nothing really happened today, except for the fact that for the very first time we did something in lab and it actually came out good! especially since it was chromatography, it looked pretty!

also one of the homework i had yesterday was completely wrong :] and our teacher isn't letting us re-do it :] so that's my teacher to you

did my entire biochem reporte of the week

did my part in the fisicoquimica reporte that i have to hand in tomorrow

as always, i survived the day

OKAY. so as far as i'm aware, i don't have any work left this week. thank god (and then i wake up tomorrow and i have like 50 things to do)

anyways, apparently our class did NOT do very well on our metodos midterm. and our teacher was kinda dissapointed (even though at this point it's kinda her problem? i am a firm believer of the "if everyone in class fails then it's the teachers fault". most of us did pass, but still) and she asked us questions that came in the exam so we could get some extra points

this was so bad that when she got to me she said smth along the lines of "you got a good grade" which ??? i got a 7.1??? that's just a decent grade, not a good one??? like, how bad was it that a 7 is a good grade. it's very weird, and a bit worrying

finished another biochem lab report (the last one of the week I HOPE)

did that mind map thingie for fisicoquimica (ugh)

Materia: Fisicoquímica

Poder determinar la viscosidad de un fluido es indispensable, ya que los efectos de esta propiedad son muy importantes en el flujo de las tuberías, en el flujo de la sangre, etc. Por esta razón, el presente proyecto consiste en la construcción de un viscosímetro casero por orificio, el cual nos ayuda a analizar la viscosidad cinemática de seis sustancias desde la comodidad de nuestros hogares y de una forma práctica, para luego comparar los datos experimentales con los reportados en la literatura. Su nombre “REvis” (RE- reutilizado, vis- viscosímetro) se debe a que fue realizado con materiales reutilizados, con el fin de mantener un enfoque sostenible, pues se le está dando otro uso a objetos que quizás ya se consideraban como desechos, entre ellos los vasos desechables, las cajas de leche, una base de icopor y los palillos de dientes.

did you know? our liderazgo teacher still hasn't finished grading our midterms! even though it's been 2 weeks and he's running out of extensions ! how nice :)

anyways, the only big thing today is that i went to this talk thing that i don't know how to say in english about washing our hands and food. it was decent. and also funny bc every single person there were biotec students, and everyone knew the speaker, bc he's one of our teachers. it was fun :]

finished some slides for a fisicoquimica presentation

nothing else really :)
