Pt. 3 - Public Sex / Pet Play
Tumblr media
A/N: This one had me feral, not gonna lie 😭
TAGS: she/her AFAB FMC, collars, boot riding, what the title says
WORD COUNT: 300
Tumblr media
The dining hall is abuzz with the merry chatter of esteemed guests from every Major House of the Imperium, consultants and bootlickers left and right, droning their opinions over goblets of wine and phials of spice.
But the Emperor Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen can hardly focus on anything other than his pet who kneels obediently at his feet under the table on her pretty, purple pillow.
She keeps his foot warm with her plush little cunt, grinding against the hard leather and the laces which are long soaked with her essence. Her chin rests atop his knee and her shaky arms are slung around his calf. Possessive little thing, almost like her master. The leather of her collar rubs against Feyd's knee cap.
At first she had complained that he was making her cute little dog bed dirty with his shoe, but she had shut her mouth when he had given her something else to whine about.
"Keep going, pet," Feyd-Rautha drawls, taking a bite of the meat-apple skewered on his blade.
Her glossy eyes briefly trail sidewards where Feyd's counselor is staring bluntly at her, the telltale motion of her half-obscured body. The man's right hand jerks back and forth in his trousers. Feyd clicks his tongue and nudges her overstimulated cunt with the dorsum of his foot, drawing a loud, wanton mewl over her lips.
"What are you looking at? Eyes on me, pet. Don't you think my counselor has anything in his pants that could impress you." The man in question blushes in shame and Feyd-Rautha's pet trains her eyes back on the Emperor, riding his foot with renewed abandon.
"That's right, that's my good little girl." Feyd cups her face with his free hand and  bares his teeth in a grin, sinewy meat still stuck between his black incisors. "If you manage to cum again, you get to sleep in your master's bed tonight."

Book: Heavy in Your Arms
Chapter: 1, I was a heavy heart to carry
Chapter TW: petty assault, familial bullying
Word Count: 2700~
You peered over at your aunt in her comfy chair, one of the few American gifts she liked from your father. She sat watching TV with a stoic face while you cooked her lunch.
It was the most recent agreement from your parents, you got to take fewer online classes for college as long as you cared for auntie. It was the most conflicting decision you have made to date.
Aunt Yuuko was very difficult to bond with. She was always poking at the soft spots on your thighs, hips, even your chest. When she wasn’t doing that Aunt Yuuko would remind you that you’d never be Japanese enough. Your American father would always set you a world apart from your family in Japan. Sometimes you would get a laugh from here but it was so rare recently. You mused your homesick mopping was rubbing her the wrong way. Something you'd think about during later interactions.
As you stirred the miso soup, you felt her eyes on your back. She was incredibly skilled at making you feel guilty even while making soup. Even your own mother wasn't so talented and she could make you bleed guilt.
"Lunch is almost ready." She grunted in response, her gaze returning to the TV. A game show blared, the host's exaggerated laughter grating on your nerves. While some shows were funny it never seemed to be the ones Auntie watched.
You ladled the soup into bowls, arranging them on a tray with some pickled vegetables, rice, and a small salmon fillet. As you approached her chair, Aunt Yuuko's hand shot out, pinching your side.
"Still too soft," she muttered, shaking her head.
"No discipline." Another chip in your armor flaked off with her bitter words. The self-worth taught to you in the US seemed flimsy here.
"Enjoy your meal, Auntie." Carefully, you set the tray on her lap.
She sniffed at the food, then looked up at you with narrowed eyes but thankfully nodded at your presentation. Cooking was not an area you struggled with and it came in handy here.
With a sigh, you gathered your purse while picking up her shopping list for the day. It wasn’t particularly long so you’d still have plenty of time to study.
As you stepped out into the crisp autumn air, you felt a weight lift from your shoulders. The streets of Makochi bustled with life, a stark contrast to the stifling atmosphere of Auntie's apartment. You consulted the shopping list, deciding to shop at the nearby grocery store.
