The first She-Hulk comic was released 41 years ago today 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼⁣ ⁣ I haven’t done a Savage She-Hulk cosplay yet (one day) so here’s a throwback to ⁣ ⁣ She-Hulk is special to me for MANY reasons. Have you watched your Disney favs as an adult? ⁣ ⁣ Cosplaying as Cruella led me to a rewatch of both the animated and live action 101 Dalmatian films. I hadn’t seen them since I was a child when I obviously had a different perspective. ⁣ ⁣ 101 Dalmatians was my FAVORITE growing up. In fact, every time we went to the Disney store, I begged my mom to let me buy another Dalmatian stuffy for my collection. ⁣ ⁣ I particularly enjoyed buying posters of Dalmatians and naming them all. I still have some hanging in my childhood bedroom (with their names written above them) ☺️⁣ ⁣ But with this adult rewatch, I realized something painfully relevant - how when we come together as a community, we get sh*t done. What to do when you feel like a zombie ⚠️⁣ ⁣ We all have those days that are low energy, feels like you are dragging your feet, you want to bite everyone’s head off, etc ⁣ ⁣ Here’s how to combat that Zombie Energy: ⁣ ⁣ 💦 Hydrate! ⁣ Many people think caffeine will help ... and sometimes it does (I could do a whole post on coffee alone) but what your body really needs is water! ⁣ 🥑 Eat some “brain food.” ⁣ Foods rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats will nourish both the body and the mind and help boost energy levels without caffeine or other stimulants. Examples are: avocado, apples, blueberries, and dark chocolate. ⁣ 🎶 Play that funky music! ⁣ Put on a mood boosting playlist. This could literally be anything that pumps you up. From nostalgia to top hits, this is personal to YOU. ⁣ 💪🏼 Get moving! ⁣ Even if it’s just taking a walk around the block, moving your body is sure to improve your mood.
