Can jirais be white? Maybe this is a stupid question, maybe it’s a white privileged ass question, but I’m genuinely wondering because I keep seeing people on Jirai Twitter flaming the opinions of white jirais. Like, I’m white and I’ve spent a long time couch surfing, doing sex work to survive, having my interpersonal relationships crumble at every turn, I cut I drink I smoke I do drugs…but what, my opinions don’t matter because I’m not from Japan?? I’m honestly fucking lost, I found a place I fit in but I don’t know anymore. And what about jirais who don’t live in Japan, that don’t do sex work, don’t spend frivolously in host clubs or aren’t homeless??? Are the rest of their issues that make them a landmine forfeited simply because they don’t check a few of the other boxes? I don’t understand, I need to ask someone. People are always going to complain that you aren’t fucked up enough.
Help.
I don’t think it’s a stupid question at all!
Please note that I’m not an expert or a spokesperson for Jirai Kei, I’m also not Japanese, I don’t speak Japanese - I would take my opinion with a grain of salt. I don’t actually feel qualified to talk abt this tbh T_T
The general sentiment that I see is that white (or otherwise non-Japanese) people can be Jirai Kei but be respectful & understanding about it.
To my knowledge “Jirai” is a term used to stereotype someone as a “crazy girl” or “crazy girlfriend” - it’s not really tied to any specific action or set of symptoms. It is often used against girls who do have scars or wear ryousangata or work in sex work or con cafes, but it’s also used against people who don’t do those things. Its not an endearing term or point of pride, it’s used derogatorily. “Jirai Kei” is playing off of that term. It’s similar to how in western societies people call anyone who looks slightly alternative “emo” but to my knowledge “jirai” has stronger negative connotations than “emo” does & is still used in a derogatory manner.
I think it’s important to know that Jirai Kei was born out of Kabukicho. There are a lot of themes of sex work, self harm, emotional instability, addiction, host club or boy band obsessions, homelessness, etc. They are important parts of the subculture, but it also has grown a lot since 2019. You don’t have to engage in or have a history with those things to be “Jirai Kei”, but you have to understand & be respectful of the fact that those are very common themes in the subculture.
Generally, it’s agreed that Jirai Kei is a space for mentally unstable people. This doesn’t mean that you have to be venting online or constantly in distress or anti-recovery: more so, you know what it’s like to be in a dark place and you’re respectful / understanding of that, whether you’re currently in that place or not. It’s similar to menhera but a bit more jaded. Menhera’s core things are accessibility, awareness, support, positivity, understanding, acceptance, etc. Some people find more comfort in Jirai Kei because sentiments of not being ready to or able to recover are generally a bit more accepted, although many people are part of both subcultures.
Additionally, it’s important to note that as foreigners, we can’t really “reclaim” Jirai - it’s not a term that is used against us. We don’t live in the same socioeconomic setting that Jirai Kei was born out of. A big example of this is social reaction to the fashions associated with Jirai Kei, like dark girly kei and ryousangata. When I go out in my town in a dark girly coord I don’t get called an emotionally unstable mass produced sex worker, people usually say I look really nice or cute or generally compliment me. Very very different reactions, and that’s important to acknowledge. Our experiences are different. That doesn’t mean we can’t relate to or find comfort in or be a part of Jirai Kei, but it’s important to know that Japanese Jirais and foreign Jirais have very different experiences even with the same things. I liken it to foreign gals. Gyaru is a pushback against Japanese beauty standards, so when you’re a foreigner gyaru styles often aren’t contrary to beauty standards you’re subjected to, but it’s still generally okay to be gyaru as a foreigner as long as you understand that. Just be respectful / understanding about that ykwim?
Most of the time when I see people complaining about white girls in Jirai Kei they’re mostly complaining about girls who are only into the fashion or cute parts of Jirai and try to sanitize the subculture. Essentially - you can’t come into a Japanese subculture based around mental struggles as a foreigner and decide you’re going to denounce parts of it to make it more acceptable. That’s kind of weird & disrespectful in my opinion. It’s fine to only want to engage in the cutesy parts like girly kei and collecting boy band photo cards, but it’s not really Jirai Kei, which is fine just like… don’t call it Jirai Kei when it’s not.
