Danny holds an Intervention for Brucie Wayne.
So! Danny is the head of R&D at WayneTech, and he often works closely with Bruce and Lucius when they want him to make "Proof of Concept" Gadgets and Vehicles. He doesn't question the absurdity of some of the stuff he builds, he was raised by Mad Scientists after all, all of it seems perfectly normal to him!
But he has noticed something concerning about his Boss.
He really needs to get his Partying in control. Every time he comes into work he has eyebags covered by makeup, some bruises from tripping while drunk, and he is always super cagey about what he did last night. Danny asked some of his coworkers about it, and they noticed it too.
They also bring up that he sometimes comes into work with a really foggy mind, which is probably the aftereffects of doing some kind of drugs at whatever party he was at the previous night.
Even his Hangovers seem really bad! Worse than usual, but he powers through them and keeps acting like his normal Himbo self! Danny realizes that Bruce needs to calm down. He has Kids to take care of, and Alfred needs less work on his plate
So he contacts a bunch if Bruce's Friends, his Family, and even a few coworkers who brought up their concerns to him, and he stages an Intervention.
...
Bruce didn't know what to expect when he walked into the conference room at Wayne Enterprises. He had been called in by Danny, his head of R&D, for a Meeting earlier that day, but Danny had failed to explain the purpose of the Meeting.
He had barely made it on time. He had spent the entire night chasing down Scarecrow, and a slip up had caused him to get hit by some Fear Toxin, which took forever to work its way out of his system. It didn't help that the Antidote gave him a splitting headache.
Bruce opened the door to the Conference Room, and was met with a mishmash of faces. Clark was sitting close to the head of the Table, with Lois at his right, and Diana to hers. In the crowed he could also see Dick and Steph holding in barely contained laughter, with Tim looking a little lost to the side. Damian looked as if he would rather be anywhere else, Duke was looking as list as Tim, and Cass was just smirking at him with a look of amusement.
He could also see the faces of various employees of Wayne Enterprises, among them being Lucius and Tam.
What was going on?
The door closed behind him, and he turned to see Danny standing behind him.
"Bruce, this is an Intervention."

I'm playing South of Midnight very slowly, so I've only gotten to chapter 7 so far. But I'm so glad I stopped at the beginning of this chapter last night, because the main menu? With the beautiful scene that has all the cute critters and their ambience?
It's added the magic choir whispering the mythical creature's song.
I don't know for sure whether it may have started on previous chapters. But judging by the fact that they're now whispering frequently while I run around, even before I've found any Echoes? I think it started here. This was already set to be (one of) my favorite chapter(s), just because of the mythical creature's design. But every little detail keeps stacking up to add even more delight.

I had a funny thought last night as I was trying to fall asleep.
If you didn't already know, Deborah Ann Woll is an amazing D&D dungeon master and has a series on YouTube where she runs a campaign with special celebrity guests. Charlie's in an episode, and the whole series is so good. You should totally check it out.
Anyway, I was imagining Karen running a D&D game for Matt, Foggy, and Frank (possibly also reader, if someone wanted to take this as a writing prompt).
I think Matt would obviously be a Paladin. What would everyone else play?

Day 42!! My take on a Mafukasa swap!AU!!
#papr daily#mafukasa#they stay roughly the same as they are in canon methinks sorry (not sorry) to disappoint :'D#I've seen a million aus of Tsukasa/W×S in/as Niigo and personally I disagree with the notion that it'd change Tsukasa's character too much?#I know it's not readable but to me I think that Tsukasa in N25 would happen if the Tenmas never saw that one show#Because imo if they never saw the show and Tsk never decided to pursue acting he 100% would've just continued with the piano#it just feels Most Correct to me#and considering his ego got so inflated in canon because he was not kept in check because of how much time he spent alone at home#I don't see much reason for that to change even if he's in a different field because he likely still would want to Be The Best#but that's just my two cents#also just to be clear Mafukasa is the only swapped characters here so Mafuyu has the rest of Wondershow and Kasa got rest of N25#I don't think that their SEKAIs necessarily have to change just because they're in diff units I just thought it'd be neat to explore#Just trying to find ways to combine the two settings in ways that still defines Mafukasa's characters#Mafuyu's being an abandoned and foggy boardwalk/port/circus (which is the SEKAI I used in old my swap!unit btw :3)#and Tsukasa's being the stereotypical fairytale forest with the titular little house and all the little critters and such#they very clearly are meant to embody a similar vibe to the original unit SEKAIs (Mfy with the theatrics and Tsk with the expansiveness)#but they fit the new characters more (the emptiness and fog keeps the hollow feeling of Empty SEKAI#and the fantastical setting keeps the whimsical nature of Wonderland SEKAI)#these were der meant to just be one-off doodles but I think.
