Can we see more characters from UTY if they were in Sw!Fallenswap? (I think you're Ceroba design and AU's lore is very cool btw)
Sure and thanks! I'll even expand on each of them, though none of it is 100% canon to Sw!Fallenswap, and thought up quickly as they aren't canon.
Tumblr media
I couldn't settle on a Azimuth Dalv design but I did make a pacifist route Starlo design, he reminds me of a power ranger for some reason? (It's probably the mask.)
Tumblr media
I had to do some math to get it to fit in the Timeline, get everyone's ages and get Martlet's life expectancy and to get Dalv's persumed age by finding the life expectancy of a Fox Anthropomorphic (there is an equation I use to find life expectancies of all the Anthropomorphic races) to see if it lines up in the timeline for Kanako's grandparents to be alive in 1013, as that is the most notable year in the timeline where Anthropomorphics did kill a bunch of Undeads matching Fallen!Dalv's description on why he has beef with the Ketsukanes (though Dalv never mentioned a year). The life expectancy number came out to be 950, then by adding Ceroba's age of 39 (assuming either Ceroba or Chujin's parent(s) had their child near the end of their lifespan) minusing it by 1985, got me 996 which did check out timeline wise.
Character notes:
Clover Notes: Clover doesn't change much from their UTY appearance, changes are they are much more verbal, Clover can save and load, doesn't have Flowey/Temmie because Temmie wasn't made animate until the 90s and they carry around a Polaroid Camera (which was very popular in the 80s), which there are certain spots that you can take a picture of giving you the Achievement "Picture Perfect" and doing them all gives you the achievement "Photographer's Eye"
Clover will become a Myling with the other souls and kill Ultra Temmie in Chara's non-canon neutral ending still. Clover is one of the 11 characters known to be from Gen X.
Unlike Genocide UTY Clover, Genocide Fallen!Clover does die still, due to Sans ripping Clover's heart out and eating it before Clover was able to shoot Toriel, meaning the Clover’s Genocide Route in Sw!Fallenswap could technically be canon if it wasn't directly stated Sans only killed Patience, Bravery, and Perseverance.
The fact Sans was able to sneak up on Clover implies he was expecting Clover to show up, even though Clover managed to enter the castle undetected, so it's likely Dalv conversed with Sans beforehand.
Since Temmie didn't exist yet when Clover was alive, you can wait for Asgore to drop a rope for you gaining the Achievement “Patience is Virtue”, which will cause you to skip the Martlet fight and proceed like normal Undertale except you have to sneak out of ruins which is difficult but worth it as you also skip most of Snowdin as well, because Papyrus saves you from Sans and teleports Clover away,  Papyrus gives you a medallion and tells Clover to show it to Dalv and say “Papyrus sent you” which can skip the Dalv fight (if you so wish) which will get you straight to the portion of attempting to travel to Hotland, the medallion can actually also be used to instantly spare MOST random encounter enemies which will give you the achievement “VIP”
If you don't wait for Asgore to drop the rope the playthrough plays similarly to UTY, but without Flowey or Temmie, if you do a genocide route Dalv won't shapeshift into a wolf and swim you down the river, instead The Boatman (Wingding Gaster) does, but Clover still ends up falling off the dam, but instead of Sans causing a wave from striking a bone wall into the water, Wingding purposely knocks you off the dam knowing what you did.
Either way, you wash up on a Dunes’ shore on 1 HP, which makes the medallion very useful to have if you waited for Asgore to return and got the medallion from Papyrus as it can instantly spare most enemies, so you won't get killed by them before you reach a save point.
Martlet Notes: She's a hermit that lived in the ruins before they were abandoned, she met Chujin before and due to her age she is old enough to have met the Integrity soul who fell down in 1936. She likes jigsaw and logic puzzles, as well as reading textbooks.
She's the only known character from the Cavalier Generation. Her personality seems to be a blend of her original personality and Dalv's
Dalv notes:
Dalv (or Sir Alucard by Ceroba and Officer Alucard by Starlo) His personality is similar to his original and Martlet's, the most notable difference between his personality and UTY!Dalv’s personality is that Fallen!Dalv has much more of a spine when it comes to advocating for himself and speaking his mind, he is much more willing to stand his ground and overall is much more brave, he is also much more willing to use profanity, albeit not in English, usually in Romanian or Monstarian when speaking to another Monster (adult monster that is, as he doesn't swear at children).