While perusing the aisles, your phone buzzed. A message from your father popped up: "How's it going with Aunt Yuuko? Hanging in there?"
Dread filled your gut, fingers hovering over the keyboard. How could you explain the constant barrage of criticism, the feeling of never quite belonging? Your father was the sweetest man and wouldn’t stand for your misery but it would be another wedge between you and everyone else.
Instead, you typed a quick "It's fine. Learning a lot." and hit send.
Now the guilt felt real, you didn’t lie to your father often and it hurt. You wanted a hug and for him to tell off the entire family but you had promised mom you’d give it your all here.
As you reached for a package of bread, an unfamiliar voice called out.
"Ah, where ur' jacket?!" You turned to see a middle-aged man pointing at you, smiling like it was normal to point at someone. You were from the Midwest and used to temperatures colder than 68F. Your long sleeve shirt had seemed just fine, but apparently, it was worthy of comment.
You forced a polite smile, bowing slightly. "I'm quite comfortable, thank you for your concern," you replied, hoping your accent wasn't too noticeable. The man's eyebrows raised.
"Oh, you speak Japanese! But your face... where are you from?"
Your stomach clenched. This was a familiar dance, one you'd performed countless times since arriving in Japan months ago.
"My mother is Japanese," you explained, trying to keep your tone neutral. "I'm visiting family."
"Ah, I see," the man nodded, his eyes roaming over you in a way that made you want to shrink into yourself.
"Well, you should be careful.” He paused as something akin to worry passed over his face.
“It's easy to catch a cold in this weather." His weather warning got a mumbled thank you while you quickly moved to another aisle, your cheeks burning.
You finished your shopping quickly, eager to escape the general public. As you walked back to Auntie’s apartment, your mind raced with conflicting emotions. Part of you longed for the simplicity of your life back in the States, where you didn't have to constantly explain your existence. Another part felt ashamed for not embracing your heritage more fully.
The weight of the grocery bags seemed to increase with each step, mirroring the heaviness in your mood. You paused at a crosswalk, waiting for the light to change, when a group of giggling high school girls passed by. Their carefree laughter made you acutely aware of your isolation. Making a friend would be best, there had to be an app for that.
After crossing the street you noticed one of your bags was stretching oddly- ripping, making it pinch your arm. Stupidly you fully focused down at your arm while adjusting, making the wall of bodies invisible until you were already colliding with someone.
“Shit, sorry!” you rushed out in English forgetting to switch. The men in orange jerseys eyed you with such disdain it made your skin itch.
“Ah, sorry I didn’t...” Before you could finish apologizing they interrupted. Their voices were loud, clearly not caring if they startled you, or anyone else walking by.
“Hey, your Japanese is pretty good!” One of them pointed at your face. Blood rushed to your cheeks with embarrassment, and anxiety building in your gut. Why were fingers constantly in your face today?
"Thank you," you mumbled, trying to sidestep the group of men. However, they were not done being entertained. Another man stepped forward, blocking your path.
"Where are you from?" he asked, his tone somewhere between curiosity and accusation.
"I'm visiting family," you replied, the rehearsed answer falling from your lips automatically. You clutched the grocery bags tighter, wishing you could fly or run very fast.
"Family? But you don't look Japanese," a third man chimed in, his eyes narrowing as he scrutinized your features. You felt your patience wearing thin, this question came up so often that it felt like torture.
"My mother is Japanese," you said, voice tinged with frustration.
"Excuse me, I need to get home." As you tried to push past them, the tall man grabbed your arm.
You froze, panic rising in your chest as the man's grip tightened on your arm. The other men closed in, forming a semicircle around you. Your heart raced as you frantically looked for an escape route.
"Come on, don't be scared. We just want to talk," he slurred out, his breath hot on your face. "Maybe you can teach us some English."
