HORROR RP PARTNER SEARCH

Hi my name is Leviethin or levie for short. I use he/ they pronouns and I am an open and safe space for any trans or poc role players. I’ve been rping for over nine years. I’m a literate to novella style writer. I tend to write over ten or so paragraphs sometimes more depending on the subject.

I write third person past tense. I write for all sorts of fandoms. I do both cannon and oc writing as well. I tend to only write men, though there are times I can be flexible. I usually prefer male x male but that can be flexible as well.

⭐️I am 23 and married so I’m only looking for friends and adults to write with. Please be at least 20 I feel a little off writing with anyone younger. As I tend to write very graphic and at times smut content most of my plots have it in them.⭐️

I have a ache for horror now that the fall season is upon us. I want gore and violence, I’m ready to get into all sorts of spooky things. I’m open to doing doubles, that way we can have any plot or story we want! I’m also okay with doing one on one writing.

⭐️though if we are doing one on one writing I prefer we write our characters as switches. I don’t entirely enjoy only getting to play one dynamic role. It’s flexible if we do doubles so I can be the dominant for you if you’d like and you could be that in return in mine, I’m willing to talk it all out if you have any questions⭐️

I’m not picky about any ideas just yet. But I love the Michael Myers’s and scream (ghostface) type of slasher. The floor is open for all sorts of discussion I’d love to hear any suggestions or ideas. I’m still formulating some myself. I do however want it to be pretty dark and violent. I know that’s not a thing for everyone and that’s okay!

⭐️but now onto my triggers and such, I’m pretty okay with a lot. I enjoy getting to write freely I’m someone who believes it’s a way to work thorough a lot of traumas. So I only have two triggers, nothing with children or animals at all. And no deep descriptions of vomit, it can be mentioned but no super detailed information I have a horrific phobia. But other than that I’m pretty okay with anything. I tend to lean into taboo things I find it fun to write something I don’t entirely understand or experience. Im open to pretty much all kinks and such when it comes around to the smut as well! I’m open to discussing anything you have in mind.⭐️

𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞/𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 (𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬/𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬?). i’ve been writing fanfics since i was a whippersnapper ( around fifteen odd years ) but i’ve been roleplaying for around twelve on tumblr. 

𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝. mainly just tumblr for longer roleplays. i use discord sometimes ( but find it hard to keep track of ) and wire in the past. i like tumblr though for roleplaying, it’s easy and the layout is nice. especially for longer stuff. less pressure than discord, too, i find. 

𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.   the friends we made along the way owo. no, really. i’ve had a lot of nice experiences with making friends online while roleplaying. that’s been really fun. in general, there’s been moments in fandoms and stuff that have just been hilarious. i love the sense of community in some fandoms & the connections you form with people over something as silly as a dumb au or character opinion. those sides of tumblr rp are the best sides. 

𝐫𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐬 / 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬.  there are a few things that immediately turn me off in fandom / rpc. i cannot stand elitism, especially when it comes to canon characters. i have seen people be put down /so many times/ by people who claim to ‘know the characters’ and have put themselves atop a pedestal of ‘best fan ever’ - it’s fucking lame. you’re a full grown adult and you’re shitting on people for not writing a fictional character the way you’d write them. everyone’s allowed opinions and you’re allowed not to like other people’s portrayals, but the elitism by some people just makes me cringe. it’s never needed. 

another thing is the people obviously in fandom for likes / attention. they strive for no real connection with peeps and just want the dopamine of getting a bunch of likes on a post. they never post ic shit and just constantly make posts like starter calls / attention calls. it’s become really popular in the last couple years and i’m not a fan of it. 

finally, graphics / aesthetics. i say this as someone who makes this shit; it is not the be all and end all of rping. you don’t have to look super fancy to be good. a lot of my favourite writers on tumblr have simple aesthetic / graphics. ultimately, people can style their blogs however they want but when people turn their noses up at others cause you don’t have the latest in deep fried psds with super hard to find links and a theme that makes your eyes scream, that’s sad.

𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐟𝐟, 𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐭, 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐦𝐮𝐭. i don’t mind ! i like them all but certainly lean toward angst. i find fluff is fun to do with characters who are more lighthearted / cutesie and smut is very one-note for me. i can write a couple smut scenes in quick succession and then i’m burnt out ( two pump chump LOL ). i find smut can outstay it’s welcome very fast so that’s why it’s so hit & miss for me. angst, i find fun but it depends on the muse & setting. 

𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬. both. i like answering memes because anything can come from a meme. a whole au or storyline can be spawned from a silly meme or a line of dialogue from music / a film. it’s why i try to write longer replies to memes, it’s because i try to think of a setting / why they’re in a certain situation. in terms of plots, i only like plots that have an actual plot. i don’t mean setting. i mean plot. saying our character’s are astronauts for this thread is good and all but - where are they going? what happens in the end? how did they get there? i like plots that are FULLY fleshed out and don’t like ‘winging’ plots. i find it way easier to write and enjoy a thread if i know the trajectory it’s on rather than just saying fuck it and writing whatever springs to mind. i should have mentioned above but one of my biggest bugbears while plotting is how everyone seems so reluctant to plot a beginning / middle / end to threads.

background:

the youngest child of house tai, the beloved and doted upon little lady of dragonstone. dragonstone may have been in the cold northern regions, but it was still a major port city. haena grew up surrounded by bustling port workers and foreign workers, absorbing every story and detail with gleaming, curious eyes. she was always a lover of stories, and the best storytellers always came off the ships in her family’s harbor. 

she’s a bright and vivacious young girl, an adventurer in the making. while she loved to spend her free time climbing up trees and exploring every nook and cranny dragonstone had to offer, she always found her way back home. she used to follow her brother around all the time, playfully called his little shadow whenever he was home. he always had the best stories, and treats hidden for her in his sleeves.

but this wouldn’t be an interesting story if it was all happiness, would it? no, because at eleven years old, the house of tai is shaken by the execution of its second child, then the death of its head of house.

when her brother died, it was like something inside her died too. a break in her body, fractured by grief that was too big for her chest. there was no outlet, no way to process the pain she was carrying around. for the weeks after his execution, she could hardly be comforted. a shell of her former self, she became a ghost in her own home. curled up in tears in his old bedroom, until her muffled sobs turned into screams. 

she learns to live with it. somehow. its a constant weight in her chest that she carries around, a burden she has learned to breathe with. her grief lends to rage, a drive to never feel so helpless again. 

she made a monster of her grief, until it consumed her whole. 

maybe it would have been fine, if her rage wasn’t targeted at the crown. at the royalty their house is sworn to serve. at the whole structure that allowed a king to learn an art from his loyal vassals, only to ban them from the very thing they lovingly shared with him, and years later, sentenced her brother to death. 

yeah, that wasn’t really gonna fly in the fire nation even if she kept it more or less under wraps enough not to be setting off alarms about an unhinged teenage girl who daydreamed about killing the fire lord in various gruesome and creative ways! 

basically, her mom sees all the gasoline she’s filled herself with and was like oh i have a good idea, let’s deal with this is by shipping her off to a foreign nation and marrying her off to a random man she’s never met!

spoiler: it was not a good idea

lord lee kihyun embodied his element. he was steadfast and unwavering, as consistent as the stone he worked. these were admirable traits, ones that lended well to his career and loyalty to the earth kingdom’s royal family. they may have been good ones in a husband, at least, one that wasn’t such a traditionalist. he had a specific idea of what his new fire nation wife should be like. pretty as a picture, quiet, obedient. and submissive. that last one was very important.

and guess which one haena will literally never be!

the long story short is: kihyun and haena did not get along. during the long and lonely days and weeks and months she was there for a ‘courtship,’ he would spend his days either ignoring her existence or micromanaging and criticizing her every move. there was no winning in his eyes, only her sins.

one day after their marriage, kihyun tragically ( and mysteriously hoho ) dies late at night. he was a bit of a lightweight, you know? it was a point of teasing amongst his friends, how the ever stoic and steady lee kihyun would become hazy and easily flustered with just a few drinks. poor haena tried to get him back to their room, but when she left to find someone to help her ( he was just so much bigger than her, nearly twice her size it seemed like some days, she had to have someone help her carry around this massive man who was so much stronger and larger than her!!! ), they returned to find him on the ground outside, fallen from a balcony in his drunken stupor.

people love to gossip, and there was no hotter gossip than the newly widowed lady haena and the lack of witnesses to her husband’s death. everyone knew she wasn’t happy in the earth kingdom. some people thought “poor haena, lost her husband a day after they were married. a widow at twenty three. most of her peers aren’t even wed yet at that age.” most were more cynical, cycling rumors and theories as to what happened. 