Judging by the fact he is stationed in Snowdin but doesn't wear the Snowdin Guard Armor, means he was either off duty when he ran into Clover or not apart of the Snowdin police force, but he is also not wearing a deltarune so being off duty is more likely.
He has beef with The Ketsukanes due to Kanako's Grandparents role in the 1013 Mass Undead Racial Cleansing, but doesn't have that same resentment towards Kanako as she tried to right the wrongs. Judging by the fact Dalv mentioned having parents and a younger sibling, it means Dalv is either a traditional variant (parents are the Elden Variant) as Elden Variants are naturally spawned, or Ancient variant if his parents were Ancestral Undead (once Elves)
Dalv is seen to shapeshift into a bat and a wolf before, bat when trying to escape with Clover and when they dropped over a waterfall and a wolf when swimming in the river with Clover on his back to try to get to Hotland.
As a Vampire, like all Undeads, he does have telekinesis and teleportation, so in his fight Blue Soul Mode is used for some attacks. Instead of Puzzles in Snowdin, he sets up riddles due to his love of storytelling.
It’s implied Dalv likely conversed with Sans before the Azimuth Dalv fight due to the fact Sans was able to ambush Clover before Clover could kill Toriel, which isn't unlikely as they are both on the royal guard and Dalv seems to be on a first name basis with Sans as Dalv said “Sans, you're a tâmpit!" instead of “Sir Gaster, you're a tâmpit!” (tâmpit which in this case means "asshole" in Romanian) when Sans causes Dalv and Clover to get washed over the dam, this is notable because Royal Guards only refer to each other by first name if A.) They don't have one (which Sans does, it's “Gaster”) or B.) They are on frequent speaking terms outside of the Royal Guard, this means Dalv and Sans must converse frequently outside of guard duty to know each other's first names.
Genocide phases:
Dalv is in his normal form, and his fight is a harder version of his pacifist/neutral fight
When Dalv gets low on HP he injects something (either DETERMINATION or SPITE) into himself, which turns him into Azimuth Dalv
Once killed Dalv's Shade spawns, like all Shades in Sw!Fallenswap, it has high attack and defense but only one HP, meaning you have to do all the shots perfectly with the wild revolver to actually kill him, any mistake won't be enough damage to get through the Shade's Defense.
He seems to inject himself with either DETERMINATION or SPITE at the end of Genocide, due to the fact in that scenario DETERMINATION will turn a monster into a Draugr and races in the Undead Monster Type will not have that reaction to DETERMINATION but neither would SPITE as it creates a Shade after dying and doesn't put them into a temporary state, so it's unknown what caused that reaction, but it's still likely SPITE instead which explains why Dalv was able to handle it so easily and not melt as SPITE destroys light mana in a Monster’s soul while DETERMINATION melts it, but since Undead Souls have Dark Mana instead, SPITE doesn't harm their soul. It also explains why phase 3 Dalv is a Shade. It is also more likely to be SPITE instead of DETERMINATION, as that would be easier to acquire, only way Dalv would get his hands on DETERMINATION is if he extracted it from Undyne, though he does know her, Undyne would likely try to stop Clover herself. The way Dalv could get his hands on SPITE would be extracting it from Sans or another Undead, though Dalv did call Sans an asshole and Sans did cause a massive wave which caused Dalv and Clover to get washed over the dam and fall into the Dunes area in a Pacifist and neutral run, Sans would likely be willing to extract SPITE from himself to give to Dalv, and not go and fight Clover instead like Undyne would, as he is more likely to stay at New Home to defend Toriel which Sans does successfully in Clover's genocide run as he does very graphically and violently kill Clover.