You jerked your arm, trying to break free, but his grip was solid. The defunct grocery bag stretched more, spilling some contents across the sidewalk. Your eyes darted around, searching desperately for help. But the few passersby quickened their pace, averting their gaze. Once again, you felt completely alone.
Tears of frustration began to pool in your eyes while your throat painfully tightened. Your display of fear only seemed to make them laugh, perhaps expecting more bravado from you. Jokes about your figure passed between them, your chest size coming into play a few times. Another one of the men touched your shoulder causing you to flinch which brought another laugh from the men.
You heard the clicking on the ground before you saw the man. A slow rhythmic sound like very slow walking from a horror film.
“What’s goin’ on?” A deep voice pulled their attention, bringing you a much-needed moment to think. You wiggled your arm, trying to reach freedom but the foul arm holding you did not budge. Looking to your savior brought newfound horror as another orange jersey came into view. You had clearly offended some god or gods to have odds this bad. At this point, the conclusion that you were dealing with a gang was rattling around your head.
Bad luck indeed.
“We were helping this girl with her groceries, she dropped them.”
The newcomer's eyes narrowed as he surveyed the scene. Despite wearing the same orange jersey, something about him seemed different. The air around him is far more dangerous than the thugs surrounding you. His gaze lingered on the spilled groceries, then on the hand gripping your arm.
"Is that so?" he asked, his tone deceptively calm. He took a step closer, and you noticed a slowness to his speech.
"Funny way of helping." The man holding your arm loosened his grip slightly, uncertainty creeping into his expression.
"We were just having some fun, Togame-san. No harm done."
Light reflected oddly off his glasses, blocking his eyes from view as if commanded by the man himself.
"Let her go." The threat in his voice was unmistakable. Your arm was released immediately, and then the man took a step back and stuttering out apologies to you. You rubbed your wrist, wincing at the tender skin along your forearm. A bruise already blooming in the shape of fingers. You guessed it had more to do with your iron intake than the nameless man's grip strength.
The man named Togame made eye contact with you, but his expression was unreadable.
"Leave." Nothing more needed to be said, they were already gone by the time you looked down at your groceries, avoiding his gaze. While you appreciated his help, the jacket was the same, which put you off wanting any attention from him.
"Kinda cold out." He motioned to your thin shirt, which nearly made you roll your eyes. Bringing a jacket when in public was now at the top of your "to fit in" list.
"Not from here, blood runs hot." This elicited a chuckle from the mysterious man before he sipped a half-drunk ramune. His casual nature almost irked you but somehow reminded you of home. He knelt down and scooped several items off the ground, stepping in close to put them back in a different bag.
"Thanks," another English word slipped out before you could check it.
"No problem." he responded back in kind, his English crystal clear. You looked at him as if he grew two heads.
"Surprised?" Alright, his smirk was charming, but that alone made you nervous. Gangs may be different in Japan but that didn’t mean they were less dangerous.
“Just a bit, but it's nice to hear.” The flattery was low effort but it seemed to spark something in him. His smile was wide and full of teeth, reminding you of a wolf. He gripped the last of your fallen food and placed it in your bags. Then his hand pulled your wrist in close inspecting the fingers imprinted on your forearm. You tugged your arm away in shame, expecting, but not meeting any resistance.
“I’m fine.” You didn’t even sound convincing to yourself. He frowned but didn’t push you.
"If you say so," Togame replied, sounding skeptical. In one quick motion, his jacket was upon your shoulders. You look from him to the jacket completely bewildered but manage a polite smile. While you were not cold it did feel nice to have someone comfort you after all the commotion.
“Thank you.” He merely nodded to your thanks and stepped a pace back, finally giving you space.
"Where are you headed? I'll walk you there." It didn’t sound optional from the tone. You hesitated for a heartbeat, but conceded without arguing. He was handsome, friendly, and spoke english- the standards were low at the moment.
"I'm just going home. It's not far."
He nodded again, falling into step beside you as you began to walk towards home.
