im suffering some godawful ssri withdrawal rn cuz i didnt get my meds refilled on time AND my insurance is a cunt who really super fucking hates when i go ANYWHERE that isnt their weeks long processing site so now i have to wait for my doc to adjust shit. so like im trying to go online to look up ways to alleviate the symptoms and what do you know the internet is so useful. haha

#“taper your meds” i have none with which to taper. try again #“keep a mood journal” for what? nausea? brain zaps? i need a concrete thing. try again #first thing i searched up being are nausea meds good for med withdrawal got me the fucking suicide hotline number #SHUT THE FUCK UPPPPPP IM FINE IM JUST PHYSICALLY SUFFERING #effexor is a beast it works wonders but its so fucking violent and IMMEDIATE with its withdrawal #keeps me very on top of my meds but at a severe cost #youd think id get better at getting my meds refilled. you would be wrong #begged my roommate to pick up some nausea meds for me and im gonna just lay here #i at least managed to avoid night sweats by um. not sleeping. not ideal clearly #i will say the moodiness of going off med is starting to settle in. hope everyone explodes #and on salvadors bday no less. god hates me #skeletal chatter #im fine btw im just extremely overdramatic when im sick
