Hey, this is the anon that had a queerplatonic crush on their and their partner's best friend and was having trouble addressing the topic. Firstly, I brought it up to my partner in a very, very long talk where I basically explained all the ways that I personally experience love as an arospec person, as well as the nuances where romantic love in our relationship comes into play. Then, I also explained a lot of what I would personally define a queerplatonic relationship as, and we discussed our boundaries and preferences too, and then I told them about it being our mutual best friend and they reacted so positively aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I later brought up the topic with our best friend by asking them how comortable they were with having multiple qpps and they were down for it, and then they talked it out with their own partner and mine, and uh-
I guess I'm still super flustered over everything and my brain kind of hurts right now because my stomach has been running inside of me everywhere!!!! So, so many emotions!!! I also kind of cried too- But yeah, I guess they're my qpp now, and I'm so happy because I love both of my partners a bunch. How on earth did I get lucky enough to meet not one but two of the most amazing humans ever and have them become such important parts of my life?? Also, my qpp's partner is also just really sweet and amazing too. The people in my life are so awesome, I am going to cry.
Awww this is too sweet!! I'm so happy for you anon!! Thanks so much for the update, I'm so glad everything worked out đâ€ïž
#and im sorry it took me so long to find this in my inbox!#update#polyam#polyamorous#lgbtq#poly#polycule#queerplatonic

OK random thought bc it's late for me and my brain finally activated so like Madoka Ilya and Homura Alphinaud bc he'd travel back in time attempting to save her from such a cruel fate only to doom himself and her over in the process; becoming the devil in the rebellion movie just because he's selfish enough to allow himself to love her and give in to the desire to do so. It's like the reversed time travel AU in a way like that ooo
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YOUâRE RIGHT ITâS THE REVERSE OF WHAT HAPPENS IN MY TIME TRAVEL AU BUT OHHHHHHHHH MY GOD WHAT A CONCEPT!!!! I LOVE MADOKA MAGICA SO MUCH
So firstly i should point out I guess that my favorite character is Homura so in the past Iâve usually associated illya with being put into Homuraâs role / cosplaying as her etc. But I think me, you and everyone knows that if anyone, Illya probably fits Madoka a whole lot more in terms of personality, role and her aesthetic signsoignmssg.Â
Alphinaud isnât nearly as jaded as Homura so Iâm wondering to what extent Alphinaud would have to be pushed it on to do the things that Homura did in order to keep Madoka safe.. But heâd DEFINITELY turn back time in order to save her, without a question. And when he finds out that his act of turning back time again and again for Illyaâs sake was the cause of her becoming so powerful, itâd just break him up inside. Thatâs the kind of naivety and punishment for his recklessness that fits Alphinaud perfectly.Â
I think time travel.. especially living out a time loop reportedly over 100 times would drive anyone a little nuts after a while.. So I can see Alphinaud getting desperate enough to save her in the only way he knew how, knowing Illya would be too softhearted to state her true feelings because she feels like she has to carry everyone elseâs burden.
I live for AUs and.. I already have like 100 so whatâs the harm in having more right? Thank you for much for this kfmdlkfmfdg

Welcome to Paris, Fur-ance Ch 4:Â Language Barriers, Friendship, and... Akumas!?
Firstly, I would like to apologize for the late upload on this chapter. Thanksgiving distracted me. So this chapter, and the next will be up sometime today! Please enjoy.
Ladybug swung overhead as she scanned the streets, growling in frustration as she still couldnât find the tanuki from earlier. âWhere did she go? She couldnât have gotten that far, right?â Sighing, she landed on a roof and pulled up her communicator. She immediately called Chat and tapped her foot as it rang.
âCat got your tongue? Leave a message!â Ladybug let out a frustrated groan until her communicator went off, showing a call from Chat. With a sigh of relief, she flipped open the bug-phone and saw Chat smiling at her. âEvening, My Lady. Sorry for not answering right away. Baton was stuck.â
âThatâs alright, Chatâ Sighing, she rubbed her head and frowned. âI havenât been able to find the girl from earlier or see the Akuma running around. We may need to head home and wait until they show themselves again.â
âThat... might cause some problems. I did find someone over here, but they were not a tanuki.â Â Wincing, Chat grimaced as the background shifted.
