They’re Going to Try to Kill Trump Again
Tumblr media
Have you ever seen a presidential election turn as dark as this one has, courtesy of Kamala Harris and the Democrat Party?
Yes, we've lived through the complicit media taking so-called "October surprises" – which are always aimed at Republicans – as proven fact and exploiting them grotesquely in order to get Democrats across the finish line. Remember the Steele Dossier?
In 2024, however, it looks like Democrats are taking things to such an unprecedented level that it's not at all crazy to draw this conclusion: They need him dead.
This is the party of Hillary Clinton, after all.
It's clear to even the most casual political observer that Kamala is a terrible candidate who is in way over her head. On any given day, many of us are left wondering if her campaign staff actually want her to lose, so bad is the advice she seems to be getting from them. She's embarrassingly bad on the campaign trail, and there are murmurings that she regularly unloads on her team for not preparing her better. Unfortunately for Kamala, there's no amount of preparation that will make her a better candidate. She's just that bad.
Now, here we are, less than two weeks out from the election, and things have gotten so bad for Kamala Harris that there is an obvious effort afoot to take out Donald Trump by any means necessary. Since she couldn't do it through talent or charisma, she'll have to do it another way.
The two assassination attempts, so far, against Trump are proof that Democrats have been successfully telegraphing to their foot soldiers that the "orange man" isn't just bad, he's a "threat to democracy." She's been beating that drum for a while.
Most sane people just blow off that kind of rhetoric as political posturing, but the Democrat Party isn't exactly teeming with sane people these days. They cater to society's most unhinged elements, then throw the red meat of "threat to democracy" and "literally Hitler" to them. And then they sit back and watch what happens; that slanted roof in Butler, Pennsylvania, and the sniper's nest in West Palm Beach, Florida, is what happens when Democrats eat the red meat thrown to them by their overlords.
But, neither of Trump's would-be assassins was successful, much to the chagrin of the left. That brings us to today, where we find the latest dog whistles from Democrats to their brownshirt underlings: an entirely fabricated article in The Atlantic and Kamala Harris's highly inflammatory words.
If you need to come up to speed on The Atlantic article, RedState's Neil W. McCabe has done an excellent job of covering the story and all of the developments related to it. The gist of it is that The Atlantic activist/editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, penned an article entitled: “Trump: ‘I Need the Kind of Generals That Hitler Had,'" and relied on the recollections of those oh-so-reliable "unnamed sources" to paint an altogether false narrative that Donald Trump disdains the U.S. military and is obsessed with fascist dictators.
To prove this, Goldberg falsified a story about Trump refusing to pay the funeral expenses of Army soldier Vanessa Guillen, who was brutally murdered in 2020.
The best part is that numerous named sources, including Vanessa Guillen's sister and Trump's former chief of staff Mark Meadows, went on record and denied everything that Goldberg shamefully and dishonestly claimed happened. It's your standard leftist dreck, but the goal is pretty clear: convince certain people that Donald Trump is an existential threat to the United States, and if Kamala Harris doesn't have the chops to beat him fairly at the ballot box, and she doesn't, then something needs to be done to make sure he doesn't make it to Election Day.
Because she is just that desperate, Kamala Harris came along and threw gas on the ignominious flames ignited by Goldberg and, as RedState's Jennifer Van Laar reported, clownishly proclaimed Wednesday:
"Yesterday we learned that Donald Trump's former chief of staff, John Kelly, a retired four-star general, confirmed that while Donald Trump was president he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had. Donald Trump said that because he does not want a military that is loyal to the U.S. Constitution; he wants a military that is loyal to him. He wants a military who will be loyal to him personally, one that will obey his orders even when he tells them to break the law or abandon their oath to the Constitution of the United States."
The subtext isn't hard for us sane people to grasp, namely that Kamala is sinking fast and isn't capable of stopping it, but her words aren't meant for us; her words are meant for her unhinged base in the hopes that they'll see the words "Trump" and "Hitler" and take action. All of this despite the fact that Donald Trump was president for four years and nary a Nazi-like tactic was deployed during all of that time.
