Try to avoid microwave popcorn, they are full of toxic artificial flavours. Here is a healthy version that you can do easily at home! Ingredients: 1 tbs of organic coconut oil 3/4 cup of organic popcorn kernels Heat coconut oil in a covered saucepan on medium heat. . Add the popcorn kernels to the oil. Put the lid back and give the pan a few shakes. They are ready in two minutes! Same as the other ones! Try always to look for the healthy version of the foods you like!