between court ladies, they whisper “i heard lady haena murdered him for love. isn’t it just so tragic and romantic? she killed for her lover back home, the one ripped away from her through this marriage. now she returns home to him, hands stained bloody. will the embrace be as sweet as she imagined it?”

soldiers training in the courtyards say otherwise between parries. “she’s fire nation, isn’t she? all that hunger for power, i heard her parents basically let the first person who expressed interest have her because she was so much trouble back home. now they’re getting her back, hungry for more than she’s ever been destined for and cocky enough to get away with murder.”

a palace maid says to another, passing plates of food between bustling hands. “i heard she did it just because. just to know she could do it.”

came back to the fire nation two weeks ago, after three months of “mourning” aka investigation into his death. results? inconclusive. there was nothing to prove she did it. nothing to prove that she didn’t. 

the rumors follow her home, every action another piece of evidence for someone’s personal theory. maybe she didn’t cry enough at the funeral. maybe she wasn’t dressed appropriately. maybe she was too wracked by her grief and shock she couldn’t do anything but be moved across seas. everything was proof for a crime no one could solve.

REED was actually born in newark, new jersey, and his extended family all lived in the same place ever since his maternal grandparents had married and moved into the home: arreta loren (a nigerian-born, scottish-raised woman who married an american) and remington loren. the household included his parents, his aunt and uncle, and his grandparents. he was the only child in the home and spoiled with love and attention because of it.

his parents were both tragically killed (perhaps a plot?) when he was just eleven years old. this was the first time he had a premonition of death, and the first scream he let out still haunts him to this day.

his grandmother and grandfather continued to raise him as their own, and his grandmother knew more about his death premonitions than she initially let on. she, too, was able to sense the presence of an oncoming death. however, since she was older and had more experience, she was able to control her screams unlike a young reed.

growing up he always had an interest in sports and outdoor activities. the first thing he played was flag football, but he eventually got into lacrosse in middle school. he went varsity in high school, then joined a club team in college. he also knows how to skateboard and frequently jogs.

academics are not his strong suit, but he did move to new york for college and went to hofstra university. he was a sports management major.

after graduating he decided to stay in new york. but, he is still very close with his entire family who is living happily in new jersey. he often crosses the border in order to have tea with his grandparents or to play with his younger cousins.

reed is fairly new to all things supernatural and is not very certain of what the council does, or even the divisions between different beings (another plot idea, maybe someone to really help him understand what it means for him to be a supernatural in a place with such a deep history).

he does know about the fact that he is a bean nighe, but he is still coming around to accept it. he wishes more than anything he could be normal, but that’s hard to do when you wake up in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere, screaming.

he is well meaning and happy-go-lucky, but not very wise and often gullible.

his birthday is october 24, which makes him a scorpio!

"palpatines penechance for grand speeches and unspecific ominous statements to try and seem all powerful and cool and dramatic fuck him over" Or in shorter terms ... . "There's a demon lose in the senate" And it basically runs like that one john mullaney bit With a side dashing of that one journak 3 thing where bill posesses a guy, messes with a roman army and then makes a guys head explode Also like nobody knows who alcor is or that hes even there bc theres no demons or dream demons in star wars (that i know of) so he gets the run of the place Even moreso than back home in gravity falls bc no one knows magic, its all "force this" and "force that" Dippered probably spends a lot of time nerding out over the different alien species since they dont have those back in his dimension (theyve got aliens but theyre different kinds) and also about the laser swords (just like the one Grunkle Ford made for them all (Ford, Dipper, Mabel, Stan, Soos, Grenda, Candy, Grendas boyfriend, Pacifica, and even waddles and gompers)  back in 2017! Also the blantant lying and lack of trying on alcors part is a little insulting to them as a whole ("does he think we'll really fall for that") and is slightly concerning to them ("who the heck is this, someone is inpersonating the chancellor of the ENTIRE REPUBLIC-" Which is, admittedly, a little concern worthy)  but if the council is honest (or some of the council anyway) with themselves its pretty much the darn best entertainmnt theyve had in a good long while, headaches aside, sot ehyll focus more on the okd palpatines dissapernace and dealings than the new "palpatine" so long as he doesnt start doing anything ACTIVELY damaging to the republic. A little mischief doesnt technically count as harm- and hey theys preffer to find the og chancellor b4 upsetting and potnetially causing the new one to do smth drastic by attsmpting to out him (not that alcor would, its so much funnier to deny everything to their faces while blatantly lying but they dont know that. So caution (and stress) it is)
