Happy Sunday 🤗 Hope y'all had a great weekend. I spent a lot of mine working on some new poems. It's a while since I've done that, but I've been reading a collection of female poetry lately called SHE IS FIERCE and it's totally got my creative juices flowing ✍ I don't know if any of these new efforts will make it into print, but I'm having fun writing them 😊😊😊 Anyways, I'm taking a break now for another cosplay post, and as you can see, it's a Supergirl one🦸🏼‍♀️ I kind of had a story going on in my head for my latest Supergirl shoot which involved Supergirl being defeated and then managing to turn things around, and most of the pics fit with this, but this one's just a random pose. I'm thinking it's Supergirl taking a time out after some hard heroics and getting all thoughtful, but it's open to other interpretations. If you're wondering what's different about the costume, it's the stockings. They're better quality than the one's I had before and have a glossy look that's more in keeping with traditional superhero costumes. It's only a small change, but I think it makes a big difference. Next up, I'm going to post a Catwoman shot and then a Rei Miyamoto one for 👻Halloween👻, so keep watching this space 👀

I thought I'd post one of my older pics today📷, because I've been so caught up with the new stuff that I'd kinda forgotten about them. It's from my Typhoid Mary shoot, so there's nothing in the costume I haven't talked about before. Let's just say it's a classic look for the character. As for the pose, I was going for relaxed🧘 and flirty😘, but with a slightly threatening vibe as well, because one of Mary's defining characteristics is her unpredictability. Will she 💋 you or will she 💀 you... it's hard to tell. As I've said before I find the character super interesting. She started as just another villain, but has evolved into something much more sympathetic. Writers use her to explore the theme of mental illness in ways you don't often see in comics. There's villainy in her, but there's also vulnerability... a truly multidimensional creation, who blurs the line between good and evil 👏 (not like some of the other MCU cast). Hope y'all like this shot. It ticks the boxes for me... the camera angle is good and you can see my half and half makeup pretty well. Stay tuned for more. Lotz of luv, Christabel ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