Starlo Notes: he seems to work with Ceroba in some way, despite not being in the royal guard, he is either a part of the boomer generation or Silent generation in the case Starlo is a year older than Ceroba. Like his original counterpart, he had a crush on Ceroba and knew her since childhood, though unlike his UTY!Counterpart as he doesn't have this North Star Persona, he is more open about his nerdy side and seems to be rather intelligent when figuring out how to defeat the robots in Steamworks. Since Starlo has no attachment to Kanako's robots, killing Axis or Guardener will not abort the pacifist route, he's just relieved you made it out okay.
His personality is similar to UTY, but his temperament seems much more like UTY!Ceroba, he injected Chujin with the serum made from the Kindness Soul, because Chujin tricked Starlo into injecting Kanako's concoction into Chujin thinking it as harmless leaving Starlo into believing he accidentally killed Chujin, but he never told Ceroba this. Starlo also only tries to kill Clover as a mercy-kill-last-resort type thing because if Clover makes it to Toriel, Toriel will burn Clover alive resulting in a painful death, if Clover isn't handed over to Toriel, Clover will die of heart failure due to vitamin D deficiency, and if Clover somehow manages to kill Toriel the underground will possibly go into anarchy, so Starlo attempts to kill Clover in Pacifist route realizing these 3 outcomes.
Ceroba notes: Ceroba (or Sherif Ketsukane by Dalv) is an abrasive personality, and unlike UTY!Starlo she is affiliated with the Royal Guard, as Sherif and Dune's Police Chief are the same occupation in the Dunes region of the Underground, and unlike UTY!Starlo but like UTY!Ceroba, she has an antagonistic role. Ceroba will lash out at Clover if you kill Starlo, but Dalv will call her out as a hypocrite, as she was willing to condone murder of other people's loved ones, causing a short  altercation between the two, which Dalv does end up over powering Ceroba pushing her off the edge, which she survives after being found by some other royal guards.
Kanako Notes: Kanako was an intern, to whomever J.A River's Successor and Undyne's predecessor was and got cryogenically frozen, due to Undyne being non observant and the true lab access keycard being lost, it's unlikely Kanako will ever be found.
Kanako got her internship at 14 years old by submitting her idea of Steamworks to be a backup power supply if the core ever breaks, the robots were made in collaboration with a younger Undyne who was also an intern between 16-18 years old at the time.
Kanako wanted to make amends with Dalv Alucard as her ancestors killed his family during a massacre and wishes to right that wrong, which makes Kanako the only Ketsukane that Dalv doesn't have beef with.
Chujin notes: Very little is known about Chujin other than he tricked Starlo into administering the serum and that Chujin was a stay-at-home parent, we also know he's not a boss monster like he was in UTY, as Boss Monster is a specific race of Monster and not category. We also know like Ceroba and  unlike Kanako, he is unwilling to try to make amends for his ancestors wrongdoings in the 1013 Mass Undead Racial Cleansing, as implied by what Kanako said to Dalv, further supported by Ceroba's predisposition of hating Dalv. We can assume he had a lot of faith in Kanako's abilities as he was willing to try her concoction on himself, which ended his life and due to Undyne not being the Royal Scientist yet, he wasn't used in Undyne's experiments and died in hospice.

Howdy! I’ve conjured up a UT Yellow au… drumroll 🥁🥁🥁
It’s an Animal au!! I know so original I’m awesome
Clover helps foster wild or tamed animals that have been injured and helps them get back into the wild, or back to their home!
Unfortunately, some animals aren’t fit enough to be able to go back into the wild without complications. That’s where Clover comes in, they take care of the animals that need extra help.
Ceroba is a Fennec Fox, with her kit Kanako. Kanako has heart problems and would not survive back out in the wild. Ceroba on the other hand is healthy, she was kept because she would not separate from Kanako.
Chujin is a plain albino wild fox, he was taken in as a young adult when he was gravely injured. Releasing him would most likely result in his death.
Martlet is a small budgie that was raised in captivity and was released. Luckily she was found, her wings had been clipped so she could not fly and would have been easy prey. She was a gift to Clover after they helped nurse her back to health.
Dalv is a fruit bat that was injured by a teen who swatted him into a tree, his wings don’t work that well anymore. Clover also helped nurse Dalv back to health, and was allowed to take care of him full time.
