📌 What to do in January
These are the upcoming events that you may be going through this month, so this is the perfect opportunity to take some action towards your weight loss target. 👊🏻
✨ Organization
Organize your pantry in a way you’ll feel safe around food. Get some new containers for your meal prep and for your snacks. Make an exclusive area for favorite desserts 🍫, portioning them in small quantities. Throw away any foods that are more than one year old or outdated 🤢.
✨ Spring cleaning
Take everything out of your closet 👗. Put back only things you love 🥰, and you’ll be loving in the next 30 days. Donate clothes that don’t fit you anymore. Just because you’re overweight, doesn’t mean you can’t put on nice outfits, so anything ragged is a NO 🛑.
✨ Spring break
Spring break is right around the corner, so make plans to enjoy your life a little bit. Part of the weight loss process is to find joy without food. So, what do you have in mind that doesn’t involve food? 🏔 Travel to a national park 🧗🏻♀ Go hike some mountains 🌊 Enjoy nature 👘 Shop for new clothes 🧖🏻♀ Spa day with your best friend
📌 What to eat in January
The best advice is to reduce your intake of sugar and flour as much as you can. Limit the consumption of these types of food once a week.
✨ The miracle food
The best foods to eat may vary for each person, but what works for most people is tons of green leaves and vegetables and a portion of protein and good fats (avocado, olive oil, coconut oil).
✨ Water
🧊 Studies suggest that water can help with weight loss in a variety of ways. It suppresses appetite and boosts metabolism. Water also increases calorie burning. If you’re looking to shed some pounds in January, staying hydrated will help you make better decisions and stop mistaking hunger for thirst.
✨ Snacking

I try and fill my food diary in just after I've eaten, I carry it most places I go so I don't forget anything! This style of food diary is ideal for those that aren't following a plan like Slimming World or Weight Watchers, but need to keep a food diary for health reasons.

MOVING NOTEBOOKS! When I found this book I got a bit too excited! 😍 . It's really hard to photograph so I did a slow motion video. . What they do not tell. The truth about nuts. Besides being packed with protein, most nuts contain at least some of these heart-healthy substances: omega 3, fiber, vitamin E, ... but there is also a downside of this healthy snack. I was shocked when I found out that there are 578 calories in 100 grams of Almonds. FOOD UP FRONT®: 3 gode råd til konceptudvikling, der holder
Begrænsninger og vanetænkning er fødevareproducenternes værste fjende. I de processer, der skal afføde nye produkter via innovativ tænkning, strander udviklingen alt for ofte på grund af frygten for det nye.
- Alt for mange fødevareproducenter søger trygheden i at gøre, ”som vi plejer”. En pølseproducent revolutionerer ikke markedet – og gør ikke nok for nyudviklingen - ved at komme ost i pølsen, pointerer Hanne Harbo, Koncept- og foodplanner hos Nørgård Mikkelsen.
Som fødevareproducent kan du alt!
Det er på tide at gøre op med begrænsningerne. For virkelig at innovere er du nødt til at se bort fra alle hindringer – økonomiske som produktionsmæssige. Du kan, hvad du vil. Dit bedste udgangspunkt er at identificere forbrugernes behov og udvikle ud fra disse.
Det handler ikke om at opfinde den dybe tallerken. Det handler om at lave det, forbrugerne efterspørger. Her får du 3 gode råd til udviklingen af dit næste koncept:
1. Tænk udefra og ind Det essentielle i enhver udviklingsproces er at tænke udefra og ind. Du skal se dit produktsortiment med forbrugernes øjne. Du skal finde ud af, hvad de efterspørger i steder for at tage udgangspunkt i din virksomhed og dét, du kan tilbyde forbrugerne. Når du identificerer deres behov, har du det bedste udgangspunkt at udvikle ud fra.
2. Imødekom forbrugernes behov
Dit næste skridt er at definere, hvordan du imødekommer forbrugernes behov. Det lyder banalt, men ikke desto mindre glemmer mange fødevareproducenter netop det, når de udvikler nye varianter af fødevarer, emballager og koncepter.
Strukturer dit materiale i en business-case
Saml dine data, din identifikation af markedet og dine risikoberegninger i en case. Nu kan både du selv og andre overskue argumenterne for, hvorfor idéerne skal realiseres og ud til forbrugerne. Amo. Sådan produktudvikler vi
- Amo er brandet, der signalerer bagning i Danmark. Når vi i vores fokusgrupper spørger ind til forbrugernes behov, indsamler vi materiale, vi dernæst udvikler stærke koncepter ud fra, fortæller Hanne Harbo.
Vi skabte Amo LetBagt på baggrund af forbrugernes behov for kage- og brødblandinger med et lavt fedtindhold. I samarbejde med Amo imødekom vi forbrugernes behov for helt nye produkter, lyder det fra Harbo. 3. Kommunikationen: What’s in it for me? Vi har identificeret forbrugernes behov. Idéen bag produktudviklingen er på plads. Vi skal nu etablere den kommunikationsstrategi, der skal løfte og differentiere produktet. What’s in it for me. For forbrugeren. Billede fra shoppingman.dk Det handler om at gøre kommunikationen så enkel og let at afkode som muligt. Når forbrugerne står ved køledisken eller foran hylden, skal det være tydeligt, hvad produktet vil signalere. Her er det vigtigt at huske, at emballagen er den vigtigste reklameplads. Og for mange fødevareproducenter den eneste. Når du kommunikerer dit nye produkt, skal du:
• Finde et let afkodeligt navn • Skabe en passende emballage • Etablere en sikker kommunikation, der når rundt om produktet
