wrap his hand with hers as synonymous with “I love you too”. And then it’s settled. They are leaving together to Brazil.

Any theories about s04ep21 promo?

I’m thinking we find out some more information about the strange symbols Barry was writing after coming out of the speedforce in 4x01, because we also saw Devoe writing some on his blackboard during a flashback scene in 4x07. Maybe they have something to do with the machine Devoe is going to use to wipe everyone’s brains?

I think they strategically left Marlize out of the promo because they don’t want us to know what her next move is. She’s left Clifford, but that doesn’t mean she’s a good guy now. I think there’s a possibility she’ll become her own villain. As far as we know, she still believes that mankind is evil and corrupted by technology. I think she may still want the “enlightenment” to happen, she just doesn’t want Clifford to have power over the world after it happens. To her, the enlightenment is about saving the world in their own demented way, not ruling it as Clifford now wants to do. Or, maybe it will be like we’ve all predicted, and she will join Team Flash to help take down Clifford. I could see her making a dramatic entrance at the end of the episode announcing that she’s going to help.

I’m curious to see how they bring back Amunet. She was killed by Devoe in 4x13, along with the bus metas and Warden Wolfe. I think Barry might travel back in time to get her help, like he did last season for Snart. I’m not the biggest Amunet fan, but I enjoy her moments. She was poorly written in the beginning but wasn’t bad in 4x09.
