My personal headcanon is Hancocks pupils just got blown like super duper wide as like a weird permanent side effect from the ghoul drug.

Of course this means that bright lights are a no for him but he can see pretty well in the dark which is why he comments on the light a lot and the state house is rather dim.

What I could find isn't 1:1- I think the ratio is slightly off and the band is MIA. I just need to understand how it's sewn, how it moves, sits and feels.

Big thank you to the Fallout Wiki nerds for adding the type of hat to the details: a green 8 point military cover! I was going down a whole sideways rabbit hole trying to find green conductor hats at first lmfao

The band holding the bullets almost looks textured like nylon webbing, but the wiki describes it as a sweatband? I'll have to grab some screenshots of it from the back to see how it's closed so I can understand what's going on.
