In 2014 I started on what has become a journey to better wellness. The medals are a display of a part of that journey that has taught me perseverance, given me confidence, helped me grow physically, mentally and spiritually. I'm hopeful that 2018 presents more growth opportunities and I'd love to share them with you. To give you my thoughts and insights as well as those of some of my friends that excel in physical, spiritual and mental fitness. I plan to do this at the Fitness Is A Habit website where I hope to blog, podcast, reference other great content in these areas and hopefully converse with you wherever you are.