The change wasnât unnoticed by his partner. âLooks like he was lying down for a moment. I wonder why?â Ladybug furrowed her brow, concern flashing in her eyes. âWhat do you mean?â
Chat popped his back and rolled his neck. âThere was a werewolf just standing on top of the Eiffel Tower. I did try to confront him, but he knocked me down without even trying!â He got a pop out of his shoulder and sighed before glancing at his ring. âWhatâs weird is that even though he could have easily done it, he didnât even ask for the Miraculous.â
âHe didnât?â Ladybug blinked in surprise, a hand subconsciously moving towards her earrings before she stopped herself. Putting a hand on her chin in thought, she let out a small hum. âThen again, the tanuki didnât either. Though she also couldnât speak French, which could be part of it as well.â
Chat shook his head with a small frown. âWell, this guy could. The moment I even mentioned the tanuki, he got really aggressive, demanding to know where she was.â
Ladybug nodded a bit as she looked back to Chat. âItâs likely they know each other then. I canât say what kind of relationship they have, though. Either way, thereâs no way a werewolf or a tanuki girl could stay hidden in Paris for long. Weâll just have to be patient and wait to see if they show up anywhere.â
Chat gave a quick nod along with his two-finger salute. âIf thatâs the case, Iâm going to go and see if I canât find a way to explain away the sprain. Take care, My Lady!â
âYou too, and good luck, Chat.â Closing the communicator, Ladybug looked around to make sure she was still alone before dropping her transformation with a long, drawn-out sigh. As Marinette slumped against the brick wall of the building, Tikki flew up to her face. âToday just keeps getting better and better.â
The kwami gave her a worried smile as she nuzzled into Marinetteâs cheek. âItâs alright, Marinette. Whatever is going on, Iâm sure youâll figure it out.â
Looking up at the sky overhead, Marinette felt her worries start to build. âI hope so, Tikki.â Closing her eyes in thought, Marinette walked out of the alley and turned to head back to school, knowing they would be freaking out over her sudden disappearance.
Only to walk straight into someone running down the street. The two fell backward from the impact, and Marinette winced as her tailbone hit the concrete. Marinette groaned as she sat back up, rubbing her backside. She gasped for a moment and looked inside her purse, checking to find Tikki hiding and giving her a small nod. She sighed as whoever sheâd run into scrambled back to their feet and offered a hand. âG-Gomenânasai! Anata ni aimasendeshita.â
Marinetteâs eyes widened as she froze for a moment. âWait a second! Thatâ s-!â Looking up in surprise, she found herself staring at a girl with an asymmetrical bob cut. Moreover, she had the exact outfit the tanuki from earlier was wearing. The two just stared at each other before Marinetteâs brain finally sent something to her mouth. âUh...â
Not the most elegant response, but it was very Marinette.
The girl blinked a bit before she facepalmed and grumbled under her breath. âÄ matte, Anata wa osoraku nihongo ga hanasemasen.â
Still, sitting on her butt, Marinetteâs mind was racing. âThis girl has to be the tanuki from earlier, Iâm sure of it!â Her face contorted a bit in thought as she eyed the lack of brown fur on the girlâs limbs. âSo why does she look like an average person now? Were the amokâs effects temporary?â
If any more things went and threw a wrench in Marinetteâs train of thought, she was sure the whole thing would derail and combust.
âKagemori Michiru!â
Jumping a bit and looking back to the girlâs face, Marinette realized she was acting like a weirdo again. âHuh?â
The girl just smiled as she pulled Marinette to her feet before putting a hand on her chest. âKagemori Michiru!â Â
Marinette just stared at her in confusion before realization struck her. âOh!â Offering a hand, she couldnât help but blush in embarrassment. âMarinette Dupain-Cheng.â
After a quick handshake, Michiru rubbed her chin in thought. âMari, netto?â Michiru mulled over the name for a moment, before her eyes snapped open and she gasped. âÄ! Wasureta!â Quickly darting around Marinette, she ran off down the street while waving behind her. âSayĆnara, Mari netto! Hajimemashite!â
âWait! I-!â Marinette cried out, but the girl was gone from sight before she could take a step. Sighing, she put a hand to her head and started back towards the school. âMaybe I should ask Kagami for help on this one.â Marinette immediately shook her head at the thought and frowned. âNo, bad Marinette! Donât assume your Japanese friend speaks Japanese. Thatâs rude.â Still, she looked over her shoulder at where the girl had run off and hummed. âKagemori Michiru, huh? At least I have a name for her now.â âThe language barrier here is starting to get in the way, though. I should figure out a way around that for the next time we meet.'
