The absence of something will often show us how much we care for it 😝💕😘... ...I wasn't able to post my workout update yesterday due to 1,000,001 things going on.. But I'm glad of glad I didn't😬! This morning I woke up and noticed a HUGE difference in my DOMs💪🏼😱 - that's delayed onset muscle soreness.