Part of why there are people who are very intense about saying you have to be “fucked up enough” to be Jirai Kei is because they’re radically pushing back against people who come into Jirai Kei spaces and then complain about the toxicity or try to sanitize the subculture. In my opinion they do end up friendly-firing T_T
A lot of people don’t want post about their struggles online. Someone’s account could be super happy sunshine and sparkles and bows and positivity all the time, but they could still very well be struggling behind all of that. I think some people are so tired of problematic fashion Jirais that they end up saying people who don’t post about their struggles openly can’t be Jirai Kei. I disagree with that? You don’t owe people your history or struggles. You don’t have to publicly talk about your history or struggles to be a part of the subculture. It’s a bit strange to pressure people to talk about these things in order to be accepted in the community, even though I understand where they’re coming from. I don’t personally see this a lot but I also don’t use Twitter which is where this seems to be most common.
Overall - as long as you acknowledge the origins / history, don’t try to denounce the “dark parts” of Jirai Kei, and understand that Japanese Jirais and foreign jirais have different experiences you’re generally good as far as I can tell.
Idk if that all made sense - I’m crazy sleep deprived from work - but hopefully that makes sense / answers your question? But again I’m just a stranger on the internet and I’m also not Japanese so please take all that with a grain of salt.

Hi Liv! I just want to let you know that your blog is the only thing getting me through grad school. It's my one moment of solace before going to sleep. Do you know any fics where Draco is some kind of hedonist and introduces Harry to all the luxuries he's been missing so far? I need that in my life!
Oh anon, I’m sorry grad school has been rough! I know I don’t miss those days 😔 very happy to hear the blog offers you comfort and solace. And I love the hedonist!Draco take, I wanna find more fics like that tbh! Here are some great reads that came to mind:
Still Life, orphaned (2019, M, 3k)
Cake by astolat (2016, M, 4.3k)
Harry tried not to care when after the war, everyone he knew seemed to have made an agreement to stop paying attention to birthdays.
Steal/Keep by @shealwaysreads (2021, E, 4.6k)
The stealing was all Hermione’s idea, though Harry still doesn’t think anyone would believe him if he told them.
push and pull you down by @bonesliketambourines (2020, E, 5k)
Harry's resigned himself to petty, inconsequential cases and no real connection to his job at the Auror department—after all, what else would he be doing with his time? He's not happy, not really, but that hardly matters. A chance encounter with a mostly-naked Draco Malfoy exposes him to an entirely different world, one much more colourful than the lonely one he currently occupies—but at what cost?
Reparatio by astolat (2016, E, 17k) - maybe not a perfect fit but I couldn’t resist, this fic is brilliant
Draco snorted. “I’m not reduced to penury. I want something considerably beyond money, and I rather think you’re the only one can give it to me.”
amid this warm and steady sweetness by warmfoothills (2019, E, 21k)
Harry is not living in a period drama, no matter what his friends or his new house or Malfoy’s sudden affinity for horse-riding might suggest, and if one more person uses the word courting, he’s going to start hexing people.
A Summer in Bordeaux by @zigster-ao3 (2021, E, 28k)
Harry turns. Malfoy leans against the doorway to the back garden under the halo of a gaslamp dangling overhead. The warm glow of the flame casts him in a golden light, and he’s framed on either side by trailing grapevines cascading over the garden walls. So soft, Harry thinks, where the Malfoy in his mind once seemed so sharp.
Shine, Even in the Darkness by raitala (2014, E, 41k)
Harry hasn’t seen Draco for over fifteen years, but now he’s showing up everywhere and Harry is sort of weirdly attracted to him, but that can’t be right?
Sweeten to Taste by @saintgarbanzo (2021, E, 51k)
It starts with Draco's buckwheat crepes with honeyed oranges. Or maybe it starts with his porridge with toasted walnuts and homemade apple butter. Or perhaps it starts with the cinnamon buns Draco made from scratch with mascarpone icing. Harry just knows he's hungry for more.
Against All Odds by momatu (2015, E, 54k)
Beauxbatons is hosting the first ever Quidditch Summer School for children from all over Europe, and Harry has promised to enroll Teddy as his birthday present. Meanwhile, Draco is stuck in his office, putting together the first ever Quidditch Summer School for children from all over Europe during, when he should be enjoying summer holidays.
Nights With You by @the-sinking-ship (2022, E, 58k)
Draco is mortified when moments prior to departing for the most anticipated destination wedding of the year, he is cruelly dumped. But when he learns that Harry Potter has, at long last, split with his horrible boyfriend, Draco is certain his luck has changed. Never a man to squander an opportunity for revenge (and what would probably be a spectacular shag), Draco vows to make Potter his for the weekend.