Starlo is a frilled neck lizard, he was raised in captivity and has terrible temperature control. Clover was gifted Starlo as well.
Axis is the roomba. They follow Chujin around constantly.

You & my partner have gotten me on the Martlet x The Roba pairing train so I gotta ask; was there an 'O h.' moment for either of them when they had the realization?
YEESSS ONE OF US!! ONE OF US!!!!
i think they would both have an “o h” moment. i think martlet would have it during the period between clover dying and the barrier being broken. the crew spends a lot of time together, broken with grief, and struggling to support themselves. so martlet travels from snowdin to the dunes a LOT. suddenly her big ass house is too big, shes so separated from her friends so far away. she has dalv, but he wasnt there for clovers death and didnt see what she did. ceroba knows the feeling well. so i think martlet spends a lot of time with ceroba at her house; doesnt move in, because she cant bear to let go of her house, but spends a lot of time there.
you would expect martlet to have a big exciting moment of realization but i think she would just. realize it on a random day. and THEN she would freak out and immediately avoid ceroba and talk to starlo. who tries his best to stop martlet from panicking and mitigate damages but they both realize how stricken and traumatized ceroba still is from chujin and kanako and clover so. they cant really do anything about it. so unfortunately now starlo is subjected to martlets ramblings and lovestricken conversations like shes a teenager wirh a first crush
CEROBA HOWEVER. DOES get a big “aw fuck” moment. when they get to the surface she asks martlet to move in with her; it just makes sense, now that they’ve spent so much time together. might as well. so martlet moves in and just fits right in, taking care of kanako and ceroba when she needs it, being handy, and just generally being a good roommate! and then ceroba watches martlet teach kanako how to woodwork, both of them struggling to read martlets blueprints and stumbling around trying to find a single nail and she cant help but laugh and realize how happy she is. how she never thought she would see her family happy like this again after chujin. and then she realizes that.. she feels the same way about martlet as she did chujin. she sees a partner (platonic at the time, anyways) helping raise a child and live in her house and show affection to anyone and everyone, even her, and she realizes she loves martlet
and then she ALSO dumps all this info to starlo who sits there like “my god my dumbass bisexual friends dont want to talk to each other”

My thoughts on Momlet are basically that Martlet wouldn't be able to see herself as a mother to Clover because she's a young adult still trying to find her place in the world and to her, it would feel weird to have to suddenly be a mom. She still looks out for Clover's well-being, like making sure they have dinner on the table and listens to them when they speak, but they also look out for her like bringing her keys to her when she forgets them at home.
My thoughts on Dadlo are basically that Starlo initially wouldn't be able to see himself as a dad to Clover because that's his pardner, the loyal deputy to his noble sheriff-schtick. He's still as wholly supportive of Clover as he was when he was training them to be his deputy, but responsible he is not. Clover's the one who has to remember to shut off the machines once the Feisty Five + One are done with a mission. As Clover grows up by his side, Starlo's tune would change to be something like "Heh, yeah, I practically raised them so they're basically my kid 😏." It's too bad that Clover sheriff-zoned him a long time ago.
My thoughts on Ceroba being Clover's mom (Cero-ma?) are basically that Ceroba would have a lot of guilt attached to looking after Clover. This is the kid that she nearly murdered, and in her darkest, lowest, most depressive moments she still contemplates killing them and fulfilling Chujin's legacy because healing isn't linear, and now she's looking after them. They forgave her but that doesn't take away the attempted homicide. And what about Kanako? Is she essentially abandoning/replacing her daughter by looking after Clover? Ceroba would love Clover to bits but thoughts like that would haunt her, at least until the Barrier breaks and Kanako comes back home.
My thoughts on Dadlv are basically that Dalv sees Clover as his friend, the feeling is mutual, and they have a nice and normal adult-child friendship. (Why is Dadlv a thing????)
My thoughts on Clover seeing their friends as their parents are basically that it wouldn't happen. They had a life on the Surface, and I headcanon that they had a mom and a (step)dad in their life; they were just bad parents and their parenting kind of ruined Clover's idea of what a mom and dad is. None of the monsters they befriended fit perfectly into the textbook idea of how a mom or dad should behave unlike Toriel, who they've completely forgotten about at this point, but that's okay! They're not exactly parents but they are Clover's family and that's what matters.