The Atlantic article and Kamala's "literally Hitler" rhetoric are trial balloons being floated for the next few days to see just how much outrage they can gin up ahead of her "closing argument" scheduled for next Tuesday. Kamala will reportedly make her last-ditch appeal to voters from the National Mall near the White House, and you can bet she, her advisors, and the Democrat Party elite are salivating over the idea that this fallacious line of attack will finally be Donald Trump's undoing, whether literally or figuratively.
Expect her speech next week to be filled with violent histrionics about Donald Trump being a "threat to democracy" because that's all she's got. Unless, of course, one of her followers decides to take matters into their own hands, as we've seen twice over the last few months.
Let's be honest here: Kamala would rather not have to do the hard work of being a good candidate who wins the election on her merits, and she doesn't have the time or ability to pull off that feat, anyway. Someone else is going to have to save her at this point, and that's what this most recent news cycle is all about.
This is way beyond politics as usual. It is dark, it is sinister. It's what happens when Democrats are on the ropes and seeing power slip from their grasp. The last week of the election is going to be brutal, friends, so buckle up. And let's pray that Donald Trump has the security around him that he needs, particularly in the wake of the left's not-so-subtle calls to violence.

12/28/2022: Dazzling December
Tumblr media
Cornel West once said, “You can’t move forward until you look back.” so I want to dedicate this space to the year that has gone by.
I want to take this moment to stop and reflect on the year that has gone by, to remember both our triumphs and our missteps, our promises made and broken, the times we opened ourselves up to great adventures or closed ourselves down for fear of getting hurt, because that’s what new year’s all about, getting another chance, a chance to forgive. To do better, to do more, to give more, to love more, and to stop worrying about what if and start embracing what will be. Let’s remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other, and not just tonight but all year long.

PLEASE SHARE THIS AROUND AND PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO! Vanessa Guillen has been missing since April and the family has been searching ever since. A lot of the media won’t cover it because of larger topics like COVID-19 and the protests happening.
She was last seen on April 22 at 1PM of the Regimental Engineer Squadron Headquart by either a person or camera. Her car keys, barrack keys, ID card and wallet was found in the armoury room where she was working that day. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and wasn’t seen with a change of clothes so she may still be wearing that still.
The family’s in distress because they can’t get the news out very well and are in dire need of help. This is her picture.

If you’ve seen or heard her or just anything related to this, we’ve been asked to contact the Army CID Special Agents at 254-495-7767 or the Military Police Desk at (254) 287-4001.
AGAIN, I URGE YOU TO PLEASE SHARE THIS AROUND.

This girl is Vanessa Guillén! Say her name, VANESSA GUILLÉN!
Vanessa Guillén was a victim of sexual assault and sexual harassment by her sergeant! She disappeared on April 22nd, in the city where the Texan Military Base is. The stupid ass people from Fort Hood have lied for the past two months, covering up a freaking screw up! This girl wanted to serve the country she loved, a country who gave her their back when she needed them the most. Most of all the country who took her as a joke, and won’t do anything for what happened to her! Vanessa Guillén didn’t deserve what she got, this girl had a bright future before her!
What happened to VANESSA GUILLÉN happened because of her race! What happened to VANESSA GUILLÉN happened because she was Hispanic, because she wasn’t white in a white supremacist country! LET THAT SINK IN!
People are saying “Oh poor Guillén Family, I can’t imagine what they’re going through”! Yes I can’t imagine what they are going through, because this should never happen to anyone, but the Guillén family is not the only one that’s being affected! It’s the Hispanic community as a whole! This situation just proved to us that we’re not worth much in this country, it showed us that to this country we are a joke, it also showed that we are not valued in this country!
