About last night.. Steps 3-5: Once all of your veggies are nice and fragrant, add everything back to the pan and deglaze with wine! Your wine is going to lift all the goodies that stuck to the bottom of your pan, but give it a little help by stirring/scraping the bottom with a wooden spoon. #flavorhammer πŸ˜„ Let your wine reduce by about 1/3 and then add your stock (I honestly used beef stock here for intense, deep flavor. Shhh.. don't tell πŸ™Š). You want enough stock to cover your veggies, but not your meat. Bring your braise-in-the-making to a boil and then turn it down to slightly lower than a simmer. Place your lid on it and let it do its thing! Check it every 20 minutes or so and stir/flip your meat then. This is the perfect time to get some sides going! Or just relax on the couch with a bottle.. erhmm glass* of wine. You're almost there! πŸ˜‰ Have questions?