Criminal by @the-sinking-ship (2020, E, 83k)
Things were going just fine for Draco Malfoy. He successfully conned and counted cards across Europe and America, amassing a small fortune, along with a lengthy rap sheet. That was until he made the grave mistake of returning to England for a high stakes card game and got himself caught – by Harry Potter no less.

DA Review Series: Deception
<<< Previous Review: Knight Errant
Title: Deception Author/Illustrator: Nunzio DeFilippis and Christina Weir/ Fernando Heinz Furukawa Year Published: 2019 In-World Year: ~9:44 Dragon Verdict: According to Goodreads, I've read this graphic novel before, but I have no memory of it. It's the shortest of the graphic novels and I think definitely worth the hour or so it takes to read. Not only do we see some familiar faces and meet some new ones, but we see a pivotal point in Tevinter's war with the Qunari. So, like, important stuff.
Deception starts with an all new character, a con artist named Olivia Pryde. She's got a mark in Ventus (formerly Qarinus) she's eager to steal from, only to discover that the boy isn't who he claims to be. He's another con artist! With the Qunari preparing to invade and her old flame Ser Aaron in town, Olivia is eager to put Ventus behind her.
But, of course, nothing is that simple. Ser Aaron and Vaea are in town to help Dorian prepare the city to evacuate, in exchange for a chance to steal an artifact from a reclusive magister's mansion. That's where the con artists come in.
With a little help from a pair of Antivan Crows (they aren't named but this is our introduction to Teia and Viago!), Olivia and her failed mark, Calix, steal the blueprints of the mansion from the Ventus Archive. And that's all Vaea needs to get inside.
Once there, the group discovers that the Magister wasn't a hermit. He was dead, and his elven servant has been impersonating him for years. And he's found a new master. It's not stated, but it's easy to infer that he works for Solas.
Apparently Vaea and Co., were hunting a "red lyrium weapon" from Kirkwall, but the Agent of Fen'Harel traded it away for information. Which leaves me with so many questions! Is this Meredith's weapon? If so, how did Solas get it and for what purpose? If he wanted it, why trade it away? Can this servant even be trusted?
We'll never know because the Qunari invade Ventus before Vaea and Co., can get the answers. With Dorian's help, and Olivia's sacrifice to hold off the Qunari, our heroes escape the falling city.
Calix, moved by Olivia's sacrifice, decides to take her last name since, as an escaped slave, he doesn't have one of his own.
And that's where we leave our new friends, on the run from a fallen Ventus.

Such a Little Thing
Friends make Magic fun.
I had always wanted to build a custom draft environment. To play with friends, to maybe play at game stores, cons, and maybe, if I was lucky, with some of the designers who make the game that gave me so much.
But whatever world concepts I had, Wizards executed their own version. Arranging playtests was hard enough. It would be impossible for a set with the same theme as one Wizards had already made and that my friends had already played. What I needed was something Wizards wouldn’t do, something that I could grind away without fear of duplication.
So I decided to make a multiplayer set.
Along came Conspiracy.
Mechanical hooks wouldn’t work. If I'm to make a set, it can’t be something Wizards wouldn’t do, or haven’t done, but rather, something they can’t do. Something they aren’t allowed to do.
Other intellectual properties.
Not wanting to waste a lot time in printing cards and roping in friends to play, my primary tool for playtesting was solitaire using existing cards, mentally replacing keywords with my new mechanics. For example, if I had an evasion mechanic to test, I’d just tell myself “all the flying creatures have my evasion mechanic instead of flying. I’d find an analogue, counters for counters, tokens for tokens, I’d grab cards from other games with icons and say, “this icon represents this mechanic”. Whatever I could do to make it easy to remember while piloting two decks against each other by myself.
In 2019, I went to a Magic event in the London Excel and met Mark Rosewater and Aaron Forsythe. I went just to say “hi” and “thank you” but the queue to meet them was for spellslinging: you were supposed to play Magic with them. I didn’t bring a deck. I didn’t bring anything. I just wanted a moment. But Mark kindly sat me down to play pack wars with him. I got back in the queue and waited for Aaron Forsythe to be free. Again, I just wanted to say thank you and not take up his time. But a man behind me said, “I have my silver-bordered cube” and he gave us a random pile of cards each, and I played a 1v1 against Aaron. This experience is my most cherished M:tG memory.
