Being relentless means demanding more of yourself than anyone else could ever demand of you, knowing that every time you stop you can do more. You must do more. With that being said I have taken a lot of thought about what I wanted to say in this post. My goal is to bring a better package to Miami Nationals then I did at southern states. I am striving to add 10 lbs of lean muscle before November. In order for me to do that I did some self reflecting the last few days. I need to be relentless in my goals and avoid outside distractions. Social media is a huge distraction.