Looking up the names of some UTY characters.
Decibat is obvious. Decibels are a measure of volume, Decibat is a bat that hates too much volume.
Dalv is "Vlad" spelled backwards, and he kinda looks like a Dracula.
I've covered Martlet before. It's a bird that never lands, and Marty keeps telling us to keep moving.
El Bailador:
Tumblr media
Yeah, that checks out. Didn't know it was a real Spanish word.
Starlo may be a Pokemon reference? I don't know much about Pokemon, but I found this:
Tumblr media
UTY devs did the same thing, named the star-shaped character after his shape.
Angie, Gilbert, Moray- they're all fish, and they're all named after fish.
Ace has a card attack, Mooch is a pickpocket. I have no idea why Ed is the only one with a normal-sounding name, but "Edward" means guard and he is the biggest and strongest of all of them.
As for the Ketsukane family... I have no idea. I'm finding several words similar to "Chujin" in various Oriental languages (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean). I found this on a Mortal Kombat GameFAQ's page, and it seems the most likely:
Tumblr media
Chujin was brilliant, but always overlooked. His only award was "You Tried..." He's also a boss monster. So... maybe because he's always been in the middle, but wants to be on top?
Took a bit of looking to find this for "Ketsukane." Judgment bell, hmm...
(I feel it's also worth noting that when I try to google "ketsukane", google keeps suggesting I change it to "kitsune." And... well, iykyk.)
So far, all I get for "Ceroba" is links to other people asking what "Ceroba" means. Yay. Someone suggested Cerberus, the dog with multiple faces who guards the gateway to Hades (hell). That could fit Ceroba- she's connected to multiple deaths, and not to bad-mouth her when she went thru so much, but she did reveal multiple "faces."
And Kanako:

Undertale Yellow Character Age Headcanons
I did something like this for my SequenceShift AU, but I wanted to do one for UTY proper. So, I decided to do that, with some reasonings as to why I think that way.
Clover, I imagine being in the 10-12 range. The Honeydew Shopkeeper mentions that Clover doesn't seem to be highschool aged yet, so that rules out being a teenager. On the other hand, they don't seem to act really young across the story, so I think Preteen is a good age estimate.
Dalv gives of 19- or 20-year-old vibes. He always came off as someone old enough to live off on his own, but still fairly young. Martlet I imagine being 21-22 largely for the same reasons as Dalv. Thought it'd be funny if she was a year or two older than him, since she's also taller than he is.
For the Feisty Five, I'm gonna kinda roughly do them all at once.
It's said that they're all Starlo's friends from Highschool/College (don't remember which it was) so I imagine them being around the same age. When I first played, I used to imagine Starlo and Ceroba in their mid-late thirties, but in retrospective, neither of them 'feel' like 30-year-olds and the Feisty Four definitely don't either (maybe Ace but otherwise), so I went back a bit to fit everyone in this group being roughly in the same age category.
Ceroba I put as the oldest, being 29. Not really old, but still a reasonable enough age to be the mother of a young child.
Starlo I went with just a bit younger, being 27. Still close enough in age to be Ceroba's childhood friend and not super old either.
Ed I settled on being 28, since I thought it'd be funny if he was older than his boss.
Moray I went with 25. No particular reason, just kinda fits. Ace I went with 26, same reason as Moray.
Mooch is a bit of a stretch, but I went with her being 24 and just acting immature instead of her being an actual child. I know, the whole fact that she's banned from drinking adult soda. Personally, however, I think it'd be funnier if the reason instead was Mooch isn't able to hold her liquor.
I think that roughly puts each of the Five within the same age range and makes it reasonable for them to be friends from school.
Chujin I went with 30 before dying from injecting Mountain Dew Voltage into his soul, just to keep him in the same range as Ceroba. Kanako I settled with being 8 years old at the time of getting the blue juice. From what little is seen/heard of her, I got the vibes of her being younger than 10 years old, but not like super young, so I thought that'd be a good number.
