So I found a list of old body measurements from right before I started power lifting and while it was nice to see that there have been changes in my body and I'm not just imagining it it was REALLY nice to see my bicep measurements got bigger instead of smaller.

I have been trying to grow my biceps/triceps for so LOOOONG and it feels nice to see that it's paying off

picked up the 100 lb barbell at the gym and two guys near me went "damn you're strong!!" and they followed me to the room i was in and helped me with the door which was nice lol but not forty minutes later did i almost dislocate my fucking wrist from not picking up a 70lb dumbbell properly :////

#i couldn't even tell the guys thank you lmao i was too focused on not dropping the gd thing #grip strength is not what it could/should be tbh gotta fix that #i wish i could flex and say i was doing bicep curls with the 70s but nah today was legs and back day #there is no way i could handle either the barbell or the dumbell without straps or both hands #leigh speaks #the good thing is that i managed goblet squats with a 90 pounder which was EXHAUSTING
