the nights are tasteless without you: part 3 ~ Ari Levinson fic
A/N - This is my first proper multiple chapter story which came to me while watching a Bollywood movie. It is set in Mumbai India where Ari is a professor at a university meets a person of colour - Marathi girl at the train station. There will be other Chris Evans characters as professors and Henry Cavill characters as professors
Warning: Please read this before reading the story. 18+, smut, sex… etc
For the next two weeks, Maddy and Ari were so busy that they only texted one another. It started with how are you, have a good day at work, to sending outfit of the day photos. Ari began by asking for help; he needed an outfit for his colleagues' birthday dinner. He sent her so many images she giggled, telling him to relax and wear the white trousers and light blue denim shirt.
“Ari, listen, why are you showing me so many winter clothes? We are in India; it's so hot here,” Maddy said, giggling at him while texting.
“That's all I have brought with me; I read that some parts of India get very cold,” he typed, feeling his heart beat fast.
“Well, Ari, Mumbai is hot year round. Sometimes we get monsoons and wind but not all the time. You need to wear loose-fitting clothes, especially linen and soft cotton; they are breathable fabric,” she typed, and suddenly she got a request to put on her video call. At this precise moment, she was relaxing in bed, in her pajama bottoms and a tank top with no bra on, texting him. She declined the video call and said she could still chat by text but was not in the mood for a video call.
They texted for 10 minutes, Maddy agreeing to take him shopping next weekend to find the right outfit for his colleague's birthday dinner. She put her phone down, smiling a huge smile as she sighed happily. Maddy put on her slippers and went down to eat dinner and then do some light reading before bed. It wasn’t light reading per se; it was smut she would read after the interaction with Ari. It has worked her up to the point she had to squeeze her legs together while texting him. She left tingly, needing some release, and knew the smut she had in mind to read would help.
After dinner, she locked her door, slipped off her clothes, and got inside the covers, ready to read some smut to help her out. She grabs her earbuds, slips them in, and presses play on the audiobook where the smut part was. Hearing the husky man speak, talking about how his hands roamed all over her body, stopping at the boobs to cup them, got Maddy to moan loudly.
She moved her fingers down her stomach to her hot fold, slipped a finger inside and started to rub the mound. Maddy went slowly at first, then picked up speed, saying “Ari’s” name a few times. She closed her eyes to see his face in front of him.
"Shhh," Ari said, snaking his body up, reaching her lips and pressing a hungry kiss. He moves her hand away from the mound, kissing the wet tips before adding his thick fingers inside her bud and starting to rub her.
"Ari, yes, that's the spot," she yelped, enjoying how their hands moved up and down the clit. She pinched her nipple, moaning, moving her body, enjoying how her fingers worked on her sensitive bud.
"Let it out, baby girl," he said, biting her earlobe as he rubbed her faster. Maddy couldn't help but scream and orgasm all over her hand. She sat up, breathing heavily, looking for a tissue, wondering did she masturbate with Ari in mind.
Now she turned back to shy, embarrassed Maddy. The first guy she met at the station got her all hot and bothered. How could she face him, let alone take him clothes shopping when she orgasmed over him?

Pregnancy Symptoms: What to Expect
Pregnancy is an incredible journey where a baby grows inside a mother’s womb. Typically, pregnancy lasts about 40 weeks, or around nine months. When a woman becomes pregnant, her body goes through many changes as a new life begins to develop. Let's explore how you can tell if you're pregnant, what the stages of pregnancy are, and how to take care of yourself during this special time.
How Does a Baby Start to Grow?
A baby starts to grow when a sperm from the father meets an egg from the mother. This usually happens in a place inside the mother called the ovary. The egg becomes fertilized when it comes into contact with the sperm and travels to the uterus, where it adheres to the wall. This tiny fertilized egg, called a zygote, divides and grows, eventually becoming an embryo.
Stages of Pregnancy
Each of the three trimesters, or phases of pregnancy, has distinct changes of its own:
First Trimester (0-12 weeks):
The organs of the baby, including the heart, brain, and spine, start to form during this time.
The baby is still tiny, and the mother might not feel much different, but her body is already working hard to support the new life.
Second Trimester (13-28 weeks):
The baby starts to grow bigger, and you can see its arms, legs, and face more clearly. The mother may start to feel the baby move inside her. Ultrasound is a common tool used by doctors to monitor a baby's progress, but it is unlawful in India to reveal the gender of the child.
Third Trimester (29-40 weeks):
The baby grows rapidly and gets ready for birth. Its bones harden, and it often turns its head downward in preparation for delivery. The mother may feel tired and heavy as the baby takes up more space.
Common Pregnancy Symptoms
If you think you might be pregnant, here are some signs to look for:
Missed Period: This is often the first clue that you could be pregnant. A test is advised because missing a period on its own is insufficient.
