I gave him little claws because it made him look so edgy. Also, the little bit of pink in his hair because it looked cool!

Originally I was just gonna draw Cal, but decided to add Shelly because I thought it be cute.

Yes, you absolutely can! One lovely Cal and his very good boy! I just always imagined he'd be so much of a dog person.

This was so fun! I loved getting to draw him in my style! This wouldn't be the first time I've drawn him, either. I've drawn him quite a lot, but nothing good enough to post.

Also, there's more under the cut, but content warning for a very shirtless Cal and very saturated scars.

His scars aren't this vivid, this is just for reference on where they are. Also, I got a little self-indulgent with his Reborn: Rainbow redesign. (From here forth, that will be shortened to RRr.) He's much bigger bodied and has as much muscle as you can think. Not on roids, just pure, raw muscle.

I just drew him wearing some casual wear, inspired by his regular outfit. Pretty much all of his scars are for different reasons, too. Like, him and Saph have so many, and they're not afraid to show them!

I guess this is somewhat of a body positivity post, too?? I just have this idea that a bit of the Reborn cast would be a little chunky. Self projection purposes, mainly.

This picture was so relaxing, and I loved drawing, coloring, and rendering it! I tried something a little new, this time; I colored xem on paper but rendered xer effects on Ibis Paint. I think xe looks great!

I'm a little nervous to post this since I've never posted ANY self-shipping before I started my blog XP! I've never done anything this effortful, either. I hope y'all enjoy it, lovelies! 🌼

What do you think she's pointing at? Maybe some big bug type. I drew her playing and having fun because I think she deserves to be a kid and let go of her worries!

I'm proud of how this turned out! Just look at her! She's so teeny-weeny!! Aww! (Thank @nommyzommy for her outfit. I think it fits her little quirky attitude a lot!)

He just got out of church not too long ago!

We got the idea to give him brown eyes so that he'd look more inviting! His eyes are still partly white in his highlights, though.

And he'd definitely have a Drampa to embody the character arc that we gave him. (More of that in upcoming posts!) He's a boy, and his name is Gabriel!

Here you go, Anon, One RRr Taka! I've got a pic of Cain coming up for another req, so I guess you'll get both! Also, his chatot is mini-ini-wini because I imagine he prefers small birds like lovebirds and budgies.

I also projected and gave him a bit (or a lot) of a gut! I feel like postgame he would want to take care of himself, and hence would gain weight for wellbeing. @nommyzommy gave the idea for his outfit, and I think he looks pretty fashionable!

Hello, May i request a Luna by chance? Shes my favorite!

She's so photogenic! <3

I took my own spin on her fashion! I made it a little more of a decora kind of style with the stickers and hairpins. I think she looks so adorable!!! (The stickers and pins can change, and she can wear them on her clothes, too.)

She loves hair dye, too, so she dyed parts of her hair black to match her aesthetic! She's also gained quite a belly after she finally got peace of mind. <3 (I hope you don't mind!)

No new Reborn/RR art today :P

Me and Zom @nommyzommy have been cleaning out our fakemon dex for Pokemon: Apocalypse! (We've yet to make the first post because we've been making and remaking fakemon, characters, and storyline events.)

So, in the meantime, have a cool picture of Jolteon that I drew! (Eevee is available in the region because of course it is! It's our fav pokemon! <3)

I think I really brought out Jolteon's athleticism!

So, what IS Pokemon Reborn: Rainbow?

I'm glad you asked, anon! I'll put the answer simple above the cut and explain it in better detail below. Me and @nommyzommy will have a deep dive about Reborn: Rainbow in a later post.

WARNING: THIS IS A VERY LONG POST! You can just stick to the summary if you're not in the mood to read an excerpt as long as the bible!!

Put simply:

Reborn: Rainbow (from here forth called RR in this post) is an AU that combines elements of the white and black routes. It also contains original characters and events, including PULSEs, storyline, and even two entire cities with their own geography!

In detail:

RR mixes our favorite elements from both routes and changes some of them a little more to our preferences. It also allows us more screentime for our favorite characters that were kinda overshadowed or just straight-up put on a bus during the game :P Like Florinia, Serra, and more.

It also has new PULSEs and lore for Eve and the subsect of Team Meteor that creates them. And new lore for Team Meteor in general. Lots of the Alcantaras' history and influence is central to the fanfic.

Now, to begin on the characters: We made new characters (that we'll begin posting soon) and new arcs and designs for our favs! (Those are the RRr designs you've been seeing across our posts.) A lot more characters get to know each other, and the theme of the fanfic is a little bit more,, positive? More friendly? I just like games that are more optimistic! :)

And we've made new plot points and storyline! Like great news for Heather, the deforestation of a lot of the region's routes, and the recurrence of characters that were supposedly gone forever... *cough cough, the Belrose parents and Zina Vanhanen*

We've even made brand new cities and geography for them, too!! (Again, we'll touch up on these in a later post with finished maps and fixed details. Like the Jade Jungle is supposed to be bigger, etc.) First is Aquamarine City on Turquoise Island!

The Turquoise Islands have a tropical climate and are located in the Azurine Lake just under Reborn City. The island and city, Aquamarine City, are largely based on Florida and California. It and Coral Ward are conneceted by a large bridge that crosses the Azurine Lake. The surrounding geography includes jungles, beaches, coves, and mountains! It also has a string of small uninhabited islands called the Scallop Isands and a world-renowned tourist attraction called Draconite Isle, which features a dangerous temple that reportedly withholds treasures!

Second is Flinthearth Town!

The climate in the Flint Forest is humid temperate with hot summers and cold winters. Being located just south of Spinel Town, the area and town draw inspiration mostly from Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Texas. Many trains connect it to other territories of the region, including Spinel. The geography of the area is comprised of forests, mountains, lakes, and terraces. Their greatest attractions are the annual Flinthearth Fair (mirroring the Lincoln County Fair among other county fairs) and the abandoned (and reportedly haunted!) Alabaster Castle!