WE NEED JUSTICE FOR VANESSA GUILLÉN! If this happened to Vanessa, it could happen to anyone because this country has gotten sick by the day! This country has gotten terrible with the racism! To everyone in America who protested for Black Life Matters, where the fuck are you when one of my people had this happen to them! North Americans are always saying All Lives Matter, really do they really fucking matter? Vanessa Guillén was murdered, the country freaking failed her by covering up the situation.
I’m officially disappointed and disgusted by the country that I live in! All lives Matter, not going to lie they do, but obviously freaking HISPANIC LIVES DONT MATTER! More people showed up to Black Lives Matter protests than they did for Vanessa Guillén’s protest last Friday! LET THAT SINK IN, more people showed up to BLM protest than they did for Vanessa Guillén’s protest but supposedly ‘everyone’ is done with racism. Since this wasn’t police brutality it’s not important, for crying out loud her freaking SERGEANT raped her and that’s abuse of power!
I feel for her family! I was born and raised a Hispanic/LatinX, and I know that in my culture the children are the most important thing to the parents! The Hispanic parents will do anything to protect their children and keep them safe! When a parent loses a child they will forever live with that pain until they die! I’m saying that because my mom and dad lost my older brother, and they suffer internally but they have go on with life no matter how much they don’t want to. That’s exactly the kind of pain Gloria Guillén is going through with the difference that she will feel a little relieved the moment justice is served!
Rest In Peace nena, justice will be served don’t you worry 💕

From one worried person to others, please spread the word on Vanessa Guillen. She is a 20 year old Latina, Texan, Military soldier that disappeared from a military parking lot on April 22, 2020. Not a week after telling friends and family that she was being sexually harassed. The news is refusing to cover this, the city is denying request into the family’s attempts into finding her such as access to local cameras and searching her phone records. Many local organizations are trying to find out what has happened to this young woman. However, this womans pain and suffering is being ignored and Vanessa deserves to be found and justice brought to her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
She deserves more then to be ignored, kidnapped off of a military base, and then ignored again.
Her story deserves to be told.

Note
Seeing that military discount stuff reminded me when Vanessa Guillen was trending how I oddly enough kept getting customers coming in demanding military discounts. I had gross comments like "maybe this is why they don't want to help and find out what happened with Vanessa" or anything pertaining to her when i would tell them we didn't have one. Oh and just an fyi, I work in the area where that happened. It really disgusted me since I was upset about the Vanessa stuff since alot of co-workers kids went to school with her and parents were upset by it and it felt like customers were taking advantage of it. I'm sorry, the whole thing made me respect the military less than i already did.

Vanessa Guillen
This isn’t going to be one of my usual posts, which are usually strictly factual. I try my best to be unbiased in my write-ups but I have a lot to say about this case and I think it’s important to discuss it.
Tumblr media
For those who don’t know, here’s a brief recap: Vanessa was a 20 year-old soldier and she was stationed at Fort Hood--an Army base in Killeen, Texas. She mysteriously vanished on April 22nd. Just weeks before she disappeared, Vanessa told her family members that she was being sexually harassed by a male sergeant. She also said that other female soldiers had reported the same man for sexual harassment as well, and that their complaints were ignored. Then all of a sudden, Vanessa disappears. Flash forward to two months later, and investigators find her partial remains near the Leon River. She had been brutally murdered, dismembered, and cement was poured on her body in an attempt to hide her.
Aaron Robinson, a male soldier stationed at Fort Hood, was quickly identified as a suspect. When authorities approached him, he shot himself in the head, killing himself. His girlfriend, Cecily Aguilar, was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence in the case---aka, she helped Aaron dispose of Vanessa’s body.
I don’t think anyone is surprised to learn that a man killed Vanessa. We’ve all seen crime statistics, we know that women are more likely to be killed by men than the reverse. But the fact that she was killed on the military base where she worked each day, where she and other women were experiencing sexual harassment...it’s just yet another example of how terribly women in the military are treated.