Morning Sickness: Feeling nauseous and vomiting, especially in the morning, is common in early pregnancy.
Headaches and Dizziness: Hormone changes might cause headaches or make you feel lightheaded.
Breast Changes: Your breasts might become sore, swollen, or more sensitive as they prepare for feeding the baby.
Tiredness: Feeling very tired is common, especially in the early and late stages of pregnancy.
Increased Discharge: A white or milky discharge from the vagina is normal during pregnancy and helps keep the area clean.
Mood Swings: Hormonal changes can cause you to feel happy one moment and sad the next.
Taking Care of Yourself
Taking care of yourself during pregnancy is essential for both you and your baby. Here are some tips:
Eat Well: Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains in your diet. Avoid junk food and stay hydrated.
Exercise: Gentle exercises like walking, swimming, or pregnancy yoga can help keep you fit and relieve stress.
Regular Check-ups: Visit your doctor regularly for check-ups to ensure everything is progressing smoothly.
Rest: Make sure you receive enough rest and sleep. As your body works hard to grow a baby, rest becomes even more important.
Handling Stress During Pregnancy
Pregnancy is a joyful time, but it can also bring stress. It’s important to stay positive and find ways to relax:
Positive Thinking: Try to focus on the happiness your baby will bring.
Support from Loved Ones: Lean on your family and friends for help and encouragement.
Relaxation: Activities like meditation, deep breathing, and hobbies can help reduce stress.
Pregnancy is a unique journey, full of changes and new experiences. By understanding the signs and taking care of yourself, you can make this journey a healthy and happy one.

From Words to Meaning: English to Marathi Translation Essentials
India’s rich mix of languages is a huge opportunity for companies and people who want to meet with a wide range of people. Marathi is a strong language with a lot of history, culture, and subtleties. More than 83 million people speak it. The world of English to Marathi translation, on the other hand, can be very complicated. It can feel like crossing a language bridge that is covered in fog. Do not worry, fellow language geeks! The goal of this blog is to help you find your way by giving you useful information and tips for translating.
Beyond the Dictionary: Understanding the Cultural Bridge:
Writing down words is only the beginning. If you want to really help people learn English and Marathi, you have to put yourself in their shoes. Learn about the culture by picking up on the subtle humor, understanding the historical references, and enjoying the unique ways that Marathi people use language. Always keep in mind that translation is more than just words. It’s also about feelings and meaning.
Finding the Right Guide: Choosing the Perfect Translator:
There are different kinds of translators. Find a worker who can speak both English and Marathi, and if possible, someone who has a lot of experience with the culture you’re trying to reach. For more accuracy and usefulness, look for interpreters who have worked in your business or area before. Remember that a good translator can help you succeed by making sure that your message hits home with people who speak Marathi.
The Power of Localization: Adapting to the Local Landscape:
Do not just copy word for word. Change your message to fit the situation. Use Marathi words, slang, and statements that sound normal and that people can understand. Think about how language and cultural differences can vary from place to place. One example is that a marketing effort in rural Maharashtra might need to use different words than one in urban Mumbai.
Beyond Text: Visuals and Branding with Cultural Sensitivity:
Translation is more than just reading and writing. Visual elements like pictures, colors, and symbols should fit in with the culture. In some cultures, something that is funny might be seen as rude in others. Pay close attention to how brands look and what they say to avoid making unintentional cultural faux pas.
The Art of Transcreation: When Creativity Meets Accuracy:
There are times when straight translation doesn’t work. In this case, you might want to think about transcreation, which is the art of artistically remaking the message to keep its original meaning while making sure it is proper for the culture. This could mean changing jokes, themes, or marketing phrases so they work better for people who speak Marathi.
Respecting dialects and registers: Don’t be afraid of the subtleties
Marathi has a lot of different accents and languages. Think about who you’re writing for and pick the right language level. Standard Marathi is best for serious conversations, while regional accents may be more appropriate in less formal settings. Knowing these subtleties will help your message reach the right people and strike the right tone.
Take advantage of technology: But don’t forget about people:
Machine translation tools are useful, but they often have trouble with cultural differences and the bigger picture. Technology can help, but you should always count on a person speaker who knows about different cultures to polish the message and make sure it works.
FROM WORDS TO IMPACT: MEASURING THE SUCCESS OF YOUR TRANSLATION:
The real test of your translation is how well it works. Track important data in the Marathi market, such as involvement, response rates, and how people feel about your business. Look at what your target group has to say about your message to see how well it works. Remember that getting better at translating is an ongoing process of learning.
Conclusion:
It might seem hard to find your way around the world of English to Marathi translation, but these important tips and a dedication to cultural understanding will help you bridge the gap and connect with your Marathi audience more deeply. Remember that good translation is more than just words; it’s about making links that matter and leaving an impression that lasts. So, go into your translation journey with confidence, be open to the differences in culture, and watch your message get through!