The silence filling the air felt awkward and slowly becoming unbearable. You couldn't help but glance at him from the corner of your eye, taking in his imposing figure. Despite his apparent kindness, something about him set you on edge. Perhaps it was the clicking of his sandals that seemed to inform everyone around that looking at him was not advised.
"So," he said after a few moments, "visiting family, huh? How long you been here?"
You clutched your grocery bags tighter. "A few months. I'm staying with my aunt."
He hummed in acknowledgement not offering a follow up question. A buzzing sound broke the tension next followed by him flipping open his phone. In silence he read something then tsked in irritation but when he looked at you a smile formed.
“Sorry beautiful, I need to go.” You nodded with a creeping blush and started to shrug off his jacket leading him to shake his head.
“I’ll be back for it tomorrow.” He handed his phone over to you with a blank contact ready for your information. Your throat felt tight, no one had ever asked you to give them your contact information- at least not in Japan. The feminine urge to provide fake information for personal safety was present but his smirk seemed to override the survival instinct far to quickly.
“Here you go.” You mumbled out then handed his phone back. He looked at the contact, repeating the syllables of your name then smiled with the snap of his phone.
“See ya tomorrow.” He walked away without waiting for a response.
Glancing down at the jacket you smile and turn on your heels. Slowly you funneled inside auntie's apartment, slipping your shoes off and then heading right to the kitchen. Your auntie is slumped in her seat quietly snoring.
You carefully put away the groceries, trying not to wake Auntie. As you hung Togame's jacket in your room, you caught a whiff of his cologne—a blend of vanilla and something spicy you couldn't quite place. It made you feel warm despite the lingering unease from the day's events.
After finishing a few small chores, you retreated to your room fully, collapsing onto your futon with a heavy sigh. The encounter with those men replayed in your mind, making your skin crawl. But then there was Togame... mysterious, dangerous, yet oddly kind. You touched the spot on your arm where his fingers had grazed your skin, a shiver running through you.
A buzzing startled you from your thoughts. It was a message from an unknown number:
"Hope you made it home safely. Looking forward to retrieving my jacket tomorrow.” A smile flashed over your face as you typed back immediately.
“I did thank you!” Upon hitting send you dropped a pin for your location. Giving your address out wasn’t a terrible idea right?
Surely not.
Togame’s Pov
The day had been rather interesting, which was a much-needed change for Togame. The doe-eyed foreigner had been intriguing from the start. Her tone was far more forward than the girls he dated. Not that it troubled him, a tenacious woman was a personal favorite.
It was enjoyable watching her struggle to remain in control around him, then cave just as quickly to a superficial kindness. Plus her smell was wonderful, he had hoped she didn’t notice when grabbing fallen groceries that he sniffed the top of her head. The scent of sugar, and wildflowers filled his lungs leaving him dazed.
The bruise, however, that he did not like. The names escaped him, but he knew grunts’ faces that harmed his bambi eyed newcomer. Tomorrow he would skin the rats one by one for doing something so pathetic while wearing the Shishitoren emblem.
As Togame lay in bed, his mind drifted back to her plump features. While their joke was crass, they were not wrong about her full chest. Salacious thoughts passed over him leading to an ache in his body, but they quickly passed as the image of that ugly bruise on her soft skin flashed in his mind. His fists clenched involuntarily, anger bubbling up inside him once more. If anyone would mark her skin, it was gonna be him while she begged for more.
He closed his eyes, trying to focus instead on the pleasant memories of their encounter. The way she had stammered and blushed when he helped her collect her spilled groceries, her fingers brushing against his with the shifting of the bags. The sweet sound of her voice as she thanked him, it was so different from his daily interactions with anyone. His favorite was the tears building in her lovely eyes. It made her look so soft and delicate, ready to be ruined by his charm.
Sleep eluded him as he tossed and turned, his thoughts a jumble of sweet scents and violent retribution. When dawn finally broke, Togame rose with bags under his eyes and a deep scowl.