________________________________________________________________
âNazuna!â Michiru jogged down the road looking around as she put her hands to her mouth. âNazuna!â Going around a corner, Michiru grumbled. 'Where is she? Paris canât be that big... Can it?â
Before she could ponder that thought any farther, however, someone stepped out of an alley, and Michiru ended up running into them. She fell back with a squawk and rubbed her backside before looking up and seeing a girl with pigtails doing the same. The girl let out a small gasp as she checked her purse, and Michiru hastily stood up, offering a hand. âSorry! I didnât see you.â
The girl seemed to freeze before she turned to look at Michiru. They both stared at each other before she finally said something. âEuh?â
Michiru just blinked a few times before she facepalmed. âOh wait, you probably canât speak Japanese.â âSeriously Michiru, good going. You forgot the French speak French.â
Looking back down at whoever this girl was, Michiru could see that they seemed lost in their thoughts, and were looking at her in surprise. âIs my fashion sense that bad? No. theyâre probably supposed to be in school or something... wow, how long has it been since Iâve taken any classes? I should probably do that once weâre back in Anima City.'
Clearing her throat, Michiru put a thumb to her chest and smirked. âKagemori Michiru!â
The girl jolted and looked at her in surprise. âHein?â
Going to assume that was a huh and move from there. Fighting back a chuckle, Michiru pulled her to her feet and put a hand on her chest. âKagemori, Michiru!â
There was a moment of staring before the message registered with the girl. âOh!â A blush rushed across the girlâs face as she offered a hand. âMarinette Dupain-Cheng.â
The handshake wasnât very long, and Michiru found herself mulling over the name. âMari, nette?â âKinda like Marie, but I donât see this girl hustling me any time soon.â Closing her eyes, Michiru let her thoughts wander. âMaybe I should ask Nazuna about it?â Â
Nazuna...
...
...
âOH CRAP I FORGOT ABOUT NAZUNA!â
Her eyes snapped open, and Michiru gasped. âAH! I forgot!â Bolting past Marinette, Michiru waved behind her. âGoodbye, Marinette! Nice to meet you!â
The girl said something, but Michiru had already turned the corner and was charging down another street. She stopped next to a light pole and hummed, looking around. âNow, where the heck is Nazun-â An explosion ripped through the city, itâs shockwave sending Michiru flying through the air and flailing her non-flying human arms. âAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!?â
The poor girl landed straight into a garbage can, with only her legs sticking out. With a minute of struggling, she pulled herself out and looked around with a twitching eye. âWhat is wrong with this place? First crazy people in spandex, now random explosions? I thought this was the city of love!â
Another boom behind her sent a wave of dust past her, and she hesitantly turned around.
She wished she hadnât.
This... wasnât like the other guy in the Nirvasyl Syndrome suit. This person couldnât be more than sixteen years old, but their skin had turned a strange shade of blue. They were wearing a billowing cloak only a few shades lighter than their skin, and it covered their whole body except for their arms. On their eyes, were a pair of goggles that kept dilating randomly as they looked around.
