[9.] What is your MC’s favorite fictional television/film character?

Hm.. that's hard. I haven't thought about this. Admittedly, Seojung is pretty much me in a different font, so I would say at the moment his (& my) favorite character is Helen Tudor-Fisk, the main character of the amazing, award-winning Australian comedy FISK. I adore the actor, Kitty Flanagan, who plays Helen. She's such a delight. Evidence:

[26.] Do they believe in the concept of soulmates?

Not in the Theosophical way, but he does think that there is someone he will grow old with, have a very close and intimate relationship with. He hates the idea of "missing a piece" that is fulfilled by another person. We are all our own, fully developed persons without anyone. Like a sock! It's nice to have a companion and be a pair, but one sock can function completely fine on its own as well.

None of the O’Donnell quadruplets play any instruments. However, Ryan, Cara, and Sara are all part of the frog choir. At point, Ryan had been learning how to play the fiddle from his grandfather, but he never learned anything beyond one Irish folk song.

[23.] What is their idea of a perfect Friday night?

Ryan’s perfect Friday night is spending time with his friends and siblings, not worrying about the Cursed Vaults or any other problems. He doesn’t really care what they do as long as it’s not related to the Cursed Vaults or schoolwork.

Cara’s perfect Friday night is spending time drawing or painting. She likes doing it around people, especially around her friends and siblings. She likes to use them as models for her portraits.

Sara’s perfect Friday night is spent with Barnaby. She doesn’t really care if they’re with her siblings or their other friends or if they’re alone. She doesn’t really care what they’re doing. She just enjoys spending time with him.

Conor’s perfect Friday night is spending time alone. He doesn’t care if he spends an hour or two with his friends and siblings, but he’d prefer having time alone. He doesn’t have an exact plan in mind, just having some time to himself to read, build a card house, sketch a building plan or work on some of his muggle classes in order to be able to study architecture.

[10.] When is your MC’s birthday?

Seojung’s birthday is 10 October 1972. I originally had his birthday in the summer, because I have a summer birthday as well, but as I wrote a fic in which Penny surprises him with a birthday party, I realized his birthday would need to be during the school year for it to work. The date is pretty random, but the fact that I made him younger than most of his class is intentional.

His favorite part of the castle is the Hufflepuff Common Room. It’s warm and cozy, perfect for his lowkey soul. He’s not very into very public social spaces, but loves to hang out with his gang, who are either fellow Huffs or honorary Huffs. Added bonus: next to the kitchen.

Hiya! I'm going to assume you mean my ask list that i just posted, because you didn't specify... I have reblogged a bunch of other lists, but they're buried under some other stuff. You can ask about those lists as well, of course!

[1.] What is your MC’s full name? What do they mean, and why were they chosen?

My MC's name is Seojung Lee. "Seo" is Sino-Korean, basically meaning a good omen, auspicious, lucky. "Jung", also spelled "Jeong", is Sino-Korean and means either quiet & gentle or loyal & virtuous (depending on which Chinese character you go by). This name was chosen because it fits his personality as a Hufflepuff and a controversial sibling of Jacob. Koreans don't do middle names, so he doesn't have one.

[25.] Do they believe in love at first sight?

No, he doesn't. Seojung needs to get to know someone as a friend before he can have any romantic feelings. Frankly, he thinks "love at first sight" is a stupid notion.