Leaving with a beaming smile, it brought back all the work I’d done on my custom sets with the dream I’d had of sharing my sets with them. I considered the logistics: my idea of skinning other properties into M:tG meant I’d have easy access to a consistent resource for card images but the real issue was still printing prototypes.
The pandemic began. In the tumult, I discovered Tabletop Simulator. I could make my own cards, port them into simulator, and play online because everyone was in lockdown. For the first time, it felt like I could actually do this.
Gathering my many notes, I began blocking out the logistics of a Magic set, considering the as-fan, collation, sheets, and so on, I mapped out a half dozen sets (each with their own three-letter codename). One of which was The Lord of the Rings. I found friends to playtest with and I can only thank Triske, Coop, Jonathan, Lawrence, Pat, and Zefferal for their time.
I quickly understood why Mark Rosewater loves his job: every set posed a unique challenge and creative puzzle. I loved it.
And then... Adventures in the Forgotten Realms came out.
“This is fine” said I, sipping tea amidst the flames. “Wizards owns that IP, it’s not them licensing another IP. Which would be preposterous. Impossible. No, no. This is fine.”
Announcing… Universes Beyond. The Lord of the Rings.
I looked at my work, defeated. If I am generous with myself, perhaps my sets had made the progress in several years what a team at Wizards makes in several weeks. Were I ever to get my set into a stable, draftable form, the novelty would be long gone.
So I gave up.
But as the articles for their many Universes Beyond and Dungeons & Dragons set came out, I noticed that their design process was what I had been doing in my sets for years. Sad to say, but a bitter sense of rejection lingered. A feeling I wasn’t justified in having, but it's there. That pit in the stomach of how I wasted my time, and my friends’ times, on a sunk cost fallacy. I stopped reading articles. Magic design felt like a party I was unwelcome at. I still haven’t even read or watched any Lord of the Rings release videos or looked through the set. I've seen friends talk about some individual cards on twitter, but that’s all.
What I saw of Wizards' wasn’t like what I made. Though I freely accept that my work remains too raw and untested to be seriously considered as a 'set', I'd gone down a fun design avenue that Wizards didn’t. My work here is personal to me, but I'll share it all the same.
Here’s the framework for my custom set of The Lord of Rings.
Codename: JRR.

When it comes to the explicit shows to stream, we've realized the plot is just as important as the nudity. You need to be properly teased, seduced, and entertained if you will by the stream-worthy shows and films tantalizing you on screen. Streaming platforms like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Starz, HBO Max, and Hulu have a lot of movies and TV shows to watch, but which ones are the sexiest to watch?
Keep scrolling for TV series and films to stream that are basically porn, without sacrificing your viewing pleasure.
The Handmaiden (2016)
A South Korean film released in 2016, The Handmaiden puts the "erotic" in erotic thriller. In the film, a con man, with plans to marry a Japanese heiress to steal her fortune and have her committed, hires a pick-pocket to help him do his bidding. However, things get complicated when the "handmaiden" becomes romantically entangled with the heiress herself. Sex and seduction no doubt ensues.
Where to Watch:Amazon Prime
Premature (2019)
Summertime is the season for new love and this is portrayed poetically in this 2019 film. A love affair blooms between a music producer and a poet. The Harlem backdrop is poignant and their romance is just as hot as the actors portraying the lovebirds navigating the ups and downs of a budding relationship.
Where to Watch:Hulu
Sex/Life (2021)
Speaking of sex life, the title of this Netflix series says it all. Sex/Life follows a woman struggling with accepting her reality as a stay-at-home mom-of-two as the nostalgia of her younger years having amazing sex with a bad boy old flame come flooding back to her. Things become even trickier when her former beau returns into her present, shaking up her life and marriage with her husband. And can I just say... episode 3?? Netflix recently reported that 20 million viewers replayed it just to see Adam Demos showing us what he's working with. You've been warned.
Where to Watch: Netflix
The Voyeurs (2021)
What happens when your desire to partake in voyeurism reaches killer heights? The Voyeurs is a 2021 film that centers on a young couple played by Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria) and Justice Smith (All the Bright Places). The Amazon Original plays with the idea of peeking into another couple's sex life, the obsession and the temptation around voyeurism, and the deadly consequences that may follow.