âI have so many questions.â
âWait a second.â Michiru paused as she hid behind the garbage can sheâd been stuck in. âIsnât Marinette the girl I just met? Could this guy be after her!? Peeking around the can to see if the weird person was looking at her, she quickly bolted for an alleyway. I gotta find her and warn her!â
Before Michiru could get to the alley, a blue ball shot past her and landed on the wall of one of the buildings, before blowing up and filling the gap with... safety foam!? âWah!â Michiru ran smack into the blue foam, bouncing off and onto her back. âWHAT IS WRONG WITH PARIS!?â
The person was stalking towards her and was waving a finger at her. âVous ... vous ressemblez Ă ce truc qui s'est prĂ©sentĂ© Ă l'Ă©cole.â
Michiru sat up as she turned around, scooting back as much as she could, and raised both hands with an uneasy smile. âUm...I donât speak French?â
Whipping their arm to the side, Michiru got a good look at the attire that the person was hiding under their cloak. A skin-tight suit was lined with several more of the blue spheres, and on their hip was what looked like a launcher for them. âVous ĂȘtes donc cette chose dâavant!â
Fear paralyzed Michiru as she stared down the end of the launcher now pointed at her face. This was it. This was how she was going to die. Not in some lovely, peaceful cottage in the countryside. Not on some crazy mission with Shirou. No, she was going to be suffocated by safety foam in Paris, France, by a crazy person.
Until she heard someone shouting. âMICHIRU!â
Before the person, whoever they were, could look to see who had shouted, a large, pink, and fuzzy Gorilla-fist slammed into them, sending the assailant flying into a building down the road.
Panting heavily, Nazuna shifted her arms back down to normal before rushing over to Michiru and grabbing her by the head. âAre you alright?â
Michiru stared at her for a moment before tearing up and latching onto her friend with a bone-crushing hug. âNazuna! Iâm so happy youâre okay!â
Nazuna returned the hug with a laugh. âIâm glad youâre okay too.â
Thatâs when another girl ran up to the duo and looked apprehensive at the rubble in the distance. âWe need to go.â She pulled Michiru up to her feet and flinched when the building she sent the person flying into exploded.
The blue person stepped free from the rubble, goggles broken and a red eye glaring at the trio. âVous ĂȘtes plus nombreux!?â The person growled before raising their launcher again. âPeu importe. Il faudra plus que quelques gamins pour m'empĂȘcher de retrouver Marinette!â
The new girlâs eyes widened as the three of them started running. A few quick turns down some alleyways, and the three were panting as they hid in the shadows. All the while, the screaming of the person could be heard from a ways off.
Michiru took a moment as one to sigh as she slumped against the building. âThat was close.â
Nazuna nodded as she rested her hands on her knees. âYeah.â Getting up, she let out a long breath before smiling. âBut Iâm just glad we found you.â
The new girl nodded as she had a small smile, though it looked a bit strained. âIâm happy to have been of assistance in finding your friend.â
âSpeaking of!â Michiru stood up and narrowed her eyes, circling the new girl. âWho are you? Last time Nazuna tried to make friends on her own, she started a cult.â
The girl raised an eyebrow at Nazuna, tilting her head. âA cult?â
âH-HEY!â Nazuna blushed straight through her fur and punched Michiru in the arm. âI was desperate, and Boris tricked me!â
Laughing a bit, the girl drew their attention, and her smile was a little more genuine. âI see.â Turning to Michiru, the girl bowed slightly. âI am Tsurugi Kagami. It is a pleasure to meet you, Kagemori-san. Nazuna told me some stories about you as we looked for your whereabouts.â Kagami looked at her with a raised eyebrow before smirking a bit. âThough, she also said you would likely be furrier when we found you.â
âWha-?â Michiru let out an offended gasp and put a hand to her chest. âYou thought I would be so irresponsible as to run around with my tail out?â With a turn of her head, she pointedly stared at the edge of the roof and away from Nazuna. âThis isnât Anima City. Iâm reasonable enough not to do anything silly.â
Nazuna just raised an eyebrow as she shifted back to human form. âReally?â
Blushing, Michiru pouted. âIt was one time, and it was to keep Nina from drowning!â
âNot to change the subject,â Kagami interrupted with a frown, âbut what the Akuma said earlier has me worried.â Michiru tilted her head in confusion, and Kagami pointed over her shoulder. âThe person from earlier. Iâll explain in more detail later, but it sounded like they were after Marinette.â
