Question about aftermarket wheels ( cars vs trucks )

Going off TireRack for instance, the market for wheels for cars, versus the wheels for trucks, are vastly different in terms of both style and design - but yet, there are still some manufacturers ( Enkei, Volks, FNWheels ) who produce wheels for trucks/SUV's that are similarly styled like those for cars.

That brings me to my question - from an engineering perspective, is there any reason for the differences? Or does it really come down to style/taste in the end.