And that settles the main characters (except for Axis, I couldn't think up anything. He's a robot so IDK if it really matters). I can take a shot at secondary characters if you guys would like.
Otherwise, lemme know what you think of these age placements. if you don't agree with them, feel free to let me know what you see them as instead.

Ok, YellowShift character swaps that I have so far:
Ceroba is Toriel
Chujin is Asgore
Clover is Chara
Kanako is Asriel
Flowey is probably a four-leaf clover and also female now, maybe going by “Lucky the Clover” which is sooooo ironic but don’t worry about it (or six-leaf if I wanna make a Photoshop Lucky kind of boss concept which requires six leaves, one for each soul)
Omg now I have to consider how soullessness would affect someone like Kanako. A lot of Flowey’s mindset was affected by Chara’s but Clover is very different as a Justice soul so would Lucky behave differently? Still soulless but, idk… I’ll have to reread Asriel’s monologue later, it’ll be fun to flesh out
ANYWAY
Martlet is Sans and Starlo is Papyrus
I just think Martlet fits the role of “hurt anyone and I hurt you but otherwise we’re besties and I’ll show u around” vibes while Starlo fits Papyrus’s whole roleplay of being a proper Royal Guard but this time it’s cowboys
El Bailador is Mettaton. Please. Let me have this
Still need to think of Undyne and Alphys as well as who Axis swaps with. Axis would make a very interesting Undyne actually… hmm but so would Red… HMMMMMMMMMM…
I’ll think about it :p

Undertale SequenceShift Ages
Had age headcanons on the brain and figured I'd do a list for my AU's. These weren't too hard to figure out. I basically too my HCs for Undertale Yellow and added them by roughly 10. I can do broader age ranges if you guys prefer ambiguity, but for now, I'll go with direct aproximations. Now let's get into it, starting from the oldest. Chujin is 41
Ceroba is 39
Ed and Dina are 38
Starlo is 37
Ace and Dalv are 35
Moray is 34
Martlet is 31
Mooch is 24
Clover, Saide (Kako's friend), and GC are in the 15-17 range.
Kanako was about 7 before falling down. Kit is about a decade older mentally, fitting in with her acting like a murderous angsty teenager
So, yeah, SequenceShift basically has a human teen dealing with a bunch of depressed middle-aged monsters in severe need of therapy. Not too different from the OG Undertale lol
Hope ya guys enjoyed this!...and don't worry, I am trying to work on actually writing a fanfic for this verse! (May need a bit of help tho)

sorry I ask so many questions I just bgvvfttyggbbuhhhhvtffccfgybuhnijiiinnubygvvfvtcf
how would Orion react to clover being introduced to him by martlet in post revival
when clover gets kidnapped for ransom, does martlet try to beat the shit out of the feisty five?
does chujin still like ben 10
I think Orion is naturally wary of any humans . Martlet would try to reassure him and ease his nerves that Clover is good but I think he'd automatically be in defense mode and tell Martlet to get away from the human. after a while though i could see Orion warming up to Clover. But still very short in his sentences and blunt so he's not the best for conversation.... hes like that. Martlet would have to guide most of the conversations unfortunately (unless it's about farming or guard work) martlet does have a fit when the feisty 5 kidnap Clover but she's also quickly apprehended to make sure she doesn't snitch, so she doesn't get to fight the feisty 5 for long. I can imagine her trying to claw her way out of the prison though . I've had this little visual in my mind that she tries to even gnawing at the bars like a creature still not sure where the whole "Chujin likes Ben 10" thing came from.. Personally I'd like to think underfell Chujin is more of a teen Titans guy but I think Kanako would like Ben 10

Honestly I thought Chujin was a good example of how a Kindness Soul could be spun into causing selfish harm (The ends justify the means)
I can also see the case for Justice though, and it does fit the three of them pretty nicely too
Chujin being justice makes the most sense to me given how much he parallels clover. Obsession w correcting injustices against their kind esp thru retributive justice (in vengeance clovers case) and making sacrifices for “the greater good.” The track that plays during his tapes is “nothing but the truth,” and law terms used in the soundtrack are reserved for the characters I’d say have the strongest connection to it as a concept (clover martlet ceroba chujin). It just feels more thematically fitting to me

Undertale Yellow was such a cool game, and all the au's I've seen for it look amazing, so I thought I would try my hand at making one. (Yes, I know there's already a dozen posts about Deltarune Yellow, but hear me out about this version.)