We’re told to respect the men who fight for our country. We’re told to appreciate them and thank them for their service. But these men have shown time and time again that they do not respect or care for the women who are doing the exact same job. Statistics have shown that throughout a 2 year period, nearly 13,000 women in the military experienced sexual assault while serving. (source)
In addition to facing sexual harassment/assault, women in the military are also often undervalued simply just because they’re women. They often get overlooked for promotions and they are belittled by their male coworkers. Yet you hardly hear of women soldiers assaulting or harassing anyone. There is NOT an ongoing pattern of women harassing and/or assaulting other military members.
Vanessa is just one of thousands of women in the military who have fallen victim to harassment and violence at the hands of a male soldier. I feel that this sort of thing is an ‘open secret’ in the military world and nobody talks about it. I hate that Vanessa had to die a violent death for people to finally speak up about this issue. But let's keep her story out there. Do not let this conversation end.
Her name was Vanessa Guillen. She was violently murdered by a male soldier. She deserves justice.

What We Do in the Shadows: Ranking the Best Vampires
https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
If there’s anything vampires appreciate, it’s a good old-fashioned power struggle.
Living as an undead creature of the night forever can get boring. So to spice things up sometimes you have to argue with your spooky peers as to which vampire reigns supreme. We’ve seen this struggle play out on season 3 of FX’s What We Do in the Shadows.
After the Staten Island vampires’ familiar Guillermo de la Cruz (Harvey Guillen) took out virtually the entire Vampiric Council in season 2, his vampire friends were invited to fill the power vacuum. With Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch) busy trying to find the nature of his energy vampire existence and Laszlo Cravensworth (Matt Berry) busy looking for the filthiest erotica that the Vampiric Council library has to offer, that left Nandor the Relentless (Kayvan Novak) and Nadja Antipaxos (Natasia Demetriou) vying for the very literal vampire throne.
Since Nandor and Nadja split throne-sitting duties for much of the season, it got us wondering: if we could select our favorite vampire from What We Do in the Shadows, who would we pick? So we endeavored to do exactly that.
A carefully curated cadre of Den of Geek contributors put their heads together to rank the best vampires on What We Do in the Shadows from 10 to 1. After threats of violence were resolved and votes were cast, the following list is what we came up with. Bear in mind that this list is primarily focusing on the What We Do in the Shadows TV series, not the movie. Movie characters that appear in the TV series (like Viago and Vladislav the Poker) are eligible for the list but only their TV work can be considered.
First off, the runners-up…
Other vampires receiving votes: Evan (Evan Rachel Wood), Paul (Paul Reubens), Evie Russell (Vanessa Bayer), Jan (Cree Summer), Goëjlrm a.k.a. The Sire, Vladislav the Poker (Jemaine Clement), The Guide (Kristen Schaal), Tilda (Tilda Swinton)
And now the top ten…
10. Viago (Taika Waititi)
Whie Taika Waititi’s Viago is best known for his appearance in the original What We Do in the Shadows film, his brief stint on the TV series shone brightly enough to gain him entry onto our list. Viago and roommates serve as the Staten Island vampire gang’s proper entrance to the Vampiric Council. His deadpan introduction of the increasingly famous other vampires on the council helps make one of What We Do in the Shadows’ best moments work.
9. Simon the Devious (Nick Kroll)
All great vampires need an equally great epithet. Simon, however, is a shitty vampire and therefore gets a shitty epithet. Simon is the leader of the Manhattan vampires and he is, indeed, devious. It’s just that most of his devious plans involve trying to steal Laszlo’s obviously cursed witch hat.
8. The Half-Vampire Wesley (Wesley Snipes)
The Vampiric Council is positively full of vampiric A-listers from Tilda (as in Tilda Swinton), Paul (Paul Reubens), and even an unseen Kiefer. Still, it’s the Half-Vampire Wesley’s appearance via video conferencing that stole our Vampire Selection Committee’s hearts. Wesley’s internet connection is so bad that he barely gets to participate in Vampiric Council business but even getting to see the Daywalker Blade himself is such a treat.