To avoid accidentally murdering the 3 vermin from yesterday he sipped on warm heat while staring at the pinned address sent to him, at least something would be fun today. Taking a second he looked over the group chat, seeing rattling from yesterday, some talk about shopkeepers not paying their dues. A long sigh left his throat and the phone snapped closed, tagged text unanswered as normal.

How Much Does BIS Certification Cost?
BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification is essential for companies wishing to manufacture or import products into India, assuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. However, navigating the associated costs can be complex, as they vary depending on product requirements, certification schemes, and inspection needs. Here’s an in-depth look at the primary costs involved in obtaining BIS certification, with insights into how BIS certification agents and services from consulting firms like ERCS Pvt Ltd can support businesses in managing this process.
1. Application Fees
The first step in obtaining BIS certification is paying the application fee, which covers the administrative review and registration process. This fee is usually fixed by the BIS and varies according to the product category and the certification scheme selected. Different schemes, like the ISI Mark, Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS), or Foreign Manufacturers Certification Scheme (FMCS), may have varied application fees. Typically, the cost for an initial application can range from ₹1,000 to ₹15,000, depending on the product.
2. Testing and Laboratory Fees
Product testing is one of the most significant components of the BIS Certification Cost. BIS requires that all products undergo rigorous testing in a BIS-accredited laboratory to ensure they meet Indian standards. For some product categories, testing must occur in a BIS-recognized Indian lab, which can be challenging for international manufacturers. Testing fees depend heavily on the product type, complexity, and safety regulations associated with the industry.
For instance, electrical goods, electronics, and toys require extensive safety and quality testing, increasing testing costs. BIS product certification for these items might involve an expenditure of ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 or more, depending on the technical and safety standards involved. By working with BIS certification agents like those at ERCS Pvt Ltd, companies can better understand specific testing requirements and ensure smooth coordination with laboratories, helping to streamline this part of the certification.
3. Inspection and Surveillance Fees
BIS may conduct factory inspections and surveillance to verify that manufacturing facilities comply with required standards. The inspection process involves BIS officials visiting the manufacturing site to review production practices and quality control measures. For domestic manufacturers, this inspection can be a one-time requirement, but for foreign manufacturers, BIS often conducts annual inspections to maintain certification validity under the FMCS scheme.
Each inspection carries a fee that includes travel expenses for BIS inspectors, especially for foreign facilities. For international manufacturers, these costs can add up, and inspections may cost several thousand rupees per visit, depending on the location and frequency. Regular surveillance inspections for certain products are conducted to ensure ongoing compliance, leading to additional expenses that certified companies should budget for.
4. Consultancy Fees with BIS Certificate Agents
Navigating BIS certification requirements can be challenging for companies, particularly for those with complex product categories or foreign manufacturers unfamiliar with BIS processes. This is where BIS certificate agents and consultants, such as ERCS Pvt Ltd, become invaluable. By hiring a consultant, businesses can ensure that all steps in the certification process—application, documentation, testing coordination, and inspection preparation—are managed efficiently.
Consultants charge fees based on the scope of services provided, product complexity, and any additional support required. Engaging a BIS certification agent may involve fees ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹100,000, depending on the level of guidance and service required. However, these costs often translate into time and resource savings for companies, as the consultant’s expertise can prevent delays or errors in the certification process.
5. Renewal Fees
BIS certifications are typically valid for one to two years, after which renewal is required to maintain the certification. The renewal process includes resubmitting the application, possibly undergoing additional testing, and paying a renewal fee. Renewal fees are generally lower than the initial application and testing fees but are necessary for companies wishing to continue selling their products in India. Failure to renew the certification on time may result in market restrictions or penalties.
Summary of Costs and Budgeting Tips
Application Fees: Ranges from ₹1,000 to ₹15,000, depending on the product.
Testing Fees: Can vary widely from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 or more, depending on the product complexity.
Inspection Fees: Costs per visit, especially for foreign facilities, can be significant.
