They also apparently tried to hold a number of trans rights activists, some of whom were minors who they forcibly separated from their parents and guardians while they were at the Florida House of Representatives to testify. You can watch videos taken while it was happening here:

It seems they kept the kids (and adult trans activists, who were also taken away) for an hour or so before finally letting them go.

One individual has been detained, supposedly on prior charges.

Today, April 19th 2023, there have been reports that non-binary and trans kids who were testifying at the House of Representatives were rounded up by the police, who shut their parents out and took custody of the kids.
