The reported $6 million makeover of Pullman On The Park is no small project, with hopes of The Cliveden Bar & Dining becoming being a socially vibrant destination for people of all ages.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, an impressive variety of fresh and local produce lines the bench tops, following a Mediterranean and European-leaning menu. Friday and Saturday sees seafood options become available, whilst the roast and other dishes change daily, and pasta is freshly cooked-to-order.

Compared with slightly classier buffet experiences in Melbourne (namely, Crown’s Conservatory and Langham’s Melba Restaurant), The Cliveden Bar and Dining has more of an intimate ambience, being both smaller in size and more personable in staff service. The quality and variety of food and drinks is of an impressively high standard, leaving you feeling extremely satisfied (and full). The stylish and interactive nature of their venue is one that must not be overlooked when seeking an exciting new place to frequent.
