This borders on too nice, since seriously, it's like 5 years too late and Lowe is the biggest problem there. All I can do now is have faith in my Craiggy. 

That's not nice. Kevin Lowe getting ALL UPPITY. Some questions at the press conference got him all fired up and I lolled. 

Jonathan Willis had a great post about this on Oilers Nation. Lowe seems to think we have two different kinds of fans...i.e. those who have season tickets and the rest of us useless pleebs:

"We have two types of fans: we have paying customers and we have people that watch the game that we still care about but certainly the people that go to the games and support we spend a lot of time talking to them, delivering our message."

He then went on to point on that there's only one person left currently in the NHL who has won more cups than he did. But none were as a manager. 

As a burgeoning public relations professional or really, as a burgeoning human being, it's clear to me that Lowe made multiple missteps yesterday in the press conference. He also read his entire statement and barely looked up while MacT spoke from his heart. Or soul. Or whatever, at least he didn't read. 

Too little too late? ONLY TIME WILL TELL.
