Rewind: Can you believe this is the first time someone asked me this? Three years and nobody ever bothered to ask me directly. They instead ask if Snares is my brother. Pfft, go figure... But I'll go straight to the point with this one.

Hey! I'm a little confused here, what exactly is the difference between Lusttale and Underlust?

I know you said it's a revamp of sorts but I'm just genuinely confused on what the differences are.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, what exactly are the icks you have with Underlust that originally made you want to redo this AU? I've only ever really seen either the decent aspects of it or the fanon versions so I don't really know most of people's issues apart from the... Weird thing about Chara being in.. That kinda clothing.

Differences i wanted were these:

- Make the storyline more fluid and organized, idk felt like the og story rushed through to try and reach certain parts sooner

- Flesh out characters past the sexual deviant who have random, often uncalled for bursts of angst ( or just have ZERO self control )

- I tried to make some characters make better sense. Example, Chara and their trait/design, the reason for Frisk even going, ect - Give background characters a chance to be shown, not saying the WHOLE au with EVERY monster has to be designed, but its atleast nice and feels more detailed ( even Jerry eyeroll )

^ The AU also switched between being owned by the creator, to the creators mutual ( iirc ), to then being a community owned AU since the OG owner left it for mental health reasons. I originally wanted to continue the story, but rebuilding characters in a way it still resembles the original story with a few kind of tweaks helps it feel new, think like Ink Sans's redesign!

These were icks:

- Some characters had almost nothing fleshed out abt them, i totally understand why some dont (hard to flesh out a entire cast, some characters dont give enough to build off of, ect) but its personality stumping if the character is only shown for a sex joke or be background characters to another angst, example Alphys, shown very little unless to comment on MTT's body, or to be the one to help him (MTT one IS important but after that i barely remember her character outside that..) - I know that separating creator from creation is best way to go about some things, though knowing that they heavily shipped Fontcest (which their own AU was prone to have) and had done nsfw Frans art is gross enough for me to wanna not engage with the original au (small non UL related was a Nazi Chara they drew once, shockvalue humor or not why would you?)

- MTT's plot. I really hate how it went. Its not something im gonna remove, but its something i wanna try and do in a way that doesnt feel so abrupt yk? If that makes sense :,D

Other then the few points i can really give, i also just thought it would be nice to give UL a fresh coat of paint. Not like "i took things into my own hands", but just "this made me and alot uncomfortable, the AU is kinda just sitting there, lets try it " !

Okay so I’ve been having a lot of people approach me about this on almost every platform I’m on, so I might as well make a end-all-be-all answer.

Let’s make one thing clear:

I HAVE NOT MADE, PRODUCED, OR DRAWN FONTCEST.

I WILL NOT MAKE, PRODUCE, OR DRAW IT EVER. PERIOD. DOT.

It has been brought to my attention (ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS) that my art style is “familiar” or “recognizable” because I am commonly mistaken for various different artists (some of which that draw Fontcest).

Typically, my art will have watermarks/signatures on each of them to SHOW that I’ve created it. (With the minor exceptions of certain doodles/memes and older art).

These range from having a little logo on them, to being in cursive, to just me straight up writing my name out!

Frankly, it’s because of these mishaps/misunderstandings (as well as topics relating to similar situations) that I’ve started to distance myself from the UTAU community as a whole.

As of the time this ask is being answered, I have not been active in the UTAU community for roughly 4 months.

All I ask is for everyone to not approach me about topics like this/similar topics.

Not really something plot related, but I'm curious about the skelebros' relationship in this. Just... in Undertale, we saw that, before Frisk's arrival and help on Pacifist route, Undyne and Alphys had awkward crushes on each other, not knowing how to deal with it, and Alphys had to lie to Undyne a lot about humans and herself...

I'm kinda curious about how would that be transferred onto Sans and Papyrus' relationship? (other than it being (hopefully) purely platonic, heh...) also would Sans still mix up the letter to be Frisk' or would he recognize it's from his brother?

In OTHERSWAP the skeleton brothers keep their familial & platonic relationship like in the original. If I see anything fontcest I will explode people with my eye lasers.

For this AU, their relationship is strained at the start due to them both being busy with their very demanding jobs. Although they technically do still live together, Sans has pretty much moved into the lab at this point (it'd be too much effort to make the commute every day.) and they've drifted apart because of that. Frisk's role here would be to help them reconcile. Papyrus' letter would still cause confusion due to its wording and that leads them to entering the True Lab; as to how or why... ... We're still working on that.

Obvious kinks (I shouldn't have to list them all here but if they make me squirm, I am not writing them. Liking teeth or claws, pulling hair, or being slightly dominant in a situation are fine though.)

These are basic guidelines and I may add onto them if I realize I forgot anything. As much as it pains me, I cannot write everything and I have the right to reject your request if it makes me uncomfortable.

🌸Hello! I'm Flower, and this is my profile as you.. can probably tell because you clicked on it-

I joined tumblr to see more fandom content for series I really enjoy, and also to make some content for those fandoms. (Or just to reblog a bunch of art I think is neat, unless I find out they're made by proshippers)

I also like to write in my spare time as it's really fun for me, and have decided to write stuff like oneshots for certain fandoms like Undertale, alongside my own original works/oc content.

This AU blog is run by Frisk, Asriel, and Chara.

Some stuff about Hopes'n'Dreams:

This is a Post-True Pacifist timeline.

Chara is male.

Gaster is NOT related to Sans and Papyrus, but is still a skeleton.

Chara is 19, Asriel is 18, and Frisk is 11 and a half.

Frisk is often bullied and harassed by others for being homeschooled as well as for the way they look. Also, they are often misgendered.

Chara is most often the one to stand up for them, mostly because he feels bad for not being able to protect Frisk when they needed it the most.

This AU was originally called Aftertale until I learned that Aftertale is already a thing.

Papyrus is 19 and Sans is 28.

Papyrus and Chara are gay and asexual.

Chara and Papyrus are besties.

Asriel is omniromantic and asexual.

Sans taught Chara how to use the shortcut ability.

Resetting will not put Frisk in the Ruins. It will set the timeline to the day after Chara got his body. (That happened after Asriel got a SOUL.)

Chara can go geno. His eyes and mouth begin gushing a putrid black goop

Some stuff that will not be tolerated on this blog:

fontcest and incest ships.

shipping Mettaton with ANYONE (if you must know, send an ask. Chara, Asriel, Papyrus, Undyne, or any combination of the four will answer your question about it.)

shipping Frisk with anyone.

Mentioning Jerry. He does not exist in this timeline.

bullying and harassing others for ANYTHING. Unless what they did goes against anything on this list. Then I don't care.

Shipping Alphys with anyone other than Undyne. No, they aren't married, only dating. No, they do not plan on getting married any time soon. They're fine with just dating each other for now.

Soriel or any other Toriel ships other than Toriel×Asgore (because Toriel and Asgore are back together.)

Any Asgore ships other than Asgore×Toriel (same reason as above.)

Any rping using any character from any Fell timeline. (Frisk is afraid of those timelines and Chara finds them annoying)
