Featured Member for the Month of April

Kimmie auditioned for the group four months ago. She sang “Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera. I choose that song for auditions as it requires a ton of staying in power. Well, Kimmie had a control over the song from start to climax. ( This is one of the songs I sing when I’m alone to practice my range.) It is pretty much a doable song if you just sing the melody but if you do Christina’s runs in the bridge is pretty much hard. This tested Kimmie’s F#5.

Kimmie is only 22 years old and will be turning 23 on May 9th. Advance Happy Birthday Kimmie! She is young and beautiful. A very good member. She sings lovely and yet down to earth. Follow all A41 rules I set. What I like of her is she asks my opinions regarding her singing. I believe that this will develop her more and more as a singer. She likes classic music but I also noticed that she’s good with country and rock songs. 

Kimmie stated she enjoys being with A41 because, “ We are all family.” For her, music is her world. She can play piano and guitar. She can dance and she’s into cheering as well. She likes to write and mixing her own songs in studio. In real life, she’s a license cosmetologist. ( Kimmie, we are going to get along well. I like to look good to feel good :) ) 

How lucky we are to have Kimmie in the group. She is such a talented person just like everyone else in the group!

Featured A41 Member for the month of March

Gap’s smule name is gaplover94_A41. He’s into rock music mostly metal, progressive rock, alternative rock, and indie rock.  He is presently in the process of learning to play the guitar. To learn reading and playing chords, he gets to listen to slow rock and some country songs as well. 

I remember I was spotting for new members who can sing rock and I started preferring VIP. We have a bunch of excellent members who are into rock but they aren’t VIP. I have been noticing that they were joining singers outside the group. I thought it would be more fun if members join each other and support each other. Garet or Randy, one of the active members of A41 happened to post his collabs in the line chatroom. Gap, his collaborator caught my attention. I immediately sent him a message and invitation to the group.

 Gap joined Garet first on Butterfly by Crazytown. 

“ He was great, I followed him. ( Gap continues to tell his story about how he first got in touch with A41 group.)  Then the second collab I did with him was Cowboys from Hell by Pantera. Then I met you and joined A41.”

Gap’s ultimate dream is to play the guitar and sing in a bar but he thinks that he needs to earn money too so right now, he’s working for his family. Gap is the kind of a person when he feels like doing something, he gets totally engrossed in it. 

Well, Gap has a real talent in singing rock and persistent in learning to play a guitar. He is young and so has more room for improvement. He likes constructive criticisms too. I truly believe he will achieve his dreams.

Gap, please don’t forget about A41 when you become successful in the music industry. We are always here to support you and I am always be  your no. 1 fan :)