Where to Watch:Amazon Prime
Bridgerton (2020-)
With how this cast got done in the 1800s, we couldn't not include Bridgerton as one of the entries in this list. The hit Netflix series (Shonda Rhimes' first offering in her deal with the media juggernaut) follows the elite social circle of high society members and their affairs. You'll come for Regé-Jean Page, but you'll stay for the trysts.
Where to Watch:Netflix, of course.
Run the World (2021-)
Starz has been keeping the streaming streets hot with content that is explicit but doesn't sacrifice plot for porn. Tastefully done and beautifully executed is how you can describe the sex scenes shown in the recently renewedseries Run the World. The series follows four girlfriends and their love lives in Harlem as well as their friendships with each other.
Where to Watch:Starz App
Insecure (2016-)
Speaking of Black women navigating their love lives and showing that we too are sexual beings unapologetically, we'd be remiss not to include the GIF-worthy event that is Insecure. The series returns for its fifth and final season in October and we can't wait to see what Issa Rae and friends has in store for us.
Where to Watch:HBO Max, Amazon Prime
Adore (2013)
Adore is an Australian film that stars Naomi Watts and Robin Wright as two best friends who fall in love and have sexual relationships with each other's sons. What begins as a teenage tryst spans over a course of decades, interfering with the young men's ability to have fruitful relationships with women their own ages. What could be complicated by that? The cinematography, score, scenery, and sexcapades are what makes this one a must-watch.
Where to Watch:Amazon Prime
Euphoria (2020-)
Euphoria focuses on a cast of adults playing high school kids, yes, but there's no denying that Euphoria has a plethora of sex scenes (and a fire soundtrack and editor) that makes some of these scenes hit different than most. The Zendaya-led HBO series goes there with topics like acceptance, abuse, sexuality, and more.
Where to Watch:HBO Max, Amazon Prime
Below Her Mouth (2016)
Jasmine is engaged. Dallas doesn't care. As a fashion editor minding her business and living her life, Jasmine never expected to meet anyone like Dallas, whose confidence reels her in more than anything else. What ensues is a forbidden affair between two women, which may or may not prove to be an eye-opener about what each of the women actually need in their lives.
Where to Watch:Google Play, Amazon Prime
The Sinner (2017-)
Although, it's a crime drama more than anything, I can certainly vouch for the explicit scenes of the first season in the hit anthology series. Entitled "Cora," Jessica Biel is a force on the screen. And before everything is turned upside down, she manages to let her freak flag fly in a number of NSFW scenes. We were more than here for it.
Where to Watch:Netflix
Obsession (2015)
I'm all for a good affair story, mainly because movies like Unfaithful made me realize how rich and filled with erotic opportunities the topic is filled with. There's something about the secrecy. In Obsession (also called, Rendez-Vous), the film follows a woman who has made an B&B in France after inheriting a house. She moves there with her family in tow. Shortly thereafter, she meets a younger, handsome man whose presence threatens the life she's made at home with her husband and kids. But sis doesn't care, she's tempted by what's forbidden.
Where to Watch:Amazon Prime
Gypsy (2017)
Naomi Watts stars in this Netflix original as a therapist that finds herself spiraling as she erases the thin line between professional and personal with some of her clients. Nothing tastes more delicious than the things you're not supposed to have.
Where to Watch: Netflix
Newness (2017)
In a hook-up crazed culture, it can be hard to compete with "new." A young couple decide to play with the idea of expanding their boundaries to keep up with wanting to experience new people sexually while being in a relationship. Sometimes trying something or someone new isn't worth the risk.
Where to Watch: Amazon Prime
28 Hotel Rooms (2012)
What begins as a night of passionate sex, two people find it hard to not want more. Instead of leaving each other behind one night in a hotel room, an accountant and a novelist maintain a steamy affair over a span of years. Doing so threatens to upend their everyday lives.
Where to Watch:Amazon Prime
A Teacher (2013)
A high school teacher has a passionate affair with one of her students that quickly begins to spiral into an unhealthy obsession as the teacher realizes her fantasy for what they are isn't their reality.
Where to Watch: Hulu
You (2019)
Sure, it's more about an introspective man with homocidal tendencies, but at its center, there's love. And sex. Joe Goldberg is the manager of a bookstore with an unhealthy obsession with the women he falls for. So unhealthy that his obsessions become deadly. In the first season, there was Beck as the object of his desire. And by season two, there's Love. The popular thriller returns for its third season on October 15.