Deltarune Yellow
Clover
This version of Clover lives with Ceroba and considers Starlo "the cool Uncle."
While they still like the idea of Cowboys, they don't run around dressed like one outside of the Dark World.
There's not much else to say about Clover since this version is pretty similar to every other version of Deltarune Yellow.
They, and a couple other monsters, run a film club before school.
Martlet
Martlet is the one who goes to the Dark World with Clover instead of Kanako, like in every other version I've seen.
They are a new teacher at the local school. They ask Clover to show them around before school starts, which leads them to falling into the Dark World with them. (They replace Alphys, you'll see what happens to her below.)
When in the Dark World, they have the same kind of armor as the Zenith form
Instead of getting a normal weapon in the Dark World, they get a tool belt with magic carpentry tools that can be used to build defenses, mostly shields, in battle.
Ceroba, Chujin, and Kanako
As I said before, every version of this au that I've seen has Kanako go with Clover to the Dark World.
In this version, the Ketsukane family suffered from a car crash, leaving Chujin dead and Kanako in a coma. Ceroba blames herself since she was in the driver's seat, so when she finds an abandoned human child in the woods by the cemetery, she feels the need to redeem herself by saving them.
Still has some resentment for Alphys, since they were the other driver in the crash. (The guilt from the crash led to Alphys resigning as a teacher, which is why Martlet is hired as their replacement.)
Dalv/Vlad
Dalv in the Light World, Vlad in the Dark World
Dalv is one of Starlo's friends, as a fellow corn farmer, but lives pretty far away. They wouldn't show up much in the Light World.
Vlad is a prince, who has been living in isolation since they were exiled.
They are very hesitant about trusting Clover and Martlet.
They were exiled after getting over excited about two mysterious figures who almost seemed to fit the roles in the prophecy, which led them to immediately trusting them and letting them in the castle. The two figures ended up being usurpers who attacked Vlad when he was vulnerable and took over, agreeing to let Vlad live in exile.
I still need to actually flesh out a lot of the details in this, but I thought it the idea was worth sharing. Especially since I probably won't do anything with it, I am a terrible writer outside English class. So, feel free to do anything with this if you find it interesting.

fuck it TADC AU time
Clover Citrine - Folin
Sorta like a humanoid Chia Pet!
Purposefully put on the headset to see what was going on with all the missing people and bring justice to them.
instead of trying to leave themself (like Pomni) they try to help the others leave. like when they grab Starlo's glitched hand (glitching their own hand) and tripping on the exit doorway while Starlo can't even see the exit cuz it's gone now
They have a clay gun that shoots clay bullets, and they use these to get Abstracted Neepra (Integrity Soul) to leave Starlo alone
Wilhelm Caldwell - Dalv
Vampire action figure
Is able to be taken apart. His cape is able to be taken off with a snap.
The oldest, has been in the Circus the second longest
He told Folin to leave him alone the second they entered the circus
He's actually a nice guy. He's just scared of confrontation and is also going insane.
Avia Weiss - Martlet
Kinda like a Little Live Pets Bird
Expression often flat because she doesn't really have much to emote (like eyebrows)
Is instantly trying to welcome Folin, kinda like Ragatha? but Starlo also sorta fills Ragatha's spot
Very nice girl all around
Butch Cassiopeia - Starlo
Sheriff Woody-ass
He's kinda like a mix of Jax and Ragatha. like the goofiness of Jax mixed with the hospitality of Ragatha.
Has put on a sheriff persona to help the others and to keep himself from going insane
Talks with the Moon and Sun because they remind him of his parents (he also gets confused by Moon's pick-up lines used on Caine)
Ceroba Ketsukane - Kitsuner
Like a kitsune shrine statue.
Looks like she's made of stone.
