everyone is making jean jackets, and i love them so much, but ya girl would absolutely perish in the southern heat wearing that even for a brief period of time. so i made a t-shirt instead.

i also see a lot of the smiley/frowny face and the little star guys, but have seen maybe one or two creations with the dog (i know there’s more out there). almost did just the silhouette of the dobie in the stardust piece i made, but ultimately based this off a piece i made several years ago and still love.

ran through several variations - portrait shot, leaping straight up (you know that piece of laika that floats around every year? think along those lines, tho i believe she’s floating more so than jumping), different shapes to layer the dog against - all retaining the silhouette + geometric style, but none of those spoke to me (worked) more than this. since it’s based off the piece i did of canon, i could not help of but think of space when i was creating it. i suppose you could say the circle is representative of a bubble, and the accents are “stardust” (or simply stars as the dog passes through space, how i envision it).

anyways! i am pleased with it! it was a pain as the vinyl made the executive decision to Not Cooperate, but we got there :)

I did my nails for FOB today and I tried to do the covers I thought I could do minimalist while still making them recognizable, and I got some bracelets from @asajjvxntress and friend! I can’t wait for FOB to play!!
