You sound like the rain
Rain and the first aftertaste of sweet cherry wine
Playing at the edges of my tongue, my feet, my heart
Ripping my body apart
Bit by bit, second by second
Let burn, you say,
Burn as bright as the stars, as the sun
As forest fires beneath speckled skies
And the honey-glazed cries of lost lives begging for hope, for love
For answers that will never relieve
You sound like the rain
And I see you fall as hard too
Drenching the earth and all around you
In your torrential showers
Relentless
Wild
Despairing
And I burn and burn and walk this tragic land alone
Hoping for the fire of the forests, of my veins to consume all of me whole
Hoping for the rain to wash all my ashes away
Hoping for the fires to burn themselves out someday
Hoping for the rain to die.

The Girl Who Hated Math
she said that she felt sad, I asked her why? She said - Because we only existed as numbers And I knew how much she hated math, especially when it was in morning news she also hated mornings, and the news, do you realise, it was always bad news, social security would define your existence, bank on those numbers, cause, there was your freedom, gosh! Math again, It never leaves you, Bloody math.
I tried to console her, remember, even the eternals were numbers too? but she forgo theism a long long time ago, isn't that the beginning of a fairytale? fairies died with the numbers too, Darn! I wish the zero was never created, But it was, Wish we could go back in time, I ushered, to kill off all the numbers, But wasn't time numbered too? No, time was a construct, relative in every way, I know I would have argued But time wasn't math, And math wasn't bad, Unless it was news, Because then, It was of no use.

Yami (V1)
The Light had always been around her, the Darkness.
Though she could never bask in its radiance,
Never stand beneath it without being pushed away,
She adored the Light.
The Light, unlike her seemed to adore everything.
The Light had once sprawled across the vast space
Not sparing anything from it luminance.
Except the darkness
The Darkness noticed to its dismay
The light started breaking apart
And soon a few fragments were all that were left.
The darkness surrounded these flickering beacons in a vain attempt to protect It.
A day came when the last sparkle vanished,
The Darkness howled in fury, in pain
In its wrath the Darkness destroyed everything
Until the Darkness stood alone amidst the carnage it had unleashed.
The Darkness searched for the Light
The Darkness searched for it among the fallen Gods,
Among the razed corpses of the demons that once challenged them.
The light was not found.
The Darkness attacked itself
And from its wounds the Light seeped through.
The Darkness continued its mutilation
Until there was nothing to stop the Light
The Light looked around it,
Wondering who had unceremoniously dragged it from the Darkness’ embrace
The light found no culprit around it,
The light was alone and its friend gone.
The Light searched for the Darkness
The Light searched for it among the fallen Gods,
Among the razed corpses of the demons that once challenged them.
The Darkness was not found.

Error 404
You know,
when people say
they miss you
or they can’t wait to see you,
it sometimes mean
they’re counting on that meeting.
Maybe they live
one day
after another
just to get to the point
of seeing you again.
So when that day
is getting too far
because life
is in the way
or just some bad
timetables,
people will get nervous.
Living becomes a routine
without somewhere to go.
Because,
when you really miss someone,
you’re counting on them.

I open up to easy sometimes get real excited that someone finally thinks I'm worth it then I start to read out what i think can seem confusing Shape and mold me into what you can see being yours You say you got your eyes in me but my body wants a lot more What about my mind? Shhh we don't have to listen to that just yet Let's wait in till my heart is splatter across my best friends bathroom floor tears surrounding what you said could be yours This is just my imagination running wild But why is it that when ever I set it free it runs in this direction Me alone and open and exposed to history repeating itself Because his story His image His touch His look Is enough for me to want to ignore the past and Trust In what seems like the only one ill ever have I wanted this to be a poem about a strong girl who could handle it But it's late And I'm sorounded by beautiful people and could never feel more alone And I'm vulnerable So when you look inside This is what you'll find.