Has been there the longest
She's stonefaced most of the time, but she does have fits of insanity and depression
Sad fox girl :[
Diego Guzmán - El Bailador
Kinda like a Stretch Armstrong
This dude's actually like Jax but not actually mean, just very, VERY eccentric.
He's trying to lift the other members' spirits cut him some slack
Caine is still the ringmaster and Bubble still exists, but I'd like to think Flowey is another AI that also exists, but appears less frequently than Caine or Bubble. (the truth is, he's not an AI at all, he's one of the co-creators of the program)
Axis is another AI, and guess what? he's actually an AI
idk how the Feisty Four would fit in. maybe they get transported there later.
If Kanako ever appeared in the circus, I think Ceroba/Kitsuner would have a straight-up mental breakdown. worried for her daughter and extremely upset. I think Kanako would be like a ceramic fox
maybe Chujin created the program?
and that's all

Barely organized Deltarune/Undertale yellow thoughts GO
because I am fucking dying to talk about this game with more people-
Some of this is also influenced by a discord server I'm in, even though I can't remember who shared some of their ideas that influenced it which i feel bad about- (Also minor warning before I get into it, this does have spoilers for stuff like the true pacifist ending, so proceed with caution.)
Theres the idea I had and really like of making the Ketsukanes the holidays in an AU like this, so you have Kanako as Noelle, Chujin as Rudy, and Ceroba as the mayor, someone else mentioned having clover be the dess, which I honestly like a lot!
Another idea is like, the Ketsukanes being the Dreemurrs, so clovers big sister Kanako is away, and either their parents are divorced, or Chujin is either fuckin dead still or just away for his engineering job a lot.
Alternatively, Kanako is just, someone who attends Asriels collage, maybe they're friends, or just acquaintances, who knows. Here, Clover would. be dead, they died like- saving people from a fire or somethin, to add another layer of tragedy to them, and also to match how in Undertale Yellow they die from self sacrifice in the true pacifist ending.
ALTERNATIVELY alternatively, clover is alive, and they're still Kanako's sibling, or just a family friend or something I dunno lol. Either way, clover themselves would actually be closer to Asriel, at least sorta (bc its cute to think they'd be genuine friends, even if in UTY Flowey is still a little bitch who was using them the whole time,
So yeah just. a bunch of random shit. If Clover isn't fuckin dead they'd still be friends with everyone, though they're now just. regular ass people. Starlo still does LARPing stuff, Dalv probably ended up helping out on the farm bc he also likes growing corn, Martlet is just a local handywoman, who's pretty good at it. Chujin is probably still an engineer, just. not making robots, maybe he makes "axis" as some kinda toy for his daughter, since he. doesn't need to make murder-bots here. He also may still die or just fall sick, but here its just something natural and not him ripping his soul apart. Axis is tough to fit in here honestly, since deltarune is more grounded, and sentient robots aren't remotely a thing, beyond darkners I guess, which granted Axis could absolutely be! If the Yellow cast somehow gets dragged into dark world stuff too.

UTY Axis Braindump
I feel the need to ramble about one of the several UTY-related thoughts bouncing around my brain at approximately 3 million MPH, so here's one:
Thinking about characters' themes, Axis stands out as having a surprisingly grandiose and triumphal sounding one compared to how physically small he is, coupled with his pretty inconsistent nature of being either successfully competent or a silly goofball shitfailure of a robot (and we love him for it)
youtube
And then the idea hit me. Given that there's a gag about the battle music being diagetic if you talk to Martlet in the Dunes, what if Chujin explicitly programmed an over-the-top theme song into Axis as part of his efforts to make Model 14 the final realization of his work? The triumphant culmination of every past failure, every rejection from the King, every moment of scorn from his coworkers at the Steamworks, every blind fool who couldn't see beyond just breaking the Barrier at what the future would hold. A song that would play to spite each and every naysayer when he finally had a chance to unveil it at the foot of the throne... of course, until that chance never came.
All that wrapped up in one little song that at first doesn't seem all that fitting for Axis, but that once you understand its context makes perfect sense.
I'm not necessarily suggesting that this was an intentional choice on the part of the UTY team (although it'd be really cool to know if it was something they thought about too!!), just that it's one interesting way of interpreting Axis and his characterization.