Michiru paused before raising both hands to the side of her head and mimicking a grabbing motion. âBlack hair, pigtails, and really blue eyes?â
Kagami looked surprised before nodding. âHow did you know?â
Michiru smiled as she dropped her arms and grinned. âI ran into her accidentally earlier.â Rubbing the back of her head, she let out an embarrassed chuckle. âThough uh... Iâm pretty sure she couldnât understand a word I said.â
Nazuna rolled her eyes and sighed. âWeâre in Paris, Michiru. Does it really surprise you that she didnât?â
Kagami had worry and fear dancing in her eyes. âWas she alright?â
âI mean, I did accidentally run into her, but other than that, she seemed okay.â Michiru shrugged before frowning in thought. âThough, shouldnât both of you be in school or something? Thereâs no way she was older than me.â
âI was given the day off, at the request of my mother,â Kagami stated before looking thoughtful. âHowever, Marinette most definitely should be in classes. If you ran into her here, that is unusual for her.â
Michiru blushed a bit and twiddled her fingers. âIf uh, hypothetically, someone unusual were to show up in the middle of the courtyard, would that make her run and hide?â
Kagami frowned. âI take it that is where you first arrived?â
At Michiruâs nod, Nazuna sighed. âMichiru, what did you do?â
âAll I did was wake up!â Michiru threw her arms up and pouted. âItâs not my fault that weird guy in a catsuit called me a demon!â
âCatsuit?â Kagami grimaced and shook her head. âIf Chat Noir was there, then it is likely that they all think you were an Akuma. That, and when an Akuma shows up, Marinette is usually the first to run and hide, and she likely fled the school entirely.â
Nazuna hummed a bit as she looked up in thought. âIf thatâs the case, then could the Akuma be someone who was concerned for her?â
Michiru winced a bit as another shout came from the distance. âI donât think that concern is the right word.â
________________________________________________________________
Marinette had been running down the streets back towards the school when her phone went off. She didnât stop running as she pulled it out, but soon stopped and stared in shock at the Akuma Alert on her phone. âBut... but we havenât even caught the last Akuma yet! Is Hawkmoth really strong enough to send out a second already?â
Tikki nudged her chosen one from her place in Marinetteâs purse and shook her head. âI think itâs more likely that he recalled the last one to throw us off, but either way, we should hurry! The longer we wait, the more damage the Akuma will cause.â
âRight.â Taking a turn into an alley, Marinette made sure nobody was watching before she sighed. âTikki? Spots on!â
Ladybug opened the Akuma App again on her communicator and hummed. âLetâs see what weâre dealing with.â A surprising amount of information was already being shared regarding the Akuma. The information which Ladybug took as a blessing in disguise. âLooks like there were enough people around when the Akuma took control to know why they were targeted.â
âAkuma Name: Friend Finder. Wow Hawkmoth, so original. Goal: Searching for-â She paled and did a double-take, âMarinette Dupain-Cheng!?â âWhy would they be looking for me!?â Scrolling down, she frowned. âAlright... concerned in regards to where she keeps disappearing during attacks. Understandable, Iâll admit.â âIt doesnât help that I canât tell anyone about this.â She closed the communicator and sighed. âKinda wishing I hadnât convinced Alya and Max to remove the name of the person afflicted. Iâd have an idea of who Iâm saving, but even thatâs not worth exposing someoneâs private problems like that.â
Zipping to the roofs and over Paris, Ladybug searched for signs of the Akuma. However, she had that niggling feeling of dread poking at the back of her mind again. âSomething just isnât right here. But what?â
A moment later, she was almost knocked out of the air by a tan blur. A quick toss of her yo-yo helped her flip to a landing on the street, rolling for a moment before launching herself back into the air. Looking to where the blur had been headed, she was met face to face with a blue wolf.
Who was about to tackle her back out of the air.
Seeing no way to dodge, she braced herself for the impact, and the two landed on the rooftop of a nearby building. Ladybug herself was surprised to find that she wasnât being pinned to the roof, and instead held like a sack of potatoes under the wolfâs arm.
Wait... arm? Wolf?
Ladybugâs surprise was cut short when she was unceremoniously dropped onto the roof with a small âoomphâ as a result. The wolf then waited for her to stand up before crossing his arms. âI have some questions for you, and Iâm not leaving without answers.â
Ladybug groaned internally as she straightened up. âAt least this one speaks French.â
