How is this for a non-scale victory #nsv?!?! Before joining the gym on the 7th of this month my cardio fitness score was 'poor to fair'. Last week it was simply 'fair' and look where I am today!!! #yayforahealthierheart Too often we get stuck on what the scale says. I have been working my bootay off for over 2 weeks and only this morning saw a small change on the scale. I have noticed big changes in my energy and mood though. Don't get me wrong, I refuse to wear this size clothes and weigh this amount ANY LONGER but I'm also striving for a healthier and happier life from here on out.
