📕 Heyo! I just got done with all the content out right now on the Bean Fest and it is wonderful! Vil, Floyd, and Jamil look awesome🤩 also! I love they are incorporating more story into this event too! For example, Vil knows some martial art techniques which is awesome and practical considering his job as a model (if I remember correctly) and having to deal with fans and paparazzi. Rivalry between Vil and Rook is a nice touch! I can’t wait for more🤩🤩🤩

I love the Vil and Rook interactions in this event. It’s one of the best and funniest moments. I especially love that Rook SR card and am happy that I was able to get it. 👏👏

If I could, I’d give you ATEEZ’s whole discography because I think everyone deserves to listen to them (fr their music is amazing! and the members are amazing!!) hahahah. Oh, but if it wasn’t kpop related then I would most likely end up giving you a drawing with a poem that I would conjure with all the artistic energy I have left in me hahahah! I used to give my friends drawings and poems but I rarely did that ever since I moved to a new city. The friends that I gave my drawings have kept them all this time and whenever they bring it up I just laugh at them (bc my artstyle was so different to what it is now) but because of that, I seem to connect my friends to a certain point of my childhood which keep the memory of them so vivid in my head even though I haven’t seen or talked with them in a long time.

I don’t know but I feel like you’d like a stroll in the park or food truck night. The mundane yet meaningful stuff, you know?

Hello hello! A bit late for the last mission but I'm here :D I would like to be reincarnated as either a butterfly or a flower! A butterfly because of the growth and development cycle they go through, plus the short but fulfilling life span they have. I think that as a flower I can grow with my 'siblings' and that I can always feel the warmth of the sun and I admire the resilience of plants from really bad weather like heavy rain and thunderstorms! So yeah that's my choice, what about you? -🌺

I just want to be reincarnated as a cat because no matter what I would do there would still be at least one (1) person who would treat me like a friend. Even if we couldn’t understand each other and I knock things off their counters or shed like there’s no tomorrow, I’d still be pampered.

Hmm okay so I might be going a little more personal(?) here but before kpop I never really saw music or the artists as something I could get really attached to. Like listening to music just... wasn't an activity I did very often. It always made me feel kind of out of the loop and a bit more lonely whenever my friends would talk about artists they liked and discussed their music and stuff, but I still never really went out to try and listen to their songs much. But then there was kpop! 2/? -🌺

And um that was sort of like the first time I felt really included in a fandom (that was related to music) and it was really such an amazing feeling! And honestly a big big majority of the fellows in the fandom are so kind and amazing and the wholesome interactions just made me feel even happier ^-^ << I guess you could also say that this is my favourite thing about kpop? The way everyone is so supportive and encouraging is just really really nice. Plus there are some pretty talented fans 3/?-🌺

Oooh if we're talking about groups, I think there's kind of intimacy(?) between the members and their fans, and with the many ways they try to connect and reach out to us (especially to the international fans) is really special and it makes me feel closer with everyone! It's amazing to see the bond between artists and fans and how much they mean to each other, and although I feel like I'm starting to repeat myself ahah but I am so so so thankful to be here and be part of all this. 4/? -🌺

It’s really rad to pinpoint what my favorite thing about kpop is actually... maybe it’s the people I meet along the way or the lessons I unconsciously learn from the people and artists I encounter. Maybe it’s how I, along with many others, gather for the sole reason of celebrating music despite the language barriers.

I’m personally still not so set on the way kpop idols normalize fanservice that much because sometimes it gets misunderstood and some “fans” take it way too seriously but that’s mostly on said “fans” lol. But in the sense of being each others’ strength and inspiration really uplifts the efforts the idols and followers put in to trying o connect with each other as much as possible.

I’m still trying to catch up on schoolwork so ;-;

I’ve grown to understand that cases like these are best approached with a grain of salt because we’re really just spectators and there’s a high chance that we don’t even know anything helpful or factual on the matter. It’s not good to defend the accused (your faves) right off the bat and neither is turning a blind eye to the whole situation (and it really is a heavy matter). At this point, I’m just waiting things out. Kind of just watching how things unfold. But until then, I will not be posting about the idol in question.

I’m just disappointed how some people ended up dragging others who weren’t involved.

Hm... my first taste of kpop was a few years ago because at that time some of my classmates would play music videos during breaks and they would kind of dance at the front of the class? But I didn't actually get into kpop until last year when Boy With Luv was released :P 1/? -🌺

I came to know and love ATEEZ through a friend urging me to watch the Answer MV, though I think I actually saw the Wonderland one some time before (without really knowing who they were). I think the first NCT video I saw was Boss? But I also watched WayV's Take Off (don't know which was first ahah) and it was a pretty cool song! ONEUS holds a special spot because I think I stumbled upon them near the latter quarter of last year with their comeback LIT, and they were really good!! 2/3 -🌺

Ahhh oh goodness I nearly forgot to turn on anon just now asjkdfhs but yeah and Seventeen I kind of came across from following blogs that stanned them and I heard Clap and HIT that made me more interested in them! Wait there was also Home I think? (oh I can't remember that well...) The Boyz! I once listened to and liked No Air but didn't really make an effort to get to know them more? Oh! By the looks of it, you’re newer to the kpop scene than I am! I started around November of 2016, right around BST was released but I’ve been casually listening to Big Bang’s songs before then.

I can relate to the classmates dancing at the front of the class during breaks hahah! (I used to be one of the people who would rush to the front for random play dances even if I only knew like the point dance and not the entire chorus.) Because of them, I became more open about the groups I followed and I fully blame them for encouraging me to enter ~15 different fandoms (to list a few: i am a Stay, The B, NCTzen, Atiny, MyDay, Carat, Hidden KARD, Monbebe, Aroha, Universe, Wannable, iGOT7, I’m gonna stop there fdskvndf).

Ah, I first came to know ATEEZ through a friend as well! He would tell me about their predebut days, and one thing that keeps haunting me is when he told me how Hongjoong got his laptop stolen when they were in the US jfgvnbfgd (I’m still mad that we can never get to listen to he songs he made predebut. Joong, honey, if only I could avenge u ;-;) I loved their debut song, and I honestly think it’s one of the best debut song a 4th gen group has.

I started following NCT mid-Cherry Bomb era and I remember fully tunnel-visioning on Mark Lee, then Haechan, and finally Winwin (who I named this blog after)! I’ve known ONEUS since Valkyrie but I never got to get to know them more and I feel like I’m missing out lol.

Seventeen was my second ult group right after BTS! Ahhh I remember entering right before they released Al1; I think that was the most excited I was for a first comeback in a new fandom. Seventeen became my ult group for a whole year until Stray Kids took that title from them.^^ But Seventeen is like the group that I can go back to and still feel welcomed however long I’ve been gone from that specific fandom.

It’s kind of weird to look back at it. Well, at least for me. It’s only been 4 years but I’ve shed actual tears for people that mean so much to me, then the next year I’m sending another batch of strangers I’ve come to love to the military. The emotional investment I have for them is quite questionable, but  I wouldn’t have it any other way.

They’ve helped me become stronger and taught me to believe in myself when no one else could through a mere show of their own passion for music and performance. Hope came in the form of Kpop for me, I guess hahaha