Where to Watch: Netflix
Duck Butter (2018)
If you want unapologetic steamy sex scenes in a film, look no further than Duck Butter. The Alia Shawkat-starring film centers on two women who haven't had a lot of luck in love and seek to put their relationship on the fast track. They make a pact to have sex every hour for 24 hours, uninterrupted. Spoiler alert: the sexual intimate experiment isn't what the two strangers thought it would be.
Where to Watch:Amazon Prime
Monogamy (2010)
Lust and jealousy creates this unconscious uncoupling between the two lovebirds in this film. A Brooklyn photographer becomes smitten with one of his clients that hires him for his services. The pair played by Rashida Jones and Chris Messina fall for each other, but their love affair quickly unravels as reality sets in.
Where to Watch: Hulu
The L Word (2004-2009)
Groundbreaking for its time, it's hard to think of The L Word and the incredible sex scenes not to come to mind. The provocative series follows a group of friends in LA each navigating their own love and lust lives. What is interesting is the sexual fluidity of the cast of characters that include lesbians and bisexual women. The sex scenes are Hot with a capital "h."
Where to Watch: Amazon Prime, Showtime
The United States vs. Billie Holiday (2021)
The Lee Daniels-helmed films The United States vs. Billie Holiday chronicles the time during the blues singer's career when the United States sought to make her the face of their efforts to racialize their war on drugs. Her song "Strange Fruit" was seen as a threat and Billie had to make decisions of whether she should sing or allow herself to be silenced. Aside from the controversies and the sometimes heavy imagery, Trevante Rhodes and Andra Day's chemistry sizzled.
Where to Watch: Hulu
Lovecraft Country (2020)
Lovecraft Country's cancellation was met with much controversy. The 2020 horror drama series didn't make it past its inaugural season but its impact remains felt in television. Jurnee Smollett and newcomer Jonathan Majors are solving a mystery in the 1950s on-screen, but the chemistry between the stars is ever-felt. Add a few memomorable sex scenes to the mix and this entry makes for an undeniable contender for this list.
Where to Watch:HBO Max, Amazon Prime
In the Cut (2003)
In a change of pace, Mark Ruffalo and Meg Ryan star in an erotic thriller centering around an English teacher who finds herself being questioned as a witness because of a dead body found near her home. The detective doing the questioning and her end up feeling a spark that eventually ignites an erotic awakening experienced by Ryan's character. What unfolds is sex, murder, and intrigue In the Cut.
Where to Watch: Amazon Prime
Game of Thrones (2011-2019)
So a lot of Game of Thrones fans would throw away the entire last season if they could, but that doesn't negate the fact that the long-running HBO series had a plethora of litty sex scenes during its run. The fantasy drama isn't for everyone, but we're show the love scenes are.
Where to Watch:Hulu, Amazon Prime
Four Lovers (2010)
In this French film, the concept of being swingers is explored as two married couples decide to swap partners with each other for uninhibited sexual exploration.

Flame Blox Fruit Value
About No Content Blox Fruit
The Flame Blox Fruit is a popular Uncommon Elemental-type fruit in Blox Fruits video game. It was first seen on 16 January, 2019 during the game’s initial update. The Flame Fruit has an impressive range and damage and players love it for this reason. Its high PvP and PvE activities value among players in the entire game. Players can obtain this fruit by either giving the Blox Fruit Dealer 250,000 Beli or paying 550 Robux.
Pros & Cons
Normal No Content Blox Fruit Pros
Elemental immunity: Non-Elemental immunity is available Combat versatility: It works well at a close to medium range. Boss grinding: Best for boss grinding due to its damage output. Area of Effect (AoE): Every move has a significant AoE. Low mastery requirements: Easy to use, compared to other fruits. Awakening ease: Awakens easily, boosting its powers further.
Awakened No Content Blox Fruit Pros
PvP proficiency: Good for PvP due to its high damage and instinct-breaking. Sea Beast hunting: Spammable high-damage moves are great for Sea Beasts hunting. Burn damage: Each hit causes more burn damage afterwards. Mobility and range: Substantial AoE with C & F moves plus good vertical mobility. Instinct-breaking: All attacks are instinct breaking so they will destroy opponents that heavily rely on it.
