Finn and Bayley Week 2022: Jan 31 - Feb. 6 | Please take a look at the posting guidelines before participating!

Day 1: Protective | Both of these individuals have high tendency to be extremely protective of their friends and family, and maybe of each other. I mean, did you see how fast Finn’s head popped up when Lio Rush tripped Bayley during MMC?

Day 2: Injury | They’re wrestlers and injury is inevitable. Not to mention, everything started with an injury as well: Finn was injured so Bayley cheered him up by doing his entrance. There’s also already a lot of pre-built tension you can explore, from Finn’s Summerslam injury, to Bayley being out of action presently.

Day 3: Touching | Sometimes, the most subtlest of moments, a simple brush of hands, or whisper in the ear can mean so much more than meets the eye. And it’s especially telling for two people as touchy-feely as these two with each other. And also, hugs.

Day 4: Chivalry | Because Finn is a gentleman who waits for her so they can do his entrance together, and helps her get down the ropes when she’s struggling to, and really if may I have this dance doesn’t say chivalry, then what does?

Day 5: Unrequited | This is especially for the Baylor shippers out there. We do love to hurt ourselves with those what ifs, what could’ve beens, what should’ve beens, and maybes.

Day 6: Demons | Finn is the Demon King. Need I say more?

Day 7: Free for All | Your theme, your choice. Go ham.

Welcome to Finn and Bayley Week!

A little unorthodox, but just go with it. If you’re like me and you love Finn Bálor and Bayley, whether that’s as friends, a couple, or individually, but there isn’t just enough content out there to truly satiate your needs, then look no further than here!

Finn and Bayley Week is going to be an annual celebration of the former NXT Champion and NXT Women’s Champion. It’ll occur every Monday to Sunday of the week of Feb. 6. If you don’t know the significance of the date, that’s when Bayley first did Finn’s entrance.

Every year is filled with prompts to help inspire you in making the best content out there for two of your favorite wrestlers. And they are as expansive as they are specific. Finn and Bayley week takes place right here, on Tumblr, and others such as AO3, Wattpad, Twitter and Instagram, and it’s all-encompassing of every type of media, from fanfictions, fanart, and even tribute videos.

Posting Guidelines:

You can post anything and in any of the sites listed up above. Any fan-created content is welcome, such as art, writing, aesthetics, edits, fanmixes and gif sets. There’s endless possibilities for what you can post, as long as it adheres to the theme outlined and contains either Finn and Bayley together, or individually. It’s not just a celebration of them as a pair specifically, but just of them as well.

Everyone is open to participate! No need to sign-up or inquire to take part, you’re more than welcome to contribute a piece each day, or for the entire event.

Make sure to tag your work as #finnbayleyweek, and #finnbayleyweekinsertyear on Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter and Wattpad so we can see your post and others can browse through the tags and also indulge in your contribution. This blog and other social media accounts linked to it will be posting the content you’ve created as well.

AO3 will have its own collection, specifically for Finn and Bayley Week; same goes for Wattpad, there will be a reading list available with exclusively Finn and Bayley Week content. Links to all of these will be available a week before the event begins.

Themes are extremely flexible. If the theme is, say for example ��Family”, you can go to town with how you interpret it. You can draw Finn and Bayley as a family, you can write about meeting each other’s in-laws, or even post photosets of Finn or Bayley and their family, separate from each other. Themes are basically just there to help spark some inspiration for whatever content you wish to create.

To respect the personal lives of Finn and Bayley, please refrain from including real-life names of their significant others. In general, we’d like you to focus on just using Finn and Bayley, but if you do want to refer to them by their real names, just please make sure to be respectful when doing so. That means no bashing people using their real names, and especially don’t use the real names of non-public figures, like their family and friends.
