Thanks to my bestie, Gabbi for treating and introducing us to Zaftig’s Delicatessen up in Natick, Mass! I had the Empire Benedict, which was two poached eggs with spinach and lox over two potato latkes and smothered in hollandaise sauce. I also got a cup of their famous chicken & matzoh ball soup. My mum got the matzoh brie, which was like an egg scramble with matzoh in it. Gabbi got noodle kugel.
