Skip appetizers consisting of BREAD.🍞 5.) Stop eating when you're full. 6.) Make eating enjoyable. 7.) Don't use food to honor your feelings.(Stress binge or don't eat). 8.) #TGIT😉 #FitTipOfTheDay😊 #BewareOfAlligators🐊 Upon doing my AM cardio, I thought I had 'the park' to myself-until this Alligator told me, "Good Morning!" Being from NOLA, I have seen many 🐊(both large & small) especially in New Orleans East and not only do they submerge themselves in the waterways, they also know how to camouflage themselves well. FYI: they can run very fast for short distances. Just know that New Orleans and probably the entire Gulf Coast is a SWAMP, and that alligators are lurking in our backyards-literally! So BEWARE!!! Safety tips: 1.) Don't approach 🐊 2.) Don't harass 🐊 3.) Don't feed 🐊 4.) #StayInYourLane 🚧 "Good Morning Mr. Alligator, please stay your distance, and have a great day.