Consultancy Fees: Working with a BIS certification agent like ERCS Pvt Ltd may cost ₹25,000 to ₹100,000 but provides valuable guidance through the process.
Renewal Fees: Required every 1-2 years to maintain market access, usually less than the initial application fees.
The BIS certification cost is an investment in compliance, quality, and market access. With the support of knowledgeable BIS certification agents, businesses can navigate the requirements and streamline the application process, making it easier to secure BIS product certification. For more detailed insights on certification costs and consulting support, consider consulting ERCS Pvt Ltd, a trusted partner in BIS compliance.

FMCS Certification Consultants: Your Guide to Global Market Access
In today's global marketplace, businesses must follow a variety of regulatory standards to assure product quality and compliance. FMCS (international Manufacturer accreditation Scheme) accreditation is one of the mandatory requirements for international manufacturers who want to sell their products to India. At Fusion Compliance Services, we specialize in offering expert FMCS certification consulting, helping businesses streamline the certification process and gain smooth access to the Indian market.
What is FMCS Certification?
FMCS (Foreign Manufacturer Certification Scheme) is a certification program introduced by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). It mandates that foreign manufacturers comply with Indian standards before their products can be sold in the Indian market. This certification applies to a wide range of products, including electronics, appliances, textiles, and food products, ensuring they meet India’s quality and safety standards.
The FMCS certification is a mark of trust and quality, demonstrating that a product is safe for consumers and adheres to Indian regulatory requirements. For foreign manufacturers, securing FMCS certification is essential to ensure their products can be imported and sold legally in India without regulatory hurdles.
The FMCS Certification Process
The FMCS certification process consists of several important processes that require organizations to follow particular rules established by the BIS. Fusion Compliance Services offers end-to-end assistance to guarantee that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. Here's an overview of the normal FMCS certification process:
Product Testing: The product must undergo testing in a BIS-recognized laboratory to ensure it meets Indian standards. Fusion Compliance Services assists manufacturers in selecting accredited laboratories and preparing the product for testing.
Documentation: Accurate and thorough documentation is essential for FMCS certification. We help manufacturers prepare all required documents, including product details, manufacturing information, and technical specifications.
BIS Inspection: Once the documents are submitted, the Bureau of Indian Standards conducts an inspection of the manufacturing facility to verify compliance with Indian standards. Fusion Compliance Services coordinates with the BIS and guides manufacturers in preparing for the inspection.
Approval and Certification: After a successful inspection and review of the documents, the BIS issues the FMCS certificate, authorizing the foreign manufacturer to sell their products in the Indian market.
Why FMCS Certification Matters
FMCS accreditation is crucial for international firms seeking to establish a presence in India. It assures that their products fulfill local safety, quality, and performance requirements. Without this certification, products may face import restrictions, resulting in delays or penalties.
FMCS accreditation assures Indian consumers that the things they purchase from abroad producers satisfy the same stringent standards as those manufactured domestically.

Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) are natural or synthetic chemicals that influence various aspects of plant growth and development. These compounds control physiological processes like cell division, elongation, flowering, fruit ripening, and responses to environmental stimuli. The major classes of PGRs include auxins, gibberellins, cytokinins, ethylene, and abscisic acid, each playing a distinct role. For example, auxins regulate cell elongation and root growth, while gibberellins promote stem elongation and seed germination. Cytokinins stimulate cell division, ethylene is involved in fruit ripening and leaf abscission, and abscisic acid helps plants cope with stress, such as drought.
Buy Now :
In agriculture, PGRs are widely used to enhance crop yield, improve plant resilience, and control the timing of growth phases. Synthetic PGRs are often applied to crops to manipulate traits like fruit size, shape, and flowering time. They are also used to manage plant height in ornamental plants or to delay leaf senescence in food crops. However, the application of PGRs must be carefully managed to avoid adverse effects on plant health or ecosystem balance. As scientific understanding of PGRs advances, they are becoming critical tools in sustainable agriculture and horticulture.