Cons Using Normal No Content Blox Fruit
Knockback issues: High knockback moves may interfere with grinding especially if used as finishers only. Air combat weakness: Does not work well when fighting in air situations.
Cons Using Awakened No Content Blox Fruit
Precision required: Aim accurately before acting to maximize effectiveness.
No Content Blox Fruit Value
The physical form of the Flame Blox Fruit has been given different values like any other permanent objects which depends on their real life market value and the intrinsic worth. The Flame fruit, in its physical form, is priced at 250,000 Beli. However, it has market value and that stands at a little more than this price; 260,000 Beli. Nevertheless, the physical fruit is not sought after as much, receiving only a rating of 2/10 in terms of demand. This lack of interest may be attributed to its availability and the stiff competition with other more sought after fruits. The flame fruit’s physical form value is now considered fair with an upward trend in valuation that suggests future rise in demand and prices. The permanent version of Flame fruit costs 55,000,000 Beli. This makes it have higher demand which is rated at 6/10 reflecting their popularity among players. The permanent flame fruit’s value also tends to increase though at present it appears overvalued. This overestimation indicates that while players are willing to pay for a premium on the permanent one, they might be paying more than what it can achieve based on performance or utility alone.
Final Words
The Flame Blox Fruit can be used as either a great offensive tool or boss-grinder alternative by Blox Fruits players mainly interested in PvP content. It has different values when comparing between its existence as a P item or PT commodity, both having bullish trepidations respectively concerning their respective markets. In terms of price affordability and fair returns for consumers however, the player will find themselves easily purchasing the object up until a certain point where prices begin to climb. While regular ones might seem pretty cheap ,the latter are always high-end. As game dynamics change ,Flame Blox Fruit remains essential within Blox Fruits community ecosystem . Read the full article

"Ohio was no stranger to deadly building fires. But none of the previous fires foreshadowed the 1930 Easter Monday fire as closely as the October 8, 1928, dormitory blaze at the State Brick Plant at Junction City, Ohio, where fifteen inmates died and twenty-seven were severely injured. Indeed, the day after the Columbus disaster, one journalist noted that the Brick Plant fire had called attention to the perilous conditions that reigned in prison farms and road camps and other related facilities, describing them as “firetraps” lacking adequate provision for the immediate release of inmates in the event of a fire.
Unlike the dangerously overcrowded Ohio Penitentiary, holding close to 4,500 inmates, the dormitory at the Brick Plant was a “barn-like structure of wooden frame and corrugated iron covering, erected upon a ten foot brick foundation,” with accommodations for 275 prisoners “sleeping in two-tiered bunks arranged in pairs with narrow aisles between.” Including 13 trusties, who did not sleep in the dorm, there were a total of 288 men at the Plant.
Several inmates discovered the Brick Plant fire at midnight, but by the time the alarm resounded through the dimly lit dormitory room it was too late. The fire spread quickly along the building’s floor and framework, leaping “from bunk to bunk across narrow aisles, while convicts cursed and screamed as they struggled to open doors and windows.” Making matters even worse, the fire hydrant did not work. As in the Columbus blaze in 1930, the convicts were awakened in time to escape, but upon reaching the nearest exits found them locked and barred. According to guards and convicts, it was probable that “many of the dead were trampled to death in a ‘mad rush for the exits.’”
Convicts who had made it out into the fresh air remembered looking back through windows “into the flaming interior,” where they witnessed sights that they would never forget, seeing fellow prisoners “wreathed in flames, rushing to and fro” before disappearing in the smoke and flames that enveloped them as they fell to the floor. The roof and walls soon collapsed, showering ring the onlookers and writhing victims with burning embers.
As in the Columbus fire, stories of convict heroism abounded. Among the heroes was a convict overcome by smoke and burned to death as he tried to rescue his friend. Another prisoner, who had been responsible for the prison commissary, ran inside to fight the flames but perished “on his job.” One inmate, Andy Kiebert, who made it out safely, ran back into the burning building to rescue the convict mascot, a terrier named Tiny King. The animal lover suffered burns but fought his way back out, emerging with the relatively unscathed dog under his coat.
