Outré Manila
The thing about Outré Manila is that it is a combination of an art form and ice cream. This liquid nitrogen piece of ice cream heaven is a must-try! It’s originally from BF Homes, Paranaque and is now in Circuit Makati.
Their location in BF Homes is pretty cool - doodles on the walls, comfortable chairs and a really welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay a longer. The staff are all friendly - they’d even have a chat with you!
Each branch of Outré Manila has their special flavor exclusive so don’t expect the same set of flavors when you go to the other branch. The photo above was taken at their BF Homes branch, we ordered Pistachu (P160) and Honey Comb (P160), which I believe is already taken out of the menu for some reason. We’ve also already tried Milo Dinosaur (P160) and Cookie Monster which I also believe is taken out from the menu too (still looking for the photo, huhu).
Other than ice cream, they also serve sandwiches, burgers, pastas and the likes but their main specialty is liquid nitrogen ice cream. On the photo above, we ordered their potato wedges with sour cream (P150). The potato wedges aren’t special but the sour cream made the dish worthwhile.
The photo above, on the other hand, was taken at their branch in Circuit Makati. I ordered their Kick Me flavor (P150), a coffee-mix with shredded chocolate and it tastes a little bit too bitter for me, the shredded chocolate didn’t even save the taste. Of all the flavors I tried, this is probably my least favorite. I instantly regretted choosing this flavor over the others.
But overall, their ice cream is one of the best in town and you shouldn’t miss it for the world.

The Burgery
The Burgery, owned by the super hot actor and model - JC De Vera, tops my list for the best burger joints I have tried. Originally from BF Homes, Paranaque, it now has a branch in Circuit Makati (much closer to home). My friends and I have dined here several times already and we even went to the 36th Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) at SMX just to get a taste of their burger!
Their burgers are made up of everything you want in your burgers - just the way you like it, juicy and flavorful. I don’t know how to get into details but I assure you that you won’t get disappointed. I already recommended The Burgery to a few friends and now it’s their favorite too!
Their potato wedges are also very cheesy with a hint of saltiness - just the perfect combination. Their home-brewed ice tea also goes well with the heavy meal.
Their brownie (with ice cream on top) mug is also very delicious! A warm and cold treat in one! The perfect dessert after munching!
Here’s a photo of me and Jane with our man crush (even the owner looks so yummy, lol), JC De Vera! The Burgery is a must-try, I swear. End of the story. Go try it now. NOW.