7. Jenna (Beanie Feldstein)
Jenna, a college student LARPer turned vampire by Nadja, hasn’t had a lengthy run thus far on What We Do in the Shadows. After popping up in four episodes of the show’s first season, the young vamp has not been seen nor heard from again. That’s probably because she’s played burgeoning superstar Beanie Feldstein (Lady Bird, Booksmart). And the reason why we haven’t seen that much Jenna of late is also the reason we truly love her: the hilarious Beanie Feldstein is just hard not to appreciate.
6. Baron Afanas (Doug Jones)
There are all sorts of different archetypes when it comes to vampires’ appearances. More often than not you get your traditional handsome aristocrat look like Dracula. Sometimes, however, you get something more bestial akin to Nosferatu. Alongside “The Sire,” Baron Afanas is one of only two vampires on WWDITS old enough to appear as a full-on monster. The reason he works as a character though, is that he’s far more cheerful than his demonic features would suggest. Who could forget the Baron’s exciting night out on the town – getting lit and wearing a New Jersey Devils hat? Though it ended in tragedy, the Baron eventually returned, as all great vampires do.
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
5. Jim the Vampire (Mark Hamill)
Mark Hamill’s Jim the Vampire is the highest ranking vampire on our list outside of the “core four” protagonists. This is an impressive achievement given that Jim appears in only one episode. It helps that that episode, season 2’s “On the Run” is an instant classic though. While we all love Laszlo’s stint as Jackie Daytona, regular human bartender, none of it would work without Jim as a perfectly corny antagonist. Hamill, who is a big fan of the show, gives the role his all to deliver a real delight of a vampire.
4. Nandor the Relentless (Kayvan Novak)
Nandor the Relentless is the de facto leader of his Staten Island vampire clan. As both the oldest and the most…uh, relentless vamp he comes across his leadership capabilities naturally. Unfortunately, those leadership abilities often lead him and his friends quite awry. Kayvan Novak’s performance as Nandor is truly something to behold. No matter how hard you try, you’ll never be able to tonally replicate his accent when saying “Colin Robinson” or “this fuckin’ guy.” He’s one of the best vampires of all time but our voters just happen to like three of his peers a little better.
3. Laszlo Cravensworth (Matt Berry)
Wait a minute. What’s a regular human bartender doing on this list? We kid, we kid. We know that Jackie Daytona is really Laszlo Cravensworth. For one, he doesn’t have a toothpick in his mouth. Matt Berry is one of the most brilliant and deranged comedic minds of his generation. In many ways, Laszlo feels like the natural conclusion to every character Berry has ever played. Laszlo is husky, he’s hirsute, he’s horny, and he’s going to live forever, baby. Now hop in this Model-T and read some vampire erotica with him.
2. Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch)
Colin Robinson isn’t a traditional vampire per se but he is an energy vampire and that counts. This Dilbert looking guy is What We Do in the Shadows’ most welcome and unique entry into the vampire canon. Energy vampires look like your average accountant. One big difference is that their eyes just happen to light up with a bluish hue as they drain the energy from your body with a perfectly curated boring anecdote. Mark Proksch is truly superb as Colin Robinson. So much so that we hope the show is just joshin’ with this whole “energy vampires only live 100 years” thing.
1.Nadja Antipaxos (Natasia Demetriou)
Here she is: the people’s champ! Najda Antipaxos is our favorite vampire on What We Do in the Shadows because she is somehow the most human of the bunch. Jealous, loud, and narcissistic – she has the elements of humanity down better than most people do. Plus, who could forget her turning young Jenna, or her centuries long tryst with Gregor? The real secret to Nadja’s success, however, might just be that there are two of her. Nadja and her doll familiar make for one hell of a vampiric team.