News reports would describe the fifteen fire victims as “charred bodies, part of them only small piles of bones,” with “few or none … possible of identification.” A dozen of the more seriously burned were taken to the hospital at the Ohio Pen for treatment. A cursory identification of the dead was attempted, but remained tentative, their identifications being based for the most part on the location of the body when found. Prisoners aided in the task “to some extent,” but not with any degree of certainty. In the early going, the only ones identified were two African American inmates. A prison dentist examined the victims’ teeth to aid in the identifications. The remains were buried in the New Lexington Cemetery, where markers were set up for those whose identities had been established. Twenty men were missing, three of whom, officials believed, had seized the opportunity to escape during the confusion that followed the fire’s discovery. Others, including many cons, insisted none had escaped. Despite the opportunity for a learning moment, few lessons had been learned at the Junction City fire."

Comics can teach readers how to identify fake news
Dealing with fake news
Fake news is an increasingly pressing problem. In fact, a 2019 poll found 90 per cent of Canadians reported falling for false information online.
As consumers, we need to learn how to filter content and become our own educators, editors and fact-checkers to ensure the information we act upon is trustworthy. In a constantly changing informational and political environment, it’s no wonder we often struggle to separate fact from fiction.
Research indicates people create misinformation for two primary reasons: money and ideology.
Articles, videos and other forms of content can generate large amounts of money for the websites that host these pieces. Most of their income comes from clicks on advertisements, so the more people who visit their sites, the better chances they have of boosting ad revenue. This feedback loop has led many publishers to lean on false information to drive traffic.
The threshold for making believable fake news has fallen as well. A conspiracy theorist, for example, can create a web page using a professional template with high-quality photos in just a few clicks. Once the content has been added, sharing it on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms requires even less effort.
These misinformation and fake-news campaigns amplify and circulate through false digital accounts using automated programs known as bots that use certain keywords to influence and impact conversations among like-minded clusters of people. The results can foment discord on hot-button Canadian policy issues — like immigration and refugees — possibly disrupting election outcomes.
Generating anxiety and undermining truth
Canadians are expressing anxiety about the social impact of fake news, with 70 per cent fearing it could affect the outcome of a federal election. The Pew Research Center warns that fake news may even influence the core functions of the democratic system and contribute to “truth decay.”
Dubious and inflammatory content can undermine the quality of public debate, promote misconceptions, foster greater hostility toward political opponents and corrode trust in government and journalism.
The effects of misinformation have been evident throughout the COVID-19 epidemic, with many citizens confused as to whether a mask will decrease the chances of spreading the infection. Similar tactics are being levelled against Black Lives Matter protesters, such as labelling them all as rioters when videos and photos show most behaving peacefully.
Conspiracy theories about the “Chinese virus,” amplified by politicians in Canada and the U.S., have fanned the flames of anti-Asian sentiments following the spread of COVID-19. Data from law enforcement and Chinese-Canadian groups has shown an increase in anti-Asian hate incidents in Canada since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Who and how to trust
Aside from a few social media platforms that identify misleading content and provide a brief explanation, most information online or in print can appear factual. So how can we figure out which sources to trust?
As a sociologist who focuses on critical media studies, I formed focus groups and collected input from my students to create a resources to guide readers through identifying fake news. While regulation and legislation are part of the solution, experts agree we must take swift action to teach students how to seek verification before acting on fake news.
In my findings, students identified several reasons why media outlets post or re-publish fake news, including making mistakes, being short-staffed, not fact-checking and actively seeking greater viewership by posting fake news.
The students pointed to holistic media literacy and critical thinking training as the best responses. This finding runs counter to the tactics currently used by publishers and tech companies to label or “fact-check” disputed news.
One student summarized this mindset best: “As citizens and consumers, we have a responsibility to be critical. Don’t accept stories blindly. Hold those in power responsible for their actions!”
Getting multiple perspectives is a great way to expand our digest of viewpoints. Once we can see a story from more than one angle, separating truth from falsehood becomes much simpler.
At this point, I transitioned from recording perceptions of fake news to determining how to identify it. Providing students with information about the nature and agendas of fake news, in an immersive format, seemed to be a key step in engaging and cultivating their critical literacy capabilities. Information delivery was a key consideration. Source: https://theconversation.com/comics-can-teach-readers-how-to-identify-fake-news-143777

Il sound è sostenuto da batterie incalzanti (Graves), chitarre distorte (Flames) e voci graffianti (What You Got), alternate a synth distensivi (Rolling Myself Into You), fraseggi psichedelici (Bombs) e cori ghospel (Moonboy).
